Bracelet of the King of Weapons

"What are you talking about?!"

"How did you get here?!"

Soyoung's voice rose, tense and shaken, his eyes never leaving Arthur.

"I told everyone… no one can co up here except !"

"Who are you? Who sent you? Don't tell you—"

Before he could finish, he suddenly grabbed his head.

His body convulsed, his breaths trembling, as if images of torture and injustice were exploding inside his mind.

Indescribable pain. Unbearable mories.

His eyes turned a dark red,

a mixture of rage…

and fear.

"Breathe calmly, boy."

Arthur spoke in a steady, low voice, yet it carried an irresistible weight.

"I'm here to help you, nothing more and nothing less."

He stepped forward, his eyes settling on the sword embedded in the ground.

"This sword… is a combat sword. A sword that ca from another world, not from this one."

Then he looked back at Soyoung.

"And ? Well… I'm simply here to see you achieve your revenge."

Silence lingered for a few seconds before Arthur continued, his tone sharper, yet still calm:

"Tell , boy.

Do you want to achieve your revenge… and receive training from ?"

Then he added without blinking:

"Or do you want to remain alone for the rest of your life?

Suffering in regret over your past…

Cursing your weakness, because you are incapable of fighting."

"Choose.

Choose the path you wish to walk."

His voice was like a blade,

sharp…

but honest.

Arthur was not speaking blindly.

He had obtained information about the sword from the system,

as it was a fundantal part of the mission.

The Combat Sword…

a legendary blade.

By mastering it, its wielder gains unimaginable power.

Its forr user had been titled the God of War and Slaughter.

Once, he had been the King of Kings,

and afterward, the sword passed down through generations…

its wielders multiplying over ti.

A double-edged weapon…

Nothing ever cos for free.

This sword is capable of shattering human limits

and granting power beyond logic.

'But…

There is sothing I do not like.

Sothing strange…

An urge within to destroy it.

Are these my instincts?

Or is there sothing wrong with the sword that I have yet to see?'

Arthur ended his thoughts and looked at Soyoung.

The boy stood before him,

his eyes burning,

his chest rising and falling violently.

Arthur smiled faintly.

"Now…

All you have to do is pull the sword."

He pointed at it.

"Pull it out, and we will begin your training, boy."

Soyoung clenched his teeth.

Pain and anger battled within him.

He did not know where Arthur had co from, how he had arrived, or what this sword truly was.

He had heard Arthur's words, but how could he truly believe them?

He had lost everything because of the brutal bullying he endured.

He lost his family.

His girlfriend.

His normal life.

Perhaps Arthur was with the bullies.

Perhaps this was just another cursed trick.

Yet despite all of that—

Rage and revenge overwheld every other feeling within him.

He stepped forward, then another step,

and stood before the sword.

The sword, embedded in the ground,

was taller than him.

He placed his trembling hands on the hilt.

Then—

The unexpected happened.

The ground beneath his feet cracked.

Flas began rising from the fissures.

And from the void…

A sun appeared.

A sun the size of a car,

yet its heat and light were unbelievably scorching.

Within re seconds,

the sun released its energy toward the sword…

then toward Soyoung.

Monts later—

The sun vanished.

The cracks disappeared.

Everything was gone.

Nothing remained except Soyoung…

lying on the ground, unconscious.

And the sword…

Beside him.

Arthur moved toward him,

sighing deeply, a mixture of irritation and calm crossing his expression.

He grasped the sword.

It was heavy.

He tightened his grip…

then lifted it with force.

The sword rose slowly,

then steadied in the air.

'A good sword…

But far too large.

Far too heavy. How will this boy bear its weight without breaking his back?'

Arthur lowered the sword,

carried Soyoung, and placed him in the shade.

Then he returned to the blade.

He began swinging it.

Each strike was sharp,

powerful,

precise.

Then—

He felt sothing strange.

He stopped.

Gripping the sword with both hands,

he closed his eye

and began sensing its energy.

His energy flowed through his body,

then he attempted to direct it into the sword—

But before it could reach—

It was absorbed.

It vanished as if it had never existed.

At that mont, Arthur understood completely how this sword functioned.

'It has its own energy.

Its own spirit.

It follows only its master.

And its master… is Soyoung. No matter how I try, it will not benefit .'

Arthur opened his eye.

'I must grow accustod to rely swinging it.

To display my skills before the boy.

So that he trusts more. This will speed up the completion of the mission…

And help you, Soyoung.

Help you unleash your suppressed revenge.'

Arthur smiled,

then rembered sothing.

The inventory.

He looked.

His balance had increased by 20 million Beli.

He had four healing potions.

And—

A gift.

He opened the gift.

A bracelet appeared out of nowhere.

|You have obtained the Bracelet of the King of Weapons|

|This bracelet wraps around the Host's hand with a single thought,

and transforms into any weapon he imagines.|

|It can only transform into weapons whose form and function you know.|

|Grade: Excellent.|

|Beware of breaking it.|

|It can be upgraded using points.|

Arthur's smile widened fully as he looked at the bracelet.

"Finally…

A truly good gift.

This bracelet… is a gift from the heavens.

A true miracle.

Even if I do not always rely on weapons…

they are incredibly useful."

He placed the bracelet on his right hand.

It was made of cloth,

black intertwined with a dark blood-red color,

fitted closely against his skin.

He thought for a mont,

then waved his hand.

From nothing—

A massive sword appeared in his grip.

Arthur opened his eye.

It was a replica of the Combat Sword…

but black.

And heavier.

He set it aside,

then opened the system window.

'I've improved my body's stats well…

Now I've reached Level 100.

I've beco stronger than Luffy and Zoro.'

A faint smile ford on Arthur's face.

Then he sat calmly, cross-legged, and began gathering his energy.

Energy flowed smoothly within his body,

spreading through his muscles, bones, and veins.

He controlled it precisely, distributing it throughout his body with complete focus.

An hour passed…

Then slightly more.

Arthur slowly opened his eye.

'Yes…

I have surpassed even my previous life.'

He smiled with silent joy,

then turned his gaze beside him.

Soyoung was still asleep,

his breathing calm, his body motionless.

Arthur stood

and waved his right hand.

The bracelet instantly transford into a giant black sword.

Heavy once more…

as before.

'System,

can I control the weight of the sword or weapon I use?'

|Yes, you can.|

|All you have to do is think of the amount of weight you wish to increase or decrease, and it will be done instantly.|

Arthur smiled.

'I do not know the true weight of an artillery shell…

But that's fine.

Let's make the sword slightly heavier.

1000 kilograms.

If my calculations are correct…

That equals one ton.'

He tightened his grip.

He lifted the sword.

The weight was terrifying,

to the point that his bones scread under the pressure.

And yet—

He did not stop.

He raised the sword,

planted his feet firmly,

and began training.

One hour…

Two hours…

Three hours.

Night fell,

the sky darkened,

and Arthur continued swinging the sword.

Each strike grew stronger,

faster than the last.

His body beca more fluid,

more controlled,

thanks to his earlier advancent.

Sweat drenched him entirely,

dripping from his forehead,

his breaths heavy.

The exhaustion was obvious…

undeniable.

"One last swing…

Just one last swing," Arthur muttered in a low, excited voice.

He raised the massive sword above his head with all the strength he had left.

Then—

He brought it down.

A sharp sound echoed,

followed by a heavy impact.

His body staggered…

Then fell.

Arthur collapsed onto the ground,

overco by exhaustion.

Unconscious…

deeply asleep.
