To be honest, she didn't know whether to be happy or sad when she heard this. Her real target was a free house, anyway. She wanted a house for her family but instead, she received another office building.
She wasn't complaining actually, as this building would solve most of her problems. If her parents decide to start their own business, this building could serve a lot of purposes.
Diamond went to check her newly acquired asset but, on her way, she suddenly received a call from a real estate agent who was going to help her through the handover process.
The process didn't take much of her ti, as she was done quickly after signing the docunts. She then proceeded to check the building and, to be honest, she was quite satisfied.
Although the building wasn't empty and had tenants, the location was quite good and she didn't need to worry about her parents' allowance. They could just collect rent every month and live a good life.
Diamond planned to stay in Taco for at least a week as she now had other things to do when she returned to Frin. And during that period, she received a lot of good things but didn't dare share them with her parents. She didn't want them to suspect anything.
During that ti, she busily researched about many things and interior designing was part of it. She wanted to renovate the office building before moving in.
And when the place was getting renovated, she would hunt for staff and continue with her other projects.
Ti quickly passed, and it soon ca the day when Diamond was leaving. Her family took her to the bus rank and the four of them hugged emotionally before she boarded the bus.
The trip was quite tedious, but it was pleasant. After all, Diamond, who was experinting with her signing-in opportunities, signed in when she was on the bus and she managed to receive an unexpected reward.
Diamond finally reached Frin and exited the bus terminal with a smile on her face. Instead of hailing a cab, she directly made her way to the opposite side of the airport, where a huge building stood.
This was the famous car park building and, in this building, her new toy was waiting for her.
Earlier that day when she signed in, she received a car, an Angel XI, a luxurious car that cost around three million Atharian dollars. How could she not be happy after receiving such an expensive car?
Diamond skillfully drove the car out of the building, garnering too much attention, which she didn't even care about anymore. Her destination was her office building, which she wanted to have a look at first, before deciding the next step.
When she checked the building, she was very satisfied with it and there wasn't any need for any demolishing. Only so interior design would make the place look great.
But she wasn't going to do that for the whole building as she didn't have any idea of what more businesses she would place there.
The building happened to have an underground parking as well as an underground floor as well.
She didn't want to put such a floor to waste, so a crazy idea ford in her head. It just needed money, and she doubted that she won't be able to achieve it.
Janet was very happy to see Diamond when she returned, and the lady prepared a scrumptious al for her.
The next day, she contacted a famous interior design company and made an appointnt. She t with the agent at the office building that she owned and talked deeply with the lady who ca to see her.
She didn't receive a quotation imdiately, as the designer needed ti to incorporate everything before coming up with a figure.
At the sa ti, while she was waiting, she received so good news, and it was concerning the DIAMOND OF HOPE charity foundation website that she had been waiting for.
The website can now be used and Diamond gained access, she browsed through the website for so ti and she was very satisfied with it.
She was going to find people to manage the site as well as other workers. There was work to be done in the future and she didn't want to slack at all.
Diamond received the quotation the next day and, to be honest, the price was affordable. At the mont, she was only dealing with two floors, so the price was still fine for her.
She negotiated with the company and finally settled on a price that they were both satisfied with. She paid a deposit and left the job to them. The agreent was to finish everything for the two floors in two weeks and if they did a great job; she was going to give them the whole building to do.
So far, she was planning on using the ground and first floor, with the first floor as the charity base.
After settling the building issue, she began to concentrate on another important issue, the recruitnt of employees.
The best way for a start-up like her to get employees was to use an employnt agency like she did last ti, so she found a reputable one again and not the previous one, as that one dealt with housekeeping.
Diamond sat down with the person in charge and she listed down the people that she was looking for, their qualifications, and so forth.
She paid a deposit once more, and they gave her one week before she could see the results. She wasn't in a hurry yet as the offices were still being renovated.
The next thing she did was to go and check up on the farm. The chickens were growing beautifully, and it was truly unfortunate that she lost five of them. This really made her very upset as five chicks ant five chickens, which was a lot of at or money, depending on what ending she decided for them.
In the end, Diamond was forced to throw a dicinal pill inside the farm's water source. This way, whether an animal or human being drinks the water, nothing severe will happen.
For the sake of earning more, she was going all out.
While she was at the farm, she discussed with Cain about increasing the number of poultry.
After all, the chicken pens on the farm were many and it would be a waste if they only raised 100 chickens every ti.
It was good to earn more when there was a chance to do so.
