Mika groaned, dragging a hand down his face.

"Gods...I didn’t think about that. I only wanted to make sure they never repeated what they did. They crossed a line, so I made sure they rembered it forever."

"And they did." Charlotte tilted her head, smiling faintly. "Along with the entire academy."

Mika sighed. He rembered. He rembered all too well. At the ti, he’d thought it was the perfect punishnt, brutal, humiliating, but unforgettable. But he hadn’t anticipated that he’d be the one branded with the aftermath.

He shot her a sideways look, his voice low. "If I’d known it’d stick this badly, I wouldn’t have done it."

She grinned wider. "No, you would have. Because you’re evil, Mika. Who else but you would co up with sothing so...creative? Forcing people to eat until the level dropped? That’s diabolical. I an..." She laughed softly. "...it’s almost admirable."

He rolled his eyes. "I was forced to act. I didn’t want to do it, but they left no choice."

Charlotte’s smile softened into a pout.

"See, that’s the part I don’t like. You did all that, for her. That ’girl’ in your class. Honestly..." She looked away, puffing out her cheeks. "If you’d done it for , maybe it’d feel a little more...romantic. Like you were standing up for , defending my honor in so twisted Mika kind of way."

"...But no, it had to be for her."

Mika stopped mid-step on the stairs, turning to look at her like she’d grown a second head.

"Romantic? Forcing soone into a pit of shit would be romantic if it was for you?"

She didn’t flinch, just stared back with earnest eyes.

"Of course. You don’t understand girls, Mika. It’s not the what you do, it’s the fact that you do it for us. That’s what matters."

He muttered under his breath, shaking his head. "You’re insane..." and resud climbing the stairs.

Charlotte quickly followed, still smiling, then nudged him with her elbow. "Okay then, what about your other nicknas? You don’t seem to mind those as much. Like when they call you the Cursed One?"

Mika stiffened, then sighed. "That one’s different. I can’t do anything about it. Soone leaked my files, rember?"

The truth about this nickna was sothing most students at Solaria whispered about but few actually understood.

Mika didn’t belong to one of the prestigious battle classes or the lofty specialized divisions where prodigies and noble heirs honed their gifts. No, he was a student of the support class.

The support class was the lowest rung of Solaria Academy, the group that didn’t carry blessings. They were ordinary humans in a world where blessings defined worth.

Their role was simple and often thankless: they assisted the Blessed.

They beca the caretakers, sidekicks, aides, and shadows of those chosen by the gods. They carried equipnt, brewed potions, fetched supplies, healed wounds with basic dicine, and cleaned up the aftermath of battles.

They were the ones who made sure the "real" warriors could shine.

That was how Mika had entered the academy, quietly, humbly, a face among hundreds who existed to serve rather than to stand at the front.

He might have gone unnoticed forever if not for the secret that should have never co out.

Soone, sohow, had pried open his file and made it public. It revealed a fact that should have been impossible: though he had no blessing, mana still coursed through his veins.

In this world, that was no small thing. Mana was the blood of blessings, the divine spark that allowed the Blessed to manifest power. Without blessings, mana could not flow in a human body.

At least, not in a normal one.

There was only one kind of creature known to wield mana without divine gifts: the cursed beings.

The otherworldly invaders. Monsters from beyond.

And so the whispers began.

"He’s not human."

"He’s going to turn into one of them, just wait."

"A monster in disguise."

The academy was a political hub, filled with the children of nobles, generals, and priestly orders. Rumors spread like fire, and Mika was branded with a new na that clung tighter than any other: The Cursed One.

It didn’t matter that he bled like them, that he thought like them, that he had never once shown any sign of transforming into a beast. The stain of suspicion followed him everywhere.

Students scowled at him in hallways, teachers watched him warily, and so even whispered prayers when he passed.

The worst part?...The nickna carried weight. In a place where reputations ant survival, being the Cursed One ant he was always one step away from being treated as an enemy, not a peer.

