Cloud and Asuna were walking alone after the eting ended because the girl said she wanted to talk sothing with him.
Kyōka tried to go with them but was stopped by the girls in their group with the excuse that they had sothing important to talk about.
Rino decided to leave right away because she had a lot of things to think about while Ayane retreated together with her girls because they had to go train.

"Hmm... let's see... first, there are 5 possible diseases" - said Shizuka as she started reading curiously because these diseases were unique to this world, which was strange for her coming from a practically 'common' world - "One is a product of an allergy towards steroids, this causes the body to expand involuntarily and this disease remains even when the steroids have left the system..."
"Any side effects?" - Asuna asked to see if they could find any relation to Ryōko's attack.
"It says impotence..." - replied the blonde nurse.
"I don't think it's that one" - said Cloud as the girls nodded.

"The third one is a mutation of the first one" - said the blonde nurse - "It is a reaction to the consumption of a certain food or product that causes the affected person to go into a state of total uncontrol, destroying their surroundings."
"It's not that one either" - said Asuna as she shook her head - "The surroundings of the attack were in perfect condition"

I don't think it is necessary to say how things ended, as, for the second patient affected by this disease, there is no information about him."
". . ." - the girls were silent because they felt a kind of Deja vu.
"Chifuyu-san... I would like you to call Rintarō-san..." - Cloud said as he watched the woman retreating, only to look at his beloved blonde nurse again - "Shizuka-chan.... what kind of side effect does that disease have?"

"Relax, it can't be as bad as mine" - said Rintarō as he let out a small laugh.

"I understand you... I went to the teacher's office to ask for a change of School but they said it was impossible..." - sighed the boy with glasses.
"I know..." - Rintarō complained while shaking his head.
"Though, strangely, you went through sothing like .." - Said the ssy-haired boy.
"W-Well... this might sound a bit strange but when I ca to Nangokuren I had a rare disease..." - Rintarō sighed.
"!" - the bespectacled boy opened his eyes in surprise because he couldn't believe how similar the two of them were - "Really?"
"Yes... you see, my disease was called Hentai Syndro... a disease that made when I got excited, my heart would start beating so hard that it could cause to go into cardiac arrest" - sighed Rintarō as he shook his head - "But thanks to the help of one of my friends, I was able to be cured"
