Pure Revenge (2)

{The fifth main scenario has ended}

{Preparation for the completion reward will begin shortly}

Kim Dokja stood beside Arthur,

while the young Shin Yoosung clung tightly to Arthur's leg,

her small fingers trembling, her eyes burning with anger as she glared at the Dokkaebi.

"That Dokkaebi… I'll definitely kill him!"

She shouted, her voice broken, filled with pain and suppressed rage.

And at that mont—

The sky trembled violently,

sharp blue sparks erupted through the air,

and four massive armored figures appeared,

surrounding the area with an overwhelming presence.

They stepped forward steadily,

and with a single glance—

The black-suited Dokkaebi, Paul, was bound by blue energy restraints, completely immobilized.

{We are the enforcent Dokkaebi.

We are here to arrest the mid-level Dokkaebi Paul

for violating the terms of the Star Stream.}

One of them spoke in a cold voice,

staring directly at Paul.

{But I didn't do anything wrong!

Everything I did was for the scenario!

Aren't the constellations happy now?}

One of the enforcers let out a deep sigh,

as if he had lost the last shred of patience.

{Mid-level Dokkaebi Paul,

you were given the opportunity to end the scenario in an unexpected way—

a completely new thod.

But your foolish interference prevented that,

and led to a greater… harsher outco.}

He stepped forward,

his voice growing sharper.

{Do you truly believe the constellations care about a mid-level Dokkaebi like you?}

{What? What do you—}

Paul didn't get to finish.

{The constellation Prisoner of the Golden Headband looks at Dokkaebi Paul with mockery and delight}

{The constellation Demon-like Judge of Fire is pleased with Dokkaebi Paul's misfortune}

{The constellation Secretive Plotter ridicules Dokkaebi Paul's mindset}

{The constellation Miraculous Narrator smiles as he watches what is happening}

{No… this is impossible!

I didn't do anything wrong!

If anyone is at fault, it's the Dokkaebi Bihyung!

There is plenty of evidence against him!}

{Of course he will co with us.

He was the one who summoned us in the first place.}

"What?!"

"Wait… what will happen to ?!"

{Your rank has been lowered, Dokkaebi Paul.}

{Now… let's go.}

"Wait a mont."

A voice rose from below.

Everyone turned.

It was Arthur.

{Did you call for us, incarnation Arthur?}

"Yes."

Arthur glanced at Kim Dokja

and spoke to him using a skill he had previously purchased from the Dokkaebi Bag.

'Dokja… you dragged into trouble before when you saved with the constellations during the second sponsor selection.

Tell … is there a way I can get a few minutes with that bastard?'

'I know… but Arthur—'

'This is my request.

Do you rember when we faced the Dragon Catastrophe Agniel,

and I gave you that spell?

This is the price, Dokja.'

A brief silence followed.

'…Alright.'

It was done quietly.

Kim Dokja carried out what was asked.

{Incarnation Arthur has been promoted to Platinum mber in the Dokkaebi Bag}

"I request a private eting."

{Only a Platinum mber may make such a request.}

{…Don't tell .}

The enforcers examined the data—

then confird it.

{…The request is valid.}

{Which Dokkaebi do you wish to hold a private eting with?}

"Dokkaebi Paul."

Behind the steel masks,

excited smiles ford.

{Granted.}

A pure blue light surrounded both Arthur and Paul,

then they were transported into a blue circular space suspended in the air.

Everyone could see what was happening.

{Private eting has begun}

{Duration: 20 minutes}

Paul smiled mockingly as he looked at Arthur.

"A private eting with ?

What are you planning?

No matter what you do, you can't lay a finger on .

Or did you forget the rules?"

He didn't finish.

Arthur swung his hand—

And struck him.

A brutal punch slamd into Paul's face

with unbelievable force.

The Dokkaebi's body slamd against the boundary of the circle,

then snapped back into place, restrained,

unable to retaliate.

"I can't kill you…

but I can break you.

I can torture you until you beg for death, you bastard."

"You idiot!

