"Not here! Xiao Hu, be careful! This beast is incredibly agile and adept at hiding! Stay by the door, don’t co in!"
Lin Junfu’s instructions were spot on, given the beast’s small size and the cluttered surveillance room, the beast could move swiftly compared to their less nimble selves.
Thus, relying on manpower to gain an advantage in such a complex environnt was unrealistic.
Understanding this, Hu Xiaodong didn’t argue with Lin Junfu’s suggestion. For the greater good and to avoid more comrades falling into peril, he had to trap the beast in the surveillance room.

Hearing Lin’s warning, Hu Xiaodong swiftly raised his bow and arrow once more, firing without taking ti to aim properly.
This arrow also missed the vital point, but struck the beast’s chest, giving Hu Xiaodong half a second.
