"Right." Damon exhaled, continuing to explore his soul sea. While what Blood Reign advised might not be wrong, he was yet to find a way to unlock that specific skill from his bloodline. Eitherway, he first needed to understand this soul space more.
"Say, is there any other use for this space?" Damon asked, looking around. It was right at this mont, he spotted another familiar face in his soul space.
It was none other than the black robed guy whom Blood Reign had captured and imprisoned back during the Blood Hall battle.
The man glared at Damon with unbridled killing intent. So much so that for a second it made Damon wonder if his soul space was really safe with this guy propped inside it.
"Blood Reign… what are we doing with this guy?"
"My liege, please call little red. This is so unfair. You give anything and everything to these won around you but all I ask if for a nickna and I am denied repeatedly."
Damon sighed, dragging a hand down his face. "Little Red? Okay?"
Blood Reign's expression brightened instantly, her eyes gleaming like molten rubies. "Ah, so you do care!" she said, voice practically glowing with delight. "My liege, I shall cherish this na till eternity. You have no idea how long I've-"
"Yeah, yeah," Damon interrupted, waving her off. "You're welco. Now, Little Red, mind explaining why there's a psychopath squatting inside my soul?"
Blood Reign pouted slightly but complied, folding her arms as she turned her gaze toward the prisoner. "He is yours, my liege. We captured him. You can do whatever you want with him. Whatever pleases you, my liege." Little red winked.
Damon felt a cold chill run down his spine. "No thank you. Stop saying nonsense, idiot."
Little red pouted again. "My liege, you are misunderstanding my innocent words."
"You? Innocent? Weren't you the one who suggested I take Aurora as my sex slave at one point?"
"And you did exactly that, my liege. Am I wrong? Actually you did one better. Not only did you make her a sex slave but you also made her quite a useful servant. Fallen angels are not that easy to co by."
Damon stared at the woman speechlessly. "For your own sake, don't let Aurora hear these things. Then I am not responsible for what happens next."
Blood Reign opened her mouth to say sothing but she has personally seen how scary that woman could be. So she simply shut up about it and changed the topic. "My liege, what I ant was… you could use this man to spar with. His footwork and technique are not too shabby for soone from your world. He is a rare talent. You can use him to train."
Damon raised a brow. "I can train inside my soul space?"
Blood Reign nodded eagerly, the gleam in her eyes returning. "Of course, my liege. The soul sea is not just reflection, it is reality molded by your will and your soul. Whatever you create here can exist. So only in essence and so very real. Ti flows differently as well. A single hour outside could be days within, depending on your control."
That caught Damon's attention imdiately. "Wait. You're saying I can train in here and get stronger without wasting real-world ti?"
Her lips curved into a knowing smirk. "Exactly. Though, it depends on how stable your soul sea is. For now, it's… still forming. If you strain it too much, your consciousness could collapse, and your body outside might… well, you know." She made a casual slicing motion across her throat.
Damon exhaled. "So, instant death if I overdo it." He could handle that condition. This was a superb opportunity irrespectively.
Blood Reign chuckled. "That's why I suggested starting with sothing simple, like him."
"Alright. So how do I do this?"
Blood Reign giggled. "Let see, my liege. I think I have enough energy to help you with the first one and demonstrate to you the proper use of this space. Not many know this but you can create a soul avatar which will make things even more interesting. Watch , my liege. I will teach you everything." She proudly started demonstrating.
The dark sea around them rippled as Blood Reign raised her hand. Crimson light spiraled from her palm and shot forward. The next second a small space appeared in front of them. Blood Reign walked towards it and Damon followed. The mont the two of them entered that spot, they found themselves standing on a battle arena instead.
It was just a simple battle arena, a plain ground with so trees and rocks here and there. Blood Reign and Damon were standing on one side and the black robed guy was standing on the other side. He was bound by crimson chains.
"You can release and reform the chains as you please, my liege."
Blood Reign then proceeded to explain how to create the soul avatar. Damon nodded. The process was simple enough. All of it basically ca down to him willing the whole thing into existence. There was also a rune involved.
As Blood Reign drew the rune, he followed her movents and created his own rune. As soon as he completed it, the symbol dissolved into the air and sank into the ground below him.
The soul sea responded instantly. Ripples of energy surged outward, the darkness beneath his feet splitting apart to reveal veins of crimson light. The air thickened, vibrating with power. Then, right before him, the light gathered into a figure, his figure, identical down to the last detail.
The only difference was its eyes. The clone had pitch-black pools streaked with red veins, gleaming with the sa hunger that burned in the depths of his own soul.
"That's , huh?" Damon stared at it for a mont, sothing inside his mind clicking.
Blood Reign smiled proudly. "Your essence given form. It reflects not just your current strength, but your intent, your instincts, even your bloodlust. The purer your will, the stronger your avatar. Right now, it mirrors you perfectly. You are a natural, my liege!"
