He Lei vented his anger wildly, the scattered wine bottles on the ground clattered as he kicked them around.
Yang Buwei was driven to a headache by the noise. He staggered to the bathroom, turned on the faucet, and splashed cold water on his face randomly. His mind felt a bit clearer afterwards.
"Lei, can you chill out a bit? Your noise is making my head want to explode!" Yang Buwei rushed to the sofa in a few steps, plopped down, and spread his arms on the cushion: "Brother, why are you so angry? It's just Liu Fugui. That guy probably doesn't know the situation here yet. When that idiot arrives, we'll trap him like a turtle in a jar. Isn't that great? You'll be the hero, my friend! Once he's in your hands, you'll be able to do whatever you feel like to him!"
Yang Buwei's words hit ho for He Lei; he turned to look at him, stopped his destructive actions, nodded and said, "Damn it, Brother Yang is right, I've been too impatient. Liu Fugui doesn't respect at all. When I get hold of him this ti, I'll definitely make him suffer! Damn it!"
Yang Buwei grinned, seeing that He Lei was really hot-tempered. But people like him usually aren't too smart and can be easily manipulated. Therefore, Yang wasn't worried about this man's presence shaking his current position. On the contrary, he increasingly liked this simple-minded, strong-bodied guy because he was easy to control.
He swept his thigh across the table, knocking off the dishes: "Lei, hand my hand-held radio, I need to contact the boss and check the situation."
"Yes, yes, that's important! Maybe Boss Spring is looking for Liu Fugui now!" He Lei casually tossed the hand-held radio to Yang Buwei. Yang Buwei straightened up, pressed the talk button, and said: "Hey, boss, it's Wei here, the factory's under our control now, how are things on your end? Over!"
"Damn it, what do you think? It's all a bunch of idiots, so many people let Liu Fugui escape!"
Spring Xiu was furious, which was exactly what Yang Buwei wanted to hear. He nodded at He Lei and smiled slightly: "Boss! No need to worry, Liu Fugui just contacted Lei, he doesn't know about the situation at the factory yet, and is on his way there, so rest assured, as soon as he arrives at the factory, we'll control him imdiately! Over!"
Spring Xiu felt a bit calr hearing this. The interference from the zombies earlier caused him to lose the best opportunity to pursue Liu Fugui. Initially, he thought he would lose track of him, but unexpectedly, Liu Fugui himself was heading straight into his gun's range. This was a great opportunity, he said excitedly: "Good! Very good! You've done very well! Now make sure to capture Liu Fugui with all your might, when I return to the factory I'll have a good talk with him, that damn bastard dared to shoot at , truly not knowing when he's beaten! Over!"
The continuous affirmation by the boss made Yang Buwei realize that catching Liu Fugui at this critical mont would be a major accomplishnt. Feeling excellent about it, he seamlessly declared his stance: "What? This bastard dared to shoot at you, boss? That's suicide! Boss, are you hurt? Don't worry, when he arrives at the factory, I'll make sure to teach him a lesson for you! Over!"
"No! Keep Liu Fugui alive for and wait until I get back. Your performance has been excellent, rewards await you when I return. Alright, no more talking, I'm heading over now! Over!"
"Safe trip, boss!" Yang Buwei closed the communication, casually tossed the hand-held radio to his side: "What do you think, Brother Lei, are you still mad? Liu Fugui's practically offering himself up to us! I think you shouldn't think too much now, sober up, it looks like we're in for a fight tonight! Haha!"
After continuous and persistent friction with sharp tools, the hemp ropes on his wrists finally broke. The young man stood up, stretched his sore body, touched the swollen scars on his face, and spat fiercely: "Damn it, these bastards tied it really tight!"
Huang Yong's escape was quite arduous, after receiving a ssage from his subordinates hours ago, he rushed to the rendezvous point imdiately. Upon arrival, he indeed saw Liu Yunpeng's flashy BMW sports car, but nothing except several looming gun barrels awaited him.
He had been betrayed by his own n, but it was understandable. If he were in their place, facing the threat of guns, he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't do sothing for survival.
Huang Yong didn't resist, rebelling in that environnt would be pure folly. Unlike Neo from The Matrix, he couldn't dodge bullets, so surrendering was his only option.
After being captured, he was subjected to interrogation, asked to reveal information about the factory's defenses. But Huang Yong was tough, no matter how much they beat him, he never revealed anything crucial.
However, to avoid being killed outright, he feigned cooperation and shared irrelevant information.
Later, for unknown reasons, after tying him up and tossing him into a car, his captors ignored him. More brothers were thrown into the car afterwards, and through eye contact, Huang Yong realized the situation was worse than expected.
Throughout the journey, Huang Yong was thinking about how to escape. He didn't expect them to suddenly release him in goodwill.
But he was tied, two ard guards were stationed at the rear door, and he could clearly see more people outside. So escaping alive was a real challenge.
Opportunity sotis favors the prepared. Even Huang Yong hadn't anticipated a collision while pondering escape, as a stationary car suddenly encountered a crash. The violent impact threw everyone inside into disarray, so were even cut by shattered glass.
With no ti to think about what happened, after a brief daze, Huang Yong adjusted his state imdiately. Observing the rear door guards were knocked down and the rear door was ajar, he knew his chance had arrived. Ignoring his pain, he bolted toward the car's rear door.
As he moved, the guards weren't fools, a slightly less injured one raised his gun to fire. But unbeknownst to him, Huang Yong, having battled in the streets for years, had honed quite the skill. Despite his hands being tied, his footwork was impressive; a swift kick easily knocked the guard back to the ground, the bullet ricocheted off the roof.
The gunshot signaled the start of his escape, and seeing Huang Yong's action, the remaining subordinates spotted the hope of fleeing and scrambled for the rear door. However, Huang Yong succeeded by catching them off guard, and now the rest wanted to imitate him, lacking surprise in their escape.
Either they were shot or captured, and except for Huang Yong, none of the subordinates escaped successfully.
Even Huang Yong's escape was quite grueling; his bound hands significantly hindered his running speed, especially while trying to evade approaching zombies, leaving him utterly exhausted. Fortunately, with the snow curtain shield, he hid in a traffic police booth at a junction, and after searching, found a small knife, slicing the tightly bound hemp ropes stroke by stroke.
"Yes!"
"We can do it!"
Two subordinates responded without thinking. He Lei shook his head: "Don't be so quick to agree. Let tell you this, damn it, once you take this task, do it well. If you ss up, don't bla for abandoning brotherhood."
"This..." One subordinate hesitated, realizing from He Lei's tone that this task wouldn't be easy and might even be dangerous. But as he hesitated, his partner decisively replied to He Lei: "Brother Lei, rest assured, since we said we'll do it, we'll do it well; hopefully by then, Brother Lei will speak well of us to the new boss."
