The situation had now taken a different turn. The demon had pulled out Aren and his group, and had also pulled out Geisha, who then saw Aren, but the presence of Geisha pulled out the four heads of the different royal families, and yet with all that happening, Aren was at the dead center of everything.
Geisha looked at the three heads that had just appeared and smiled.
"Well isn’t this sothing," he muttered in a calm tone. From his voice, it was evident that he wasn’t worried about them even if they had shown up, he was simply amused by it.
"What are the three of you doing here? I said I would handle everything," the Blade family patriarch said.
"Tch, you really thought we would leave the presence of Geisha and the greatest criminal in humanity to you?" the lady said. She rolled her eyes and hissed loudly.
"Blade, it’s safe to say that this issue is no longer within the realm where a single one of us can handle it, because as you can see, not only is Geisha here, but also a demon who stands on the strength level of ascended awakened and even more," the old man explained.
Blade turned and looked at the demon, a frown forming on his face. "So that’s a real demon," he muttered.
From what Aren was picking up, he could tell the royal families knew about demons, but they might have not t them.
"Enough of all this rambling," Geisha said in his usual calm voice, and yet the air trembled and a pressure slamd hard on everyone. Their feet almost buckled, and as for the weaker ones like Kira, Aiden, Athena, and Zero, they collapsed to their knees.
"All of you are here for your own reasons. The fallen angel wants the demon dead, as do all angels, you old farts from the royal families want Aren dead because the angels said he is a criminal, and Aren wants his freedom.
Now you see the issue here is, none of that will happen without my permission."
After he said that, the pressure almost instantly doubled. He looked at them with cold, emotionless eyes.
"I’ll be taking Aren today, and with the rest you can choose to do what you want," he declared and then stepped forward.
"Stop!" Aren barked. No one could see his expression as the mask covered his face. He looked right at Geisha.
"If you dare to do that, I’ll take my own life. The only way I’ll follow you is if you secure my friends as well and ensure that no one is hurt," he declared without hesitation.
"Hahaha, funny, but you would not dare to take your own life," Geisha said.
"You underestimate still," Aren said, and then he shoved his hand into his chest while using shadow form around his chest.
"You have ten seconds until this form shifts back to normal, and when it does, my heart will be ruptured from the inside and I’ll die right here."
"Aren, what the fuck are you doing?" Aiden yelled.
"Keeping us alive," Aren replied.
"There has to be a better way for that, Aren," Kira tried to sway him.
"There is no ti."
Geisha stared at Aren for a solid five seconds. He wanted that body more than anything in the world, and he would do anything to get it. He could try to blitz Aren, but he had a feeling Aren would do it before he did.
"Urghhhhh, fine kid, you win. I’ll protect you and your friends from the an old baddies," Geisha said. He then turned to the four patriarchs.
"You heard the kid, no go on anything."
"That won’t work," Blade replied.
"Not only do you want to take away the very human that’s threatening the survival of all humanity, but also a demon who is here to destroy us, and my granddaughter as well, I cannot allow that," he said, eyes filled with conviction as he pulled his sword. It glimred under the sun, ready to cut Geisha down.
Geisha looked at the blade and then looked at the other three.
"Is this the path that you all want to walk!" he asked. The pressure that he was releasing was steadily climbing, and they knew that Geisha was ready to rumble.
Geisha looked them right in their eyes as he waited for their response.
The old man sighed. He knew what was about to co, and he knew the gravity of this. He wanted them to walk away, but now that Blade had thrown out the challenge, there was no way that they could back down at all.
"It is the only way, Geisha," he declared.
"I see, then ready yourselves, humans. I’ll not hold back," Geisha said, and then turned around, waiting for them to make their move.
Blade walked to the old man. "You did not have to do that, I could have handled this alone," Blade said.
"Oh shut your cocky ass up, you would have died in seconds. Facing a being like Geisha is far beyond any one of us, even the old man that has strength close to the Wargod," the Trueblood matriarch said.
"Enough from both of you, the four of us are about to risk our lives. Young Ironclaw, handle those kids and ensure none escape. We need all of them alive, except the one with the sword and the other girl," he said, looking right at Kira and Aiden.
"The girl especially is the most useless, you can get rid of her."
Aren, who had shadow sense, heard everything being said, his face imdiately twisting into rage.
"All of you get away now," he said that in a rush.
"What’s wrong, Aren?" Kira asked.
"I said get the fuck away," Aren barked at them for the first ti ever, but before they could react, Ironclaw vanished and appeared right behind the group.
"Going sowhere? The fun has just begun."