Charlotte tilted her head at him, her expression softening as she noticed the faint bitterness in his voice. "But to think that’s the reason they all started hating you."

Mika gave a humorless half-smile. "Yeah. To them, I’m not a student. I’m just a ticking bomb, waiting to go off."

"...Just wait until I find the bastard who leaked my files. I’ll make him eat so much shit that my na turne into the One Foot Poop Gobbler."

"It’s alright, it’s alright, Mika." Charlotte gave his shoulder a reassuring pat, her smile warm and confident. "Even if you’ve got a bad nickna, and people throw all kinds of nasty titles at you..."

She began ticking them off on her fingers, reciting one insulting na after another.

"The Sewer Rat, the Dungeon Mutt, the Walking Hex, the Boy Who Shouldn’t Be Here, oh, and my favorite, the Toilet Tyrant—"

"Wait. Hold up." Mika blinked, dumbfounded. "Hold up, hold up...what are these new titles? Since when have people been calling that? No one ever told !"

Charlotte froze, her lips pursed in guilt.

"Ah...um...never mind." She waved her hands quickly, avoiding his eyes. "Let’s just forget I said anything!"

Mika squinted at her suspiciously. "Forget it? After you just casually said I’ve got more insults floating around campus with my na on them? No way, spill it."

But Charlotte only offered him an apologetic smile, then changed the subject in a brighter tone.

"Look, even with all those nas, at least you’ve got one that makes you stand out."

"...You’re History’s Strongest Support Class, after all."

The words echoed in his ears.

The truth was, support classes weren’t like the main blessed students of Solaria. They weren’t the shining stars with world-breaking powers.

Instead, they were ordinary humans who acted as attendants, aides, or contracted partners to the blessed. They handled the logistics, offered mana alignnt, assisted in combat prep, and made sure the blessed could fight at full potential.

Most support students were lucky if they were chosen by even one blessed. Usually, that ant they’d spend their entire career serving that one person, often in complete obscurity.

Mika, however, was different. He was an anomaly.

He wasn’t bound to one blessed. He wasn’t even bound to two.

He was contracted to five. Five SSS-classed blessed. Each one a legend in their own right.

And among those five were none other than Charlotte and her sisters, the shining jewels of the academy, the inheritors of power who had the eyes of the whole world on them.

No one in history had ever managed such a feat. To be contracted to one SSS-class blessed was already a legendary status, but to five of them at the sa ti, it was unheard of.

Impossible. Yet here Mika was, tied to them all. It was why people whispered about him as "History’s Strongest Support Class."

But Mika could only chuckle under his breath, the sound low and bitter. To him, it felt fraudulent.

"Strongest support class, huh? More like strongest servant. That’s all it really ans. Just another way of saying I’m everyone’s errand boy."

He shoved his hands in his pockets, shoulders slouched as he walked alongside Charlotte.

"Besides...let’s be honest. The only reason I’m contracted to all of you is because of nepotism."

"All five of you fought over who I would contract with when I entered the academy, so much so that your mothers had to stop you guys and pull you back from creating a catastrophe."

Hearing this, Charlotte couldn’t help but blush and avert her eyes, guilt written all over her face. She rembered that day vividly.

When Mika had first entered the academy, they had thrown a small party for him—a gathering he had been practically dragged into against his will.

But what was ant to be a peaceful family dinner quickly spiraled into utter chaos. None of the sisters could agree on who would get the honor of contracting with Mika, and before long, they were at each other’s throats, unleashing a battle that shook the building to its foundations.

Tables were shattered, walls ca crashing down, and what should have been a warm celebration turned into an all-out war.

By the end of it, the entire restaurant was reduced to rubble—thankfully, it was one of Yelena’s restaurants, closed to the public that night, so no one outside their family was hurt. Still, the scene had forced their mothers to intervene, each of them dragging their daughters back before they went so far as to kill each other over the matter.

