" I see. Alright." Yu An nodded. " While I'm not against your plan of action. Might I ask why you have to go in person yourself, couldn't you just make use of those useless bags of rotten at instead?" Yu An said with a begrudging tone, it seed she was unhappy with the fact that her mate still had to work when he had ample servants already.
" Sending the undead poses a risk of failure."
" But dear, if you don't rely on them now, when will you?" Yu An purses her lips. " As the ruler that you are, a ti will co when you must simply rely on those beneath you to get things done. Always acting on your own, no matter how you may feel, will only diminish your credibility as a ruler."
' Her words does hold so truth to them.' Su Ping let out a sigh, giving in.
" Alright." He said calmly. He then gestured for Vivian to co over, which she did. She offered a light bow to him while she secretly gave Yu An a silent look.
From the counter just now, she was able to tell that this woman had gotten one over her in this race of theirs, but of course her determination didn't diminish in the least, rather one might say that the Wolf Kings advancent had only spurred her on.
" You called for master?" She said politely upon arrival.
Su Ping didn't beat around the bush, he told her what he wanted her to inform the Zombie king's for him.
Vivian's face was montarily alard by her masters words, not expecting him to say such a thing. But nevertheless, she saw this as an opportunity to be usually to him, so she quickly agreed.
" One more thing." Just as she was about to leave. A dark scale erged on Su Pings hand which he pried off and handed to her.
That scale bears my aura and should act as a failsafe incase those bags of bones try anything.
" Many thanks master." Vivians eyes were filled with even more fanfervour, to her, his display just now showed that he really did still care for her and hadn't tossed her aside because he got another woman. Which she thought ant that she definitely still had chance.
Of course Su Ping was unaware of this, The Wolf King on the other hand was able to pick up on it almost instantly, while her face was calm, inwardly, she couldn't help regretting her decision to offer Su Ping that advice just now, thanks to that, she was now aware that rather than releiving herself of her competitors, she'd instead given one of them more reason to continue competing.
Su Ping and Yu An stayed a bit more at the bar while Vivian had long since departed for the southern gate. Afterwards, Su Ping left the bar-inn. Then Yu An and Ranger left as well to complete his orders.

So ti later, out in the wild forest, two people were making their way through the dense foliage, one in front fleeing in panic while the one behind chased vehently with a determined yet cruel look on his face.
The one in front was a woman dressed in an inconspicuous attire fit for an espionage candidate, well both were dressed in such attires, only that the woman Infront was gravely injured and fleeing for her life while the man behind continued to chase after her, both parties leaping through the forest like fleeting shadows.
" It's hopeless for you to continue running. We both know how this is going to end Captain." said the man behind, his face flashing a look of ridicule.
" Damn you Sebastian!" She cursed angrily at the man behind, the more she ran the more her wounds beca more severe, leaving a bright trail of blood in her wake.
From the way she replied, one could tell that both of them seed to have so sort of relationship, although to be clear, both man and woman once belonged to the sa group, a group directly under lord Montgory, his personal espionage unite, which he used to gather all sorts of valuable intel. It was thanks to them that he was able to constantly solidify his rule without much mishaps, to think that the day would co when such a group would et it's end, and to the hands of one of their own no less.
The betrayal had been instantaneous, the man hadn't given any of his forr comrades any opportunity to react. He'd already killed the rest, living only his forr captain who refused to be done with.
" Why don't we make a deal captain, on account of I feeling grateful towards your tutorage all those years ago, if you're willing to promise one thing, I'll gladly take my leave and the both of us can forget this ever happened. " Said the man yet at the sa ti, his eyes were brimming with debauchery.
The woman felt her blood boil from the man's unrestrained gaze roaming all over her body but alas, she could do nothing to stop him,being in such a helpless situation.
As for agreeing to his terms, fat chance! She'd trained him well enough to understand that if she dared to even entertain such thoughts, her death was reassured, he wouldn't hesitate to have his way with her before exterminating her afterwards.
For him to have gone to such lengths to get rid of the other mbers of the group showed just how determined he was, and that his actions were definitely not due to simple malicious thoughts, but sothing far greater.