The Dokkaebi protection law applies in this room!"

{Due to harming a Dokkaebi, 100 coins have been deducted}

"Only that?

How many coins do you think I have?"

"What—"

He didn't get to finish.

Blood began to drip from Arthur's mouth,

pure rage, indescribable hatred.

Inside that circular chamber—

The killing intent of the Heavenly Demon, Arthur Narin, exploded.

Darkness flooded his chest and soul,

overwhelming every shred of reason within him,

to the point that he could see nothing but Paul.

"I'll kill you!"

Arthur charged like a madman,

punch after punch,

blow after blow.

Paul's body tore apart,

blood pouring from him—

and from Arthur's mouth as well,

as if the rage was devouring him from within.

He had lost control.

"All this pain…

all this suffering…

I'll return it!

I made a promise… and this is the first step!"

{So constellations find what he is doing extrely entertaining}

{5,000 coins have been sponsored}

Arthur lifted his head toward the sky.

"Shut up, by the Creator of the universe, you bastards!

Take your coins and shove them up your filthy asses!"

He returned the coins—

then turned back to Paul.

"This isn't an act."

With every punch, he spoke:

"This is what I want. This is what I've been waiting for."

"Damn youuuuu!"

He scread at the top of his lungs,

grabbing Paul's head,

nearly tearing it off.

At the last mont,

he seized his long ear

and slamd his face into the wall—

Once…

again…

and again…

Until Paul's body was completely shattered.

"Please…

I beg you…

stop…

have rcy…"

With those desperate pleas,

Arthur's rage did not calm—

it only intensified.

It was as if oil had been poured onto fire.

His blood boiled in his veins,

a scorching heat consuming him from within,

his eyes growing darker, sharper.

Arthur glanced at the ti remaining in the air.

Five minutes.

He suddenly stopped.

He let Paul's broken body fall to the floor like a torn rag.

"Thank you… thank you…"

Paul began thanking him in a trembling voice,

his breathing uneven,

his body barely able to move.

Arthur smiled with terrifying coldness.

"And who said we're done, you stupid bastard?"

Then—

"Dragon Mode."

In an instant,

imnse power erupted from Arthur's body.

His form was covered in hardened dragon scales,

horns grew from his head,

a long tail extended behind him.

But this ti—

Sothing happened even Arthur himself hadn't expected.

Massive wings burst from his back—

the wings of a great dragon.

Arthur transford into the Great Dragon form.

The chamber trembled under the pressure of his existence.

"Roar of the Great King."

Arthur unleashed a roar filled with rage and hatred,

a roar that shook the very air itself.

The sound did not escape the chamber—

it was fully contained within,

directed entirely at Paul's shattered body.

An invisible scream—

but one that shattered what remained of his will.

"Wrath of the Great King."

Arthur raised his hand high—

then brought it down with crushing force.

Paul's leg was completely destroyed.

|Host… here.|

Arthur suddenly paused at the system notification.

He opened his hand.

A miraculous healing potion appeared.

|This is all I could do…

do it now.|

The system's words began to distort,

the window trembled—

then collapsed into itself and disappeared.

Arthur smiled softly…

a terrifyingly calm smile.

He approached Paul, who was completely broken.

"Hey… wake up, you bastard."

"Please… kill now… please…"

Paul could barely speak,

his voice slurred,

his mind on the verge of collapse.

Arthur smiled gently—falsely tender—

then poured the entire elixir into Paul's mouth.

Before everyone's eyes—

Paul's body began to heal.

Bones reset,

wounds closed,

flesh reconstructed.

He returned to normal…

as if nothing had happened.

"Now… we can start again."

At that declaration,

and that demonic smile drenched in rage—

Paul's body trembled violently.

He began slamming himself against the walls,

screaming,

begging,

pleading for anyone.

The constellations…

the humans…

everyone was watching.

And no one spoke.

In that mont—

Arthur's rage ignited once more.

He charged again.

A strike…

another…

and another…

Until Dokkaebi Paul was completely destroyed once more.
