Now that they had finished with the floor boss, Ryan crouched down, looking at the item the boss had dropped.

"Analysis."

[Rare Battle Gloves: Strength 50 | Stamina 30 | Psyche 30]

Description: Absorbs enemy damage when the fire attribute is activated.

Ryan picked up the gloves; they were actually a pair of gloves that covered up to the forearm. The upper part over the knuckles was made of tal. Both gloves had what looked like a magic stone embedded in them.

’I was hoping for a super sword, but I can’t complain. With the Wolf Hunter title and these gloves, I’ll be stronger now.’

Upon putting on the gloves, a new window updated.

[Item Skill Acquired]

[Fire Wall]

Creates a shield that protects the designated target and deals damage to anyone who touches it.

[Fire Aura]

Increases damage by 10%.

"This is very interesting. Can I really keep them?"

"Of course. I’m an archer and Helen is a sword user."

Helen and Mirian looked at each other, nodding, both in agreent.

"But I’m supposed to be a support."

"And you say that now, after beating the boss to death."

"Ha, ha. All right, I’ll keep them."

’I want to try that.’

"Fire Aura..."

Almost imdiately, the gloves ignited in flas. The flas ca from the magic stone. Ryan waved his hands in surprise, feeling the heat in his fists.

"Ah! Ah, it burns, I’m burning!" He began to run in circles.

"Ryan, take them off now!" Helen shouted.

Ryan stopped; he stood still for a mont.

"What! Take them off already," Mirian insisted.

Ryan looked at them with a certain disbelief in his gaze.

"The thing is... I’m not burning, heh, heh."

"Dummy, don’t scare us like that," Helen grumbled.

"Heh, heh. You’re hopeless."

Then he deactivated the Fire Aura.

And he began to look at his statistics. As a support, he could choose between two classes.

’I was excited about the gloves, but now... I should change classes.’

[Select Class Change.]

[Healer - Priest]

He crossed his arms for a mont and began to analyze the characteristics of each. The Healer specializes solely in healing; it is the most common, since a support doesn’t require fighting.

Although the Priest doesn’t have an extra healing skill, it focuses more on the group’s strength: debuffs for enemies, and buffs that empower himself by increasing Mana, Psyche, and Stamina.

’If I want to keep fighting, the Priest suits much better, although I’ll have to continue with the basic support healing skill.’

Ryan selected the Priest class. His body suddenly lit up.

[Congratulations, you are now a Priest.]

Unique skills acquired:

Magic Barrier: Increase in the target’s magic power.

Intelligence Blow: Increases the target’s mana by 40%.

ntal Blow: Grants immunity to curses and disorientation.

Reveal Hidden: Can see targets with stealth skills.

Almighty: Increases 20% of all the target’s statistics.

’With this and the support skills, I won’t have problems with the group. After all, we got here without having a class.’

"All right, let’s go."

Once they entered the 49th floor, Ryan activated his Fire Aura and began to fight. He was capable of killing monsters with his fists, although he wasn’t that fast, and Helen and Mirian finished off almost everyone.

"Do you want us to leave more for you?" Mirian asked.

"It’s not necessary. I just want us to get to the first floor quickly. Besides, we already fulfilled one objective, didn’t we?"

"Yes. Well... I think so. It’s not like gloves are the right thing for a Healer."

"Tsk. Don’t complain. We’re already strong enough, Mirian. Whether Ryan uses a staff or not, there won’t be problems."

"Heh, heh. Well, you’re right."

’These two... I wonder if they’re thinking about getting rid of now.’

Ryan accumulated plenty of experience and reached level 70 by going down to the first floor. Although he didn’t distribute his points there, they were more distracted now that they realized sothing very important.

"If this dungeon is in the sky, how are we supposed to get down!" Helen shouted.

"Well, we have to jump. There’s no other way."

"Jump? Stop the jokes, please, Mirian," Ryan intervened.

"But it’s not a joke... We are S-class heroes. We won’t die from here. I think."

"What do you an ’I think’! No. By no ans will we do that."

"There, there. Don’t worry." Mirian hugged them both as they looked from the edge of the dungeon portal and pushed them, jumping herself with them.

"But what...!"

The three left the portal and began to fall.

"Kyaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

They were falling, slowed by air resistance.

"Kyaaaaaa! You crazy woman! Why did you do that?" Helen was quite angry as she shouted—a mix of anger and fear.

"And why are you smiling!" Ryan yelled at Mirian.

"I can barely hear you!"

After a few monts in free fall, land, trees, and a kind of lake could already be seen.

"Shit, shit, shit! We’re going to die!" Ryan said. Helen continued screaming.

"Almighty, Empowernt!"

Everyone’s attributes increased. Mirian, who was falling calmly, summoned her bow and took a rope from her waist bag; wrapping it around Helen and Ryan, she tied them to her body to keep everyone together.

Then she launched an arrow tied to the other end of the rope and drove it into a tree. When they descended, the rope created pressure, pulling them and throwing them into the lake.

"Ha, ha, ha! That was fun." Mirian began to laugh.

Helen hit her on the head.

"Idiot. Never do anything like that again."

Everyone got out of the water. They were all wet. Helen and Mirian took off their clothes, leaving themselves in their underwear, and put them out to dry.

"Hasn’t Ryan said anything? Is he angry?"

"How can you not expect him to be angry! You idiot, we almost died!"

"And what idea did you have for leaving the dungeon? It’s what I could do."

"Enough!" Ryan intervened angrily. "Since I used empowernt on you and there’s no longer any danger, you know what will happen, right?"

"..."

Mirian’s expression changed from a smile to feeling guilty and scolded.

"But I didn’t do anything, I’m angry too," Helen grumbled.

"Yes, I know. That’s why there will be a punishnt for Mirian."

"What? It’s not fair. I just wanted us to get out of the dungeon."

"Helen, I order you to give Mirian ten spankings! And you, suicidal archer, I order you to let yourself be spanked!"

"Ha, ha, ha." Helen laughed and approached Mirian with a mischievous smile.

Mirian blushed, pulling back.

"No... I can’t... I can’t move my body..."
