Chapter 154: Faith strikes again.
[Dark Tentacles]
With a thought from Su Ping, the ground began to tremble all over, within the entire area of the warehouse.
" What’s happening?!"
" Is this so kind of spell."
The thugs were quickly overwheld by fear due to the sheer scale of the rumbling, but that wasn’t even the main attack. Before they realized what was going on, large tentacles as thick as cars sprouted out from the ground, all over.
So thugs who were unlucky, and were lifted into the air by the tentacles before falling to their deaths, while so were quick enough to react, leaping off the tentacles before they were taken too high.
The tentacles not only affected the thugs but the warehouse as well, multiple dark tentacles sprouted out from the warehouse, with the ergence of each one, a large chunk of the warehouse cracked before crumbling to the ground.
The thugs all stared at the countless large swaying tentacles that dwarfed them considerably. The two young girls beside Fredrick, paled in fright at the scene, their legs trembling as if ready to give in any mont now.
" There’s no reason to fear, Don’t mind his flashy spell, he’s just a Lvl 2 unit." Said the fat man. " They’re only large targets, don’t let their size mislead you."
" You heard the boss!"
" Don’t just stand there you fools! If you don’t want to die, attack him with all you’ve got!" Said the nacing looking man.
" Arrrrhhh!!!" The gruff looking man bellowed at the top of his lungs, summoning his Lvl 2 strength and charging towards a tentacle with a blood stained axe in hand. The others followed suit, Fredrick’s words reigniting their battle spirit.
" URRGH!" Their eye’s suddenly widened when one of the tentacles easily grabbed the gruff looking man.
The gruff man was forced to drop his battle axe because the tentacles squished him, mangling his hands before any of them could blink from fright.
They bore witness as the man’s eyes bulged before popping out of his sockets and onto the floor, rolling so distance away as the tentacle crushed him entirely.
" Hahahaha, don’t even think of resisting! You’re all going to die here today!" Su Pings wicked laughter echoed within the confinent of the dark sphere.
SWOOSH.
The thugs were trying to process what to do next when a huge tentacle ca sweeping horizontally. The huge tentacle possessed unprecedented speed that terrified the thugs.
The Fredrick’s beady eye’s turned sharp, the next mont, his body bloated up like a ball in a flash, his clothes ripped to pieces.
The people who were around Fredrick all felt a sense of hope when they realized he was about to take action. They all gave him so space. The large flesh ball then began rotating rapidly before springing forward.
His body was like a wrecking ball that smashed through the tentacle, severing it in half, splashing strange fluids and flesh onto the floor which vanished shortly after, along with the severed half.
’ This pesky bastard...’ Su Ping frowned. ’ His strong for a Lvl 3 human, might he be the grand boss I’m looking for?’ Su Ping thought to himself.
He controlled the other tentacles, sending them at the rotating ball of flesh. But the ball of flesh was without a doubt, agile.
Su Pings frown deepened, he watched as the tentacles continuously struck at the ball of flesh but it would always evade them, causing them to borrow into the ground before sprouting out from another spot and attacking him again but even then, Fredrick kept bouncing around like an annoying tennis ball.
At any given opportunity, the flesh ball would strike his tentacles, severing them in half.
’This isn’t as easy as I expected...’
’ He’s fat but he sure knows how to move, makes wonder how he’s even seeing while rolling around like that. Isn’t his head dizzy from all that spinning?’
Su Pings eyes twitched when he felt a sense of deja Vu all of a sudden. But his eye’s widened when the flesh ball suddenly separated into several other flesh balls, multiplying into 10 exact replicas.
The replicas rolled around before slamming into each other, the force sending them all flying all over the place like ricocheting ping pong balls, the flesh balls turned into Hegde trimrs, smashing through the countless tentacles, almost destroying all of them in an instant but, thanks to Su Pings large mana reserves, the tentacles would regenerate themselves before attacking the flesh balls.
