Chapter 54: The Physical Plain awaits.
" I’m sure it must not have been easily to build this palace, so for tonight, I’d be happy if you 6 could enjoy the master bedroom just this once ok." Su Ping said with a light smile.
" But..." Zhen Qi looked conflicted. On one hand she really wanted him to sleep on the sa bed with her, even if the others were here, but on the other hand, she didn’t want to deny his kindness, not only her but the rest of them thought the sa.
Of course Su Ping didn’t do this because of that. Well he might I’ve done it partly because of that but the main reason was because he wasn’t ntally prepared for sothing like this, even if he felt they wouldn’t assualt him in his sleep, thinking about how Li Rao had "tortured" him for over a week, Su Ping didn’t want anyone sleeping next to him while he was unguarded.
He wasn’t worried they would co down and sneak onto the dark mass, that would be the sa as throwing away his reward and he knew non of them wanted to do such a thing.
’ Sorry everyone, but I’m gonna have to sit this one out tonight.’ Su Ping turned his body so that his back would face them, then he quietly waited for his slumber but.
’ Their still awake aren’t they...’ Su Ping’s happy expression diminished when he sensed several piercing gazes still stuck on his back.
’ I’ll just let be as frivolous as they want, I’m sure they go to sleep eventually.’ Su Ping thought.
A few hours soon passed by yet he still felt the sa piercing gazes stock in him.

’ You know what, I give up. If they don’t want to sleep, that’s not my problem.’ Su Ping said before dozing off.
The next day.
The sky turned purple once more. The demons woke up from their various residence’s before quickly going out into the surroundings to find a bite to eat, While those who weren’t hungry, reported in for duty. The city might have been basically finished, but that didn’t an there wasn’t work to be done. Fei Wang and Yu Wang led so demons to clear out the thick vegetation around the Dark Dragon Dynasty capital. The city was basically filled with lodgings but they knew the master would continuously recruit more demons so they decided to build an outer living area around the capital, a sort of outer city, or in so cases, a suburban area.
’ Now that’s what I call a goodnights sleep.’ Su Ping yawned as he woke up, he felt relived when he turned around and realized he was the only one in the Kings chambers.
" Looks like they’ve all gone out." Su Ping said with a smile before getting up. There wasn’t any water in the palace so he could walk out to see how the others were doing.
" Master!" Su Ping saw Zhen Qi rush over from the sky the mont he closed the palace gates. She looked even more excited than before.
" Morning, is there sothing that requires my attention? You look more excited than usual." Su Ping said with a smile.
" Master I ca to report sothing I’m sure you’d like." Zhen Qi said.
" What I’d like? Like what?"
" Why don’t you guess." Zhen Qi fell onto his chest while tracing her fingers along his scales, her seductive face displaying a teasing look.
" I’m not very good at guessing, so why don’t you tell ." Su Ping stroked one of her horn smiling helplessly. He felt that it was too early to deal with the girl’s shenanigans.
" Fine." Zhen Qi relented, feeling satisfied that he took the liberty to caress her horn. " One of the demons found a summoning orb, they say it keeps on spawning over and over again in the sa area."
" I think the summoner must really be desperate if they keep trying to summon a demon this much." She clasped her fingers over her lips, while chuckling with amusent.
" Doesn’t that an that sothing must be terribly wrong for them to grow this anxious." Su Pings expression turned serious. He couldn’t help recalling his first summoning. Thinking back to Lucinda, a trace of anger erged on his face but recalling how the event had played out from the very beginning, his stupid heart couldn’t help but feel a bit conflicted.
" Take there right now!" Su Ping said as he transford into his Dark Wyvern form in a burst of darkness.
" Of course Master, please follow ." Zhen Qi noticed his serious expression and hurried up into the sky with Su Ping following closely behind.
She couldn’t but wonder why the masters deanor had changed all of a sudden at the ntion of a summoning orb. No matter how much she thought about it, she couldn’t understand why he would seem worried over soone from the physical plain.
’ Finally! I can finally get so fish and water!’ What she didn’t know was that Su Ping was more worried earlier because he didn’t want the summoner to loose hope. If it was a white summoning orb he wouldn’t bother but if it was actually a red summoning orb then he had to accept it no matter what!
After all, a red or ans the summoner was willing to offer sacrifices! And a sacrifice could also entail stuff like fish, water, et, even servants. If he could turn the summoner into a loyal unit, then wouldn’t that an he would have his own personal back door key to the physical plain?
’ Hahahaha! I can’t wait!’
if the summoner turned out to be a vile person, Su Ping could just accept his offer while using the opportunity to get himself another physical plain denizen to be a loyal servant, after wards, he could just co up with a way to kill the summoner and return to the Abyss. It was a win win situation.
With their speed, it didn’t take them much ti before they arrived at the outskirts of the city where the demons were proceeding with their construction of the outer city.
