A week later, Cloud was returning to the camp where Netero and the others were, only to be greeted by an irate nchi.
"Where the fuck were you guys!" - nchi exclaid as she shot an annoyed glare at the group that had just returned, especially the blond who had a different appearance and aura - "Did you dye your hair?"
"No, and I'm sure you know where we were" - Cloud replied as he rolled his eyes at her - "Rember that we sent a letter."
"Oh, you're right" - muttered nchi, though she quickly beca hysterical again - "Don't change the subject! Why didn't you take with you!"
"I'll explain when we all get together, I have so things to explain" - said Cloud calmly as he looked around - "By the way, call the survivors of the chira ants!"
nchi gave him an annoyed look before calling the others.
"Cloud, you look different" - mused Netero, who couldn't do anything but ntion this before even greeting the group that had returned.
"Let's just say that a few accidents happened during our trip and I had to take so necessary asures that ended up giving this new appearance" - answered Cloud calmly, although if he was serious, he hadn't changed much, only that his musculature had returned to its original shape, well-defined but not bulky muscles, and that his blond hair now had a black tuft. Other than those details, there wasn't much difference from before.
"I was referring to your aura, it feels much more balanced, as if you've reached Zen" - Netero replied while pulling his beard - "Interesting, reaching that state of mind took years."
Cloud didn't respond to this, he just remained silent as he waited for the others to arrive.

Fifteen minutes later, everyone was gathered, waiting for Cloud to speak.
Kyōka was surprised to see how Hina, the chira ant was pregnant for what seed like 8 months.
"Well, now that we are gathered, I want to brief you on the situation" - Cloud said as he looked around - "First, I want to tell you that all three [Royal Guards], are dead, and the Chira Ant King is missing, although his condition is so weak that I wouldn't be surprised if he could never return to his old form."
"He's not dead?" - Netero asked with a frown because ruem continuing to go about the world as if nothing was still a potential risk to human extinction.
"Don't worry, I have my thods to know if he is a danger or not" - Cloud answered while shaking his head.
Netero was a bit skeptical, but still nodded.
He trusted Cloud, however, that didn't an he wouldn't send soone to check in case of an ergency.
Cloud noticed this, however, he didn't do to impede his actions.
"So what are they going to do now that it's all 'over'?" - Cloud asked as he looked at the surviving chira ants.
"We were talking to Netero-sama, and we decided to work for the [Hunter's Association] as paynt for our safety" - replied Colt as he looked at Shidore, and nodded - "We also have our "human" rights, and our mother will be able to be with us"
"I want to see my grandchildren, although I didn't think I'd be a grandmother so soon" - replied her mother as she scratched her cheek and hugged her youngest daughter - "Fate is a very mysterious thing"
"It's good to hear that their lives are getting better" - Cloud replied with a small smile - "Anyway, now that this is over, I plan to travel the world, I don't need to hunt anymore and I think I've already done a lot for the [Association]"
Netero tugged at his beard as he sighed regretfully - "I understand, it's a pity because having soone like you, it's good for us."
"What about ?" - nchi asked as she folded her arms.
"You can co with us if you wish" - Cloud replied as he shrugged his shoulders.
"And don't expect to get rid of this ti" - nchi growled in annoyance as she turned and retreated so she could get her things ready.
"I guess this would be goodbye for now" - Pyon said as she cocked her head to the side.
"Yes, though it's not a goodbye, but more of a see you later" - Kyōka replied as he shrugged - "We still have one last thing to do."
"Here, with this you'll be able to contact directly if anything happens" - Cloud ntioned while entering a number to Netero - "That said, I think we'd better continue with our journey, there are many things to do and places to check out"
"I guess this went a lot faster than I thought it would" - Gel expressed as the others watched the blond man retreat after giving the information - "At least we're safe now"
"For now" - Netero added as he shook his head.

"I still think this is cruel" - said nchi as she folded her arms because Kyoko's training was getting worse and worse, to the point that she couldn't watch without asking if the poor woman was psychologically okay for enduring all that torture.
"You didn't get strong just by eating, did you?" - Kyōka asked sarcastically.
"No, but" - muttered nchi with a frown.
"No buts" - declared Kyōka seriously - "And I'm going to give you a piece of advice, I recomnd you to go back to training with everything you have because if you keep going like this, Kyoko-chan is going to surpass you in a matter of days."
"And what's wrong with that?" - nchi asked while raising an eyebrow - "Isn't that her goal?"
"No, her goal is to beco much stronger, a wish I sincerely approve of" - replied Kyōka while folding her arms - "But back to the point, you should follow in her footsteps or you won't be able to continue your dream, after all, the most delicious ingredients, are the most dangerous"
"I know, however, I am powerful enough to be able to get them" - nchi declared proudly.
"Oh, friend, you are so wrong" - Kyōka replied while letting out a laugh - "You don't know anything about it."
"What do you an?" - nchi asked with a frown because again he was feeling that she was out of place because of how the trio seed to have information that she was unaware of - "Are they hiding sothing from ?"
"You'll know when the ti cos, though unfortunately, it's not that ti yet" - Kyōka replied as she shrugged as she realized that she had spoken out of turn.
nchi frowned before looking around and noticing how Cloud seed to be thinking about sothing, and noticing how Kyoko was stretched out on the ground, resting after going through such an ordeal as climbing the entire mountain with weight and a doubled gravity.
"Cloud?" - nchi asked as she tried to find answers to her doubts.
"I'm sorry, I can't talk and I'm doing it for your safety" - answered Cloud as he stopped pondering and gave the light blue haired girl a look - "I'm not lying, if I talk right now, I'll end up causing you much more damage than you think."
nchi frowned, but decided to accept Cloud's words for the mont.
He had already explained to her why he had left her behind during the search for the chira ant king, and although she was still a little upset, she understood that it was the only option during that ti.