" Hahahaha! Go boss, Teach that bastard a lesson!"
" Boss your the greatest!"
" We’re counting on you boss! Show this bastard that our southern region still has so fight left in us!"
The fight soon turned into a stale mate, the countless people below began to cheer for Fredrick, who’s attacks were putting Su Ping at a growing disadvantage.
" Bastard! Just who the hell are you!" Su Ping surprisingly lost his composure, normally he wouldn’t feel fazed when his attacks were being countered by his opponent but this darned bastard kept reminding him of two things he never wanted to rember again.
[Dark Dragon Eyes!]
[Enhancing skill: "Dark Tentacles" with Poison Elental Affinity]
’ If I’m to gain an upper hand in this fight, I need to limit his mobility.’
" Let’s see you smash through these!" Su Ping glared at the balls of flesh, whilst the dark tentacles began to release an ominous green glow, at the sa ti, a greenish fluid slowly covered their surface’s. Like a mucous mbrane.
SSHHHHH!!!
A sizzling sound was heard when one of the flesh balls smashed through an enhanced dark tentacles, the fluid coating it, acted as a form of acid, lting so of the flesh off the flesh ball.
Furthermore, as the flesh ball severed the tentacle entirely by smashing through it, the internal fluids within the tentacle splattered all over the flesh ball, corroding it’s flesh and causing it to sizzle continuously.
The sa thing happened to the other flesh balls, after being coated by the acidic fluid, their bodies began to sizzle and lt off.
"...?!" Su Ping expected the fat man to surrender because continuing would only cause the latter constant anguish but.
Su Pings eyes trembled when he saw the corroded external flesh of the flesh balls peal off like an onion layer allowing a completely fresh, blood red flesh ball to erge.
The flesh ball looked like it was made of pulsing at, the instant it erged it suddenly shot towards Su Ping like a cannonball.
All the flesh balls did the sa thing and the new flesh balls all shot towards Su Ping who was up in the sky.
The flesh balls then converged mid air to form Fredrick only this ti, his beady eyes was burning with rage.
" Bastard! You think this is funny?!" Fredricks mouth opened wide to an unnatural degree as if his lips had reached the sides of his ear, he then spouted out sothing that instantly struck Su Ping. Wrapping around his body like gum.
’ This is flesh?!’
’ F*ck! Did this bastard just spit this shit out of his mouth?!’ Su Ping was unnerved and also disgusted by the bright red flesh that clung to his body.
’ Why are the fat ones always the most repulsive.’
[Dark Sphere!]
Su Ping saw that the fat man was gearing for another form of attack so he activated his support skill, instantly trapping the other party within a dark sphere.
Su Ping didn’t stop there, he could already feel the dark sphere begin to crack all over in that split second it was suspended in the air. With a thought from Su Ping, a tentacle quickly grabbed the dark sphere before hurling it towards what was remaining of the warehouse.
Su Ping undid the dark sphere before it struck the ground, forcing the fat man to bear the brunt of the attack but, The fat man who had already shifted into his flesh ball form, absorbed most of the force of impact with his squishy and elastic body, before bouncing off, then stricking the dark sphere surrounding the area.
The dark sphere trembled from the hit but cald down monts later.
" Is that even supposed to be possible? There’s no way this man is human." Su Ping thought to himself.
’ What kind of human would possess such disgusting skills.’
As if fate agreed with him, he watched as the fat man body, suddenly began emanating a powerful aura. An aura he was far too familiar with.
Abyssal Aura...
An aura only those born of the abyss could muster.
’ Is he a demon? No that’s not it, his aura is different from the demons I’ve t so far." Su Ping said as he stared at the man who seed to have two auras. Both gave him the sa feeling he always felt from soone at Lvl 3.
The two auras were at Lvl 3 common tier yet strangely, when they rged together, Su Ping was stunned as the two auras beca an aura of soone at Lvl 3 elite tier.
