He knew that the possibility of other players being in this city was definitely high, after all, it was like a small tropolis, there was bound to be a few of them if not multiple, trying to gain total control over it.
He had Jerry lead him to several other establishnts, Su Ping offered them the sa deal. Most of them had the sa reaction as Mary while so were downright skeptical but, Su Ping was surprised when one store owner decided to sell yet, Su Ping wasn’t really all that pleased by the property.
His eyes peaked through his covering and Straw hat,at the establishnt he found himself in. This was one of those places that was mild in the day and more active at night.

Su Ping stared at the Old lady who he assud had 3 inches of make up on her face.
’ To think this idiot brought to a f*cking brothel! What kind of situation is this.’ Su Ping wanted to strangle Jerry who was sitting next to him with a gaze that seed to be asking for praise. Seeing the look on his face, he wanted to strangle him even more because of this.

" Coming!" Su Ping suddenly heard a soothing feminine voice from sowhere upstairs. Monts later, he saw a pretty woman who looked like she was in her early thirties, co downstairs.
Hella eyed the stranger next to her proprietor with an intrigued look in her eyes, wondering why she was conversing with such a person. When Hella noticed the Old woman giving her a telling gaze, her expression turned seductive as she sauntered over.
Jerry gulped at the sight of her swaying curves yet sat in place, afraid that he would upset the covered man beside him.
" Mommy, is this the kind sir you wanted to et." Hella showed a flirtatious smile before placing her soft, fair fingers on Su Ping’s chest, tracing them upwards.
" She’s the one you were talking about?" Hella froze when Su Ping grabbed her wrist and removed her hands off him while still facing the old woman. Both Hella and the brothel owner were stunned because he did it in less than a split second, as if Hella hand had only touched the silk of his cloth before being repelled instantaneously.
" Yes sir, she’s the one." Said the Old woman, this ti her voice was filled with caution and reverence. The Old woman then told Hella about what the both of them had been discussing.
" I’m sorry sir but I can’t accept... Mommy has been a good boss to the girls here, it wouldn’t sit well with everyone to watch her go..." Hellas words trailed off when Su Ping flicked a gold coin into her hand before placing a new contract parchnt Infront of the Old woman.
" Here, sign this and everything within this establishnt will be transfered to my ownership effective imdiately." Su Ping placed 10 mana stones next to the contract.
Jerry eyes trembled when he saw the contract. The necromancer had told him to wait outside so that he could prepare the contract when they went to the city hall, what he didn’t expect was for him to have prepared another contract specifically for such an occasion.
The Old woman showed a brief look of anguish as if she felt that she had encored a loss by not asking for more paynt, after all, Su Ping had placed the stones as if such a number was trivial to him.
Hella on the other hand had a look of fervor on her face as she stared at the gold coin in her hand, this was what she could make in 6 months yet her new boss had just handed it to her without batting an eye.
" There, it’s signed." The Old woman retracted her blood stained thumb from the contract.
" Great, now you can leave." Su Ping took the paper, rolled it up before placing it into his storage ring.
The Old lady didn’t stand on ceremony, she went and packed her belongings before leaving the brothel.
" Jerry, Wait outside for a mont. I’d like to have a quiet talk with her for a mont." Su Ping said. Jerry did as he was told, leaving and closing the door behind him.
" Boss, are you that eager to take here and now." Hella leaned onto Su Ping, her alluring figure seemingly begging to be taken.
" You misunderstand." Su Ping easily evaded her, almost causing her to trip and fall. " Stop playing around and have the other girls co down here right this mont. They better hurry because I don’t have all day."
Hella didn’t try to see whether her new boss was joking or not. She left to do just as Su Ping had asked.
" This is everyone?" Su Ping asked Hella who stood behind. Before him were around 20 won of varying ages and figures. The oldest looked like she was in her 40s while the youngest was a surprising 16.
’ I’m guessing age requirents for adult hood must be lower in this kingdom.’ Su Ping thought to himself. Though the girls looked different, Su Ping didn’t deny that all of them had so attractive features.
The girls were all curious, Hella had told them about the new situation of the brothel causing them all to wonder what their new boss would be like.
Su Ping suddenly pulled off his straw hat, revealing to the girls a head covered in flowing darkness, yet the girls were able to see a pair of purple black glowing eyes peaking through that darkness.

’... Please tell this is so kind of joke.’ Su Ping blinked, feeling dumbstruck. He knew that his first step towards a coback wasn’t very dignified but this? Wasn’t this a bit too much.
’ Isn’t the system supposed to help with my advancent, the heck are these two rewards supposed to do to help my conquest?!’ Su Ping almost punched the system panel but managed to hold himself back. He first decided to check the descriptions of the rewards to know if this could be salvaged or not.
From the looks of it, Su Ping felt that he might not have gotten a structure card because the system should’ve registered the brothel itself as an independent structure and simply gave rewards to increase its effectiveness.
’ But if that’s the case, doesn’t that an I won’t gain structure cards unless I take over so open lands? And what about elental gems as well...’ Su Ping sighed, he wasn’t sure what ga the system was playing at but the least he could do was accept what he got for now.

A look of intrigue erged on Su Ping’s face, He expected the rewards to be useless but these two items were practically made for each other.
’ If I can use this perfectly, not only will I be able to increase this places business but It can also turn this place into a hub which I can use to recruit more ample sheep.’ Su Ping stroked his chin while pondering the idea.
He first had Hella place the Fragrant fox charms in places around the Spring Peach brothel that would maximize their effect.
