Rudy’s mother couldn’t take her eyes off the silver spoon—plain at first glance, yet etched with faint black engravings that seed too deliberate to be ordinary. Why had her God handed it to her, and what possible connection could it have to the sacred duty she was about to receive?

Leon didn’t make her wait long, and instead of explaining, he decided to just show her.

A bowl materialized in his hand, and with just a thought—without spending a single speck of mana—it filled with soup in less than a millisecond.

The soup was thick, steaming, and impossibly real.

A savory aroma drifted through the air—rich with spices, roasted at, and the earthy scent of boiled roots. A thin trail of steam spiraled from the bowl, curling toward her face and warming her skin.

Rudy’s mother froze, staring at the spoon in her God’s hand. It was just silver... yet it had summoned a miracle.

Rudy’s mother recognized the soup instantly—the very sa one that had filled their bellies earlier, packed with at and various kinds of vegetables, and so delicious that it could make soone scream in delight for seconds.

It was extrely delicious.

She looked at the spoon, and then at her God. She connected the dots quickly and murmured her response.

"God, have you transferred your power to this simple-looking spoon?"

Leon stayed silent and didn’t answer her. She had arrived at a completely wrong conclusion, but he wasn’t going to explain anything.

His silence was taken as a form of approval by Rudy’s mother and everyone else present, as it was the only explanation they could co to—how else could a simple spoon create delicious soup out of nowhere? It had to be their God’s power.

Leon placed the spoon into her hands after the demonstration.

He could see she was about to cry at any mont. He didn’t understand why everyone he t had to be so dramatic.

But he knew that in the future, with them thinking he was a God, he would likely get even more fanatic reactions from people.

Still, he would leave it be—because absolute loyalty was what mattered to him. He didn’t care whether it ca through faith or anything else.

Another bowl appeared in his hand out of thin air, empty, as his calm voice sounded in the air—making everyone listen with intensity.

"You try it now. Just think of soup appearing out of thin air—it will happen."

She didn’t hesitate and tried. Her first attempt failed, and she couldn’t believe she would be the one to do it, even with God’s power.

"Don’t worry, try it again—and believe in it."

On her next try, soup began pouring down like an endless well. It could have spilled, so he stopped her beforehand.

Her hands trembled as she cradled the spoon, eyes glistening. A breath hitched in her throat—not from disbelief, but from a joy so intense it made her knees weak.

His voice sounded again.

"You and the old man from before will be in charge of the spoon—to create food for everyone every single day. You can pick other people to help you in completing the duty as well."

She knew God was talking about Old Will, who was the kindest among everyone in the slum. He helped everyone—everyone knew him well.

She felt delighted to be part of such a sacred duty with him.

She bowed her head and clutched the spoon tightly to her chest.

Leon had an unreadable expression on his face as he looked at the Spoon of Infinite Soup in her hands.

What a strange treasure...

He had first found out about this when Seraphine curiously wanted to see the spoon up close. It was the treasure that fascinated her the most—right after the Dinsional Hourglass.

But by accident, she created soup.

He was shocked. Wasn’t he supposed to be the master of the treasure? So how co she could use it? And it wasn’t like the Ti Dinsion, where he had given her entry through his will.

Which ant anyone could use the spoon—regardless of who they were—they just had to be in possession of it.

I’m not the master of this treasure...

A spoon that defied ownership. How absurd. He couldn’t command it, couldn’t bind it—and yet it fed entire crowds. Seraphine’s fascination suddenly made too much sense.

He had even tried to do the sa thing his sword had done—cutting his hand and absorbing his blood—but nothing like that worked with the spoon.

It was a mystery to him—what kind of treasure this spoon truly was, and what the markings on the spoon ant. He couldn’t detect anything, not even a trace of any elent he knew.

He was sure the space elent was sohow involved—but he was wrong.

In the future, he would crack the mystery of his Spoon of Infinite Soup—and how it actually did those magical things, which didn’t match its rank at all: Rare Rank.

He could only scoff at the modest rank it was labeled with.

There were still so things he had to do. His hand rose into the air in one swift motion—just like the ti he had brought divine punishnt to Mark.

Everyone’s eyes widened in sheer horror, their breaths catching in their throats. Whispers of panic surged through the crowd like an incoming storm, but no one dared speak aloud. The pressure in the air thickened, like a giant hand gripping their chests, and from the way God’s hand hovered—still and rciless—it felt as though their doom had already been written.

A low murmur of dread ran through the crowd. Children whimpered. The air grew heavy, humming with raw mana. Jas clenched his teeth so hard a crack rang out. Blood dribbled down his chin, but he didn’t flinch. His eyes glowed with manic devotion.

My Lord, do it!!!

He could die from the pleasure if those hundreds of people were turned to ash in an instant.

Mana was surging inside Leon’s body—the amount reaching a level that could bring catastrophe to cities.

His hand hovered in the air as if judgnt was being delivered.

They didn’t even have a chance to say a word.

It all happened too fast.

Leon’s hand dropped—

And the world held its breath.
