In the unholy wasteland... Amon and the elite beast finally clashed against each other!
However, it couldnt even be considered a clash...
The beast slapped a claw in amon’s direction.
While amon brought his sword up to block the attack...

Before amon could even celebrate he felt his vision darken considerably

Amon reappeared at the white void and fell silent, his eyes filled with shock.
He hadnt even realised how he had died, that was the most terrifying part of it all...
He glanced at the tir. There was just ten seconds left.
At this point he could only die twice due to having only 73 lives.
If he wanted to use the sa technique as exchanging damages for lives, it wouldnt work because the beast was far more terrifying than he imagined.
Amon had just five seconds left.
He had to think of a counter asure before the ti was up...
Suddenly his eyes lit up as he thought of sothing.
Just before he could ponder on his thoughts, the tir ticked down to [00:00]

Before amon could utter another word, he vanished, reapearing at the unholy wasteland.
He was briefly stunned, before being overjoyed.
The beast still hadnt realised he had ressurected.
Amon quickly snuck up to the beast.
Suddenly the rogue liger sniffed and let out a terrifying roar, then spun arround, its dark green eyes scanning Amon with quiet shock and amusent.
It was shock that amon was still alive!
Amon didn’t hesitate in the slightest. He had to put his plan in motion!
Seeing that he had been locked onto by the beast, he quickly made his move, jumping towards the rogue liger’s head.
Bang!
His sword pierced through the liger’s head.

Letting out a pain filled roar, the liger quickly slapped Amon away.

Amon died once more and appeared in the white void.
A grim look finally appeared on his face.
There were just 15 seconds left.
He couldnt take any chances! This was his only chance to kill the Rogue liger.
If his guess wasnt wrong, the liger should be roughly around 90 health points, so all he needed to do was to pierce either the head or the heart of the beast to land a critical strike and end it’s life.
’After this, I definitely can’t die again or I would lose my Nexus path,’ Amon felt a slight tingle in his heart but he ultimately steeled his resolve!
He couldnt back down now!
All he could do was take the gamble, and see what happens.
With that in mind, amon glanced at the tir.

’System, resurrect back at the sa spot!’
The mont Amon gave the order, the system imidately ressurected him back at the sa location.
The mont Amon appeared, A dreadful pressure pressed down on him.
To his shock, the beast was staring at his location warily.
The mont he appeared, the beast’s eyes betrayed a look of shock.
Just as it expected! The player had really appeared!
The beast didn’t give Amon any chances and imdiately pounced on him.
Amon’s eyes shifted slightly and without hesitation he rolled to the side, barely dodging the attack by a hair’s breath.
The liger crashed onto the ground and was montarily dazed before letting out another angered roar and charging straight at amon.
Amon wasnt taking any chances with the beast.
He quickly used the trees to try to delay the liger’s terrifying speed.

The tree exploded, fragnts scattering outwards.

Damage numbers appeared above Amon’s head, but these minor decrease in health points could be ignored for now.
Suddenly, amon spotted sothing and his eyes lit up slightly.
Since all the beasts were kinda in a state of inactivity, could he take advantage of this and kill them?
If he could increase his life once more, he could fake his death and eliminate the Liger!
With this in mind, under the chase of the terrifying beast, Amon quickly switched directions, spotting a snake coiled around a tree.
Whoosh!
The wind whistled beside him.
Amon quickly jumped as the liger brushed past him like a shadow.

Amon was shocked that just a slight graze on his body could cause such terrifying damage.
’Damn it...’ he cursed internally.
Thankfully he was far enough from the liger.

He struck the head of the snake coiled on the tree mid-jump and it instantly exploded, condensing into a treasure chest.
Amon felt his health increase by 30 points, and felt slightly relieved inwardly.
Thankfully, he also had the ’healer’s’ prefix. With it, he could replenish his health.
As long as he wasnt one-shotted, handling ocassionally brushes and strikes from the liger was no problem at all!
With that said, amon’s life had increased by 5!
As the beast’s level increased, the number of lives they granted him also increased as well!
Overjoyed by this realisation, and quickly spotted another beast, a wolf that washidden behind a tree. Its eyes were frozen and it’s limbs were stiff shocasing that it possessed no sigh of movents.
Bang!
Amon’s sword drove right through it’s skull, killing it instantly with a critical strike.
His lives and health increased once more.
Feeling a breeze move past him, amon instinctively tilted to the side, using the tree as a baricade for the bushes.
Bang!
The tree exploded and amon was slightly wounded by the liger’s claw.

More than 90 percent of his health was reduced instantly.
Gritting his teeth and ignoring the pain racking through his body, amon quickly increased his speed deeper into thearing, spotting a herd of wild goat.
His eyes lit up instantly, and he was overjoyed!
It was exactly this kinds of beasts, gathered in packs that brought him the most joy!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
As he ran through the clearing filled with wild goats, his sword swung left and right, cleaving the beasts in two.
Being insta-killed amon felt his lives quickly climb up past 60 and it was still surging, while his health-bar was soon filled up.
With the threat of death gone, amon was relieved.
He felt a slight shadow brush past him and this ti, he didnt dodge, rather he poised to strike.
Bang!
Both man and beast exchanged strikes with each other.
And two different notifications appeared on both sides.
