After Ryan finished off the boss on floor 62, the group decided to keep advancing through the dungeon.

They cleared the remaining floors, taking advantage of the experience and items dropped by the bosses.

Ryan was already at level 90, so he only needed five more levels to beco a Rank A adventurer.

According to the plan, he would reach those levels before leaving the dungeon.

With that goal in mind, they set out.

As they advanced through the dungeon, clearing each floor, the experience notifications kept piling up, but Ryan had stopped paying attention to them.

Finally, after fifteen bosses, they stopped on floor 33.

Helen leaned against the wall with her arms crossed. Mirian sat down beside her. Ryan remained standing, checking his inventory.

"Is it possible we won’t get any weapons at all?" Mirian asked.

"Since we skipped most of the floors because the other adventurers had already cleared them... that might be why we haven’t gotten anything really valuable," Ryan replied.

"But those materials are still very valuable," Karol said from the ground, eyes closed. "An unexplored Rank A dungeon. Anything that drops here is worth a lot."

"Still, I would’ve preferred a weapon," Ryan muttered.

A brief silence followed.

"We’ll do well selling them anyway," Mirian added.

No one argued with that.

Karol opened her eyes after a mont and stood up.

"Let’s keep going."

...

Floor 28. Boss defeated.

Floor 21. Boss defeated.

Floor 14. Boss defeated.

When they reached floor 7, Ryan peeked through the door of the boss chamber.

He saw it.

A massive stone golem, with arms that reached the ceiling, standing in the center of the room.

Ryan took out the boorang from his inventory.

He activated his fire aura.

He threw it.

The weapon spun at high speed across the entire chamber and split the golem in half before it even realized soone had opened the door.

The body fell in two separate pieces.

Ryan caught the boorang on its return.

"That’s already abuse," Karol said, looking at the remains of the boss from the doorway.

"At this level there’s no point in us fighting anymore," she added. "I’d rather fight more demons."

Karol walked over to Ryan as they left the chamber.

"Hey. How close are you to leveling up?"

Ryan checked his bar internally.

"Probably with the next boss."

Karol nodded slowly.

They walked in silence for a mont.

"What about what Alina said?" she asked then.

Ryan looked at her.

"What part do you an?"

"Do you really think that demon, Lighter, left them in that state?" Karol paused briefly. "Since we didn’t find him, I think it was just a lie."

"Yeah, I’m sure he was here," Ryan replied.

Helen spoke up from behind.

"Why are you so sure? If he really was, shouldn’t we look for him?"

"I’m sure because I fought the dragon serving Solaris, and she ntioned that because of Lighter’s intervention, the heroines managed to escape or sothing like that," Ryan answered.

"You really fought that monster?" Karol asked with so concern.

"Yes. It even recognized . It said it knew by my scent that I was the one who was on the Demon Continent that ti."

Helen moved closer.

"That’s not fair. I wanted to fight that dragon too. I would’ve cut it in half."

After continuing the conversation, they kept advancing.

The rest of the floors were already clear, and now they were entering floor 3.

It didn’t take them long.

Boss defeated.

And then a different window appeared.

One Ryan had never seen before.

[RANK INCREASED]

› You have reached Level 95.

› Classification Updated: Rank A

› Rank Bonus: 150 Points

› All Attributes: 85

After receiving the points from the level increase and the rank increase,

Ryan stood still in the center of the chamber.

’Finally reached Rank A... Although with all the points I’ve distributed over this ti, I’m definitely above any normal Rank A, at least assuming they don’t have Epic equipnt.’

...

Even though Ryan didn’t say anything about his promotion to Rank A, they finally exited the dungeon through the main fissure.

The light from outside hit them all at once after so much ti inside.

Ryan blinked.

The previous camp was still there, but there was no sign of any adventurers. There were also no signs of battle.

"No soldiers or adventurers. They must have left with Delia and Alina," Ryan said as he walked toward the camp.

"How disrespectful to just leave like that and abandon us here even though they were the ones who invited us," Helen grumbled.

"But we have good materials. We should sell them and spend the night in the city," Karol said.

Then Mirian looked back toward the dungeon fissure.

"Hey," she said. "We didn’t find any dead adventurers during the whole run."

There was a brief silence.

"After all, those crazy Rank S girls and the survivors must have carried them out," Helen said.

"They deserve a proper burial. I wouldn’t want to die in a dungeon and be buried there either," Ryan replied.

"Don’t say that. I would never allow anything to happen to you," Mirian murmured.

Helen and Karol nodded and said they agreed with Mirian.

Ryan smiled for a mont. The way they expressed that so openly filled him with satisfaction. Of course, he didn’t expect them to protect him.

On the contrary, he also felt that sa desire to protect his companions.

’I feel like soone is watching us...’

"Ryan." Mirian said. "What’s wrong?"

"I think soone is watching us." Ryan raised his gaze and began scanning the surroundings.

He nodded his head toward the far end of the open field, beyond the camp’s periter.

In the distance, grouped along the line where the terrain began to change, there were figures.

Large. Motionless.

There were several of them. They stood still, watching the group from that distance.

Ryan observed them without moving.

Several seconds passed like that.

"Are those the sentinels Solaris ntioned?" Helen asked.

"No doubt. Those are demons from the giant race..." Karol comnted.

"Well, let’s go kill them," Helen said as she drew her sword and gave Mirian a look.

Mirian nodded and summoned her bow.
