Chapter 62: Loving Husband.
l and Sal laughed while playing with their father.
" I think that’s about enough you two, I’m sure your father must be tired so let’s all eat first, ok." linda chuckled, brimming with happiness at the warm scene.
" Ok mommy." Sal nodded while smiling.
" Let’s eat daddy, mom made your favorite." said l.
The four of them sat at the dinning table and enjoyed their al, while joking once in awhile. All in all, the entire al was one filled with sunshine and rainbows.
After dinner, linda took the kids out to play with the other village kid’s. When she returned she was surprised to see her husband doing the dishes.
" Honey, what are you doing. You need rest, please leave that to ." linda hurried over to his side and held his hand in hers, intertwining their fingers while staring at him with a serious, worried look that also looked cute without a doubt.
" It’s ok sweetie, I’m not that tired." Her husband revealed a cheeky smile but linda didn’t have that. Under her insistent pleading, he finally relented.
" He never does the dishes..." linda mumbled to herself with a slightly odd expression. She shook her head though, to return her focus before she began doing the dishes, in a few minutes she was done, placing the last kitchen utensil in the kitchen cabinet before walking out.
" Honey, what are you doing." linda said in alarm watching her husband with a broom in hand.
" I got bored lying in bed so I thought I might help you with this, the house looks like it’s not been properly cleaned in awhile. It wouldn’t hurt to offer so help." Her husband said.
linda bit her lower lip at his remark before approaching him and grabbing the broom in hand. " Please just leave these little things to . I can handle it, so please, just go upstairs and rest, ok sweetie." She leaned in and kisses his lips while snatching the broom from his hand before he could react.
Seeing her determined expression, her husband let out a sigh before retreating upstairs. Watching his retreating back view, linda couldn’t help but be reminded of her nightmares, her sunny expression turning worried.
She felt confused why her husband would want to help with this house chores all of a sudden, after all, all he usually did was co ho from work, go out and get drunk before returning ho late in the night, falling asleep without a word. The only ti he usually spent at ho, was on his days off, which he would use to play with l and Sal.
linda didn’t know why he was acting as such but for so reason she felt even more determined to tidy up the house. In a few hours ti, she was done with everything, whether the laundry, cleaning the house or completing her shopping for food items, she finally did it.
linda felt satisfied with herself as she placed the food items in the kitchen cabinet, but when she arrived near the steps, her eyes couldn’t help but move upwards, her brows furrowing. But the next mont, they brightened up as if a wonderful idea had co to mind.
linda pushed open her and her husband’s bedroom door ever so gently. Her husband who was laying silently on the bed turned to see who it was but seeing linda completely stripped naked, his expression stiffened as he unconsciously let out a gasp.
Seeing his reaction, linda was satisfied, at least she felt that her womanly charm hadn’t diminished, moreover , the children shouldn’t be back for two hours or so, so she had enough ti to do as she pleased with him.
She sauntered over to him ever so gently, her swaying curves made her husband gulp unconsciously.
His eyes were instantly glued to her form, he watched as she got atop the bed and crawled towards him on all fours.
" I’m sorry sweetie but I’m not in the mood right now." Her husband said Just as she had forced his back to the way.
linda was montarily surprised, staring at her husband who looked like a shy kitten turning his head towards the side to avoid looking at her natural form.
"...sniff~sniff~" Her husband turned surprised when he saw linda suddenly start crying.
" Honey what’s wrong... don’t tell you’ve gotten tired of already, is that it, are you trying to find another wife." linda’s eyes turned teary as she stared at her husband who looked like he was at a loss for words.
" Sweetheart what are you talking about, what do you an another–" her husband wanted to speak but linda’s agitated voice cut him off.
" It’s obvious your planning to get rid of ! You never did the dishes, you never even bother to help with house chores and now you don’t even want to sleep with , Am I not pleasing to you anymore, is that it." linda returned to her grief stricken state as images from her nightmares plagued her mind once more.
" Honey please don’t say things like this, why would I want to get rid of you, I need you." Her husband’s voice sounded genuinely agitated. Without letting her react, he pulled her into his embrace, her supple flesh pressing against him.
" Stop lying to , if you’re tired of , just say it. It’s clear you don’t really need . I’m sure that noble house must’ve promised you an even more beautiful woman, that’s why you want to throw out, isn’t it." linda struggled in his arms but he didn’t let her break free.
She understood that in this kingdom, it wasn’t really anything shocking for a man to have multiple won, in so cases, so even ended up abandoning their first woman because of the words of their newest partner.
She knew how greedy her husband was, He would always eye other won lecherously even while she was around. At tis he even went on trips to brothels with his squad while out on missions, coming ho slling like passion and covered in hickeys. Yet anyti she brought it up, he would either ignore her or get so angry that he would lash out on her.