In the end, a compromise was reached: Mika would contract with all of them. It was the only way to prevent further disaster, for if he chose just one, the others would have torn the academy, and each other apart for the position of being his contracted support.

But while Charlotte sat there with guilt lingering in her eyes, still haunted by the mory of the restaurant they had destroyed that night, Mika’s pace began to slow.

His footsteps grew heavier as though dragged down by invisible chains, his head lowering under the weight of thoughts he could no longer push aside. A weary sigh slipped past his lips, his shoulders sinking.

"Honestly..." He murmured, voice quiet but carrying the weight of truth. "When I entered this school, I just wanted a calm, normal school life. That’s all I ever wanted."

"...But it feels like everything’s stacked against here."

And it wasn’t just words. It was the truth of him, raw and unadorned.

When Mika had first set foot in Solaria Academy, his heart had carried a fragile hope he hadn’t dared to hold for years. He wanted to taste the ordinary things he had always been denied.

To wake up to mornings filled with anticipation of classes and chatter-filled hallways. To join after-school clubs, argue over silly things like what ga to play next, or who would buy snacks on the way ho.

He wanted to laugh too loudly with friends during lunch breaks, to scribble notes and pass them across desks during boring lectures, to pull late nights cramming for exams side by side with people who saw him as nothing more than a fellow student.

He had wanted to live the simple, unremarkable joys of youth—things others took for granted but that he had only ever watched from a distance.

Things that, through his own suffering and isolation, he had longed for more than anything. To blend into the crowd. To be one of many, not one apart.

But the mont he crossed the academy’s gates, that fragile dream was torn apart. His files had been leaked. His na twisted into sothing dangerous, cursed, untouchable.

Whispers spread faster than wildfire, rumors festering into suspicion. His classmates didn’t see him as another boy starting fresh—they saw a threat, a living calamity. Every look was wary, every smile forced, every interaction laced with the fear that he might break apart and drag them down with him.

And so, the academy life he had dread of, a life filled with warmth, laughter, and belonging, slipped away like sand through his fingers.

Instead of freedom, he lived like an outcast trapped within crowded halls, suffocated by the knowledge that no matter how much he wanted to just be normal, in this place, he would never truly belong.

Charlotte, noticing the wry smile on his face, glanced at him, a flicker of sympathy in her eyes. Then her lips curved into a mischievous grin.

"You know...that reminds . There’s another nickna floating around lately."

Mika imdiately shook away his thoughts and groaned. "Great. Just what I needed. Go on then, what is it this ti?"

Charlotte bit her lip, hesitating. "I really didn’t want to tell you. It’s...it’s bad. Like, really bad."

That only made him lean closer, curiosity piqued. "Bad? Now I have to know. Co on, whisper it. No one else needs to hear."

She giggled, eyes sparkling with mischief. "Okay, but you’ve got to promise not to get mad."

"I won’t. Just tell already."

He crouched down slightly, tilting his head so she could whisper in his ear. For a mont, he expected a cruel new insult, another label to weigh on him.

But instead—

Chu!♡~

Charlotte pressed a quick kiss to his cheek to which Mika froze, eyes wide, as heat rushed up his neck.

Charlotte then stepped back, hands behind her back, smiling brightly. "The nickna is...’The Most Gullible Idiot."

Before he could even react, she was already darting off down the corridor, waving at him.

"Bye-bye, Mika! See you later!"

anwhile, he stood rooted in place, stunned, a hand subconsciously brushing the cheek she’d kissed.

Around them, students who had already been glaring daggers at him now looked utterly scandalized. The whispers sharpened, scowls deepened. Every eye in the hallway seed to burn into his back with jealousy and contempt.

And yet...despite all of it, Mika couldn’t stop the small, genuine smile tugging at his lips. Maybe his school life wasn’t peaceful, maybe it was ssy and hostile.

But this part?...This part was worth it.
