"System Jack," Alvian noted, feeling the hum of the blade. It felt lighter. Faster. "Now I can cut the locks to the Syndicate’s safe houses."

He turned to Valeria. She was getting to her feet, wiping ichor from her armor. She looked exhausted, but she smiled when she saw him standing.

"Did it work?" she asked.

Alvian spun the dagger, the blade leaving a trail of black afterimages.

"It worked," Alvian said. He walked over to her, offering a hand to steady her. "You protected my back."

"That’s the job," Valeria shrugged, wincing as her shoulder popped. "Shield and Spear, right?"

Alvian looked at her. The dirt on her face, the dents in her armor. She had fought a God, survived a crash, and just fought off Level 48 monsters to buy him five minutes.

"Right," Alvian said softly.

He looked toward the exit, toward the surface.

"The Forge is dead," Alvian said, sheathing the dagger. "But we have what we need. Let’s go see what’s left of the world."

They walked out of the ruins together, leaving the darkness behind, stepping toward the harsh light of the new reality.

The surface of the crater was a landscape of jagged rock and alien flora. In the three days since the crash, the mana leaking from the Academy’s broken core had accelerated the growth of the surrounding forest, twisting it into a neon jungle of blue vines and crystal-barked trees.

The surviving students had turned the main campus buildings into a fortress. Walls of debris were erected, reinforced by Sentinel magic. The Vanguard patrolled the periter, while Arcanists worked shifts to keep the mana shields active.

Alvian stood on the remains of the Astronomy Tower, now little more than a stump overlooking the vast, wild expanse beyond the crater’s rim. The wind tasted different here—wilder, untad.

Seraphina materialized from the shadow of a broken pillar. She wasn’t wearing her Academy uniform anymore. She wore a scavenger’s cloak made of wyvern leather, her daggers strapped to her thighs.

"The scouts are back," Seraphina reported, handing Alvian a data slate. "It’s worse than we thought. The crash didn’t just terraform the imdiate area. It destabilized the entire region."

Alvian scanned the map. The Silverwood Province was gone. In its place was a patchwork of warring territories.

"The governnt has pulled back," Seraphina explained. "The Empire declared this a ’Lost Zone’. No reinforcents. No supplies. We are on our own."

"Good," Alvian said, scrolling through the data. "Outside interference is inefficient."

"There’s more," Seraphina pointed to three red markers on the map. "Power vacuums don’t last long. Warlords have risen up to claim the scraps. They’re gathering the survivors, enslaving them, or worse."

Alvian zood in on the markers.

[Target: Kincaid (The Golden Tyrant)]

[Target: The Vicar (False Prophet)]

[Target: The Beast King]

"Kincaid," Alvian read the na. He rembered it from his past life. A minor boss who had risen to power during the Convergence, known for his impenetrable golden armor. "He’s early."

"He’s raided three supply depots," Seraphina said. "He controls the water supply in the west. If we want to survive here, we need those resources."

Valeria climbed up the rubble to join them. She had swapped her heavy plate for a lighter, more mobile set of chainmail and leather, better suited for the rugged terrain. Her claymore was strapped to her back.

"The students are restless," Valeria said. "They’re scared. They want to go ho."

"There is no ho," Alvian said, turning to face them. "Not anymore. The Academy is dead. This..." He gestured to the crater fortress. "...This is the Void Sanctum."

"Void Sanctum?" Valeria raised an eyebrow. "Catchy. But nas don’t feed five thousand people."

"No," Alvian agreed. "Conquest does."

He walked to the edge of the tower. He looked out at the "Chaos Zone"—the lawless lands stretching to the horizon. Smoke rose from distant villages. Monsters road freely.

"We can’t stay in this crater forever," Alvian said. "We need to expand. We need to secure resources, establish order, and hunt down the Syndicate cells hiding among the Warlords."

He turned to his lieutenants.

"Valeria, ready the strike team. Only the Level 40s. Anyone lower stays here to guard the civilians."

"Understood," Valeria nodded, her hand resting on her sword.

"Seraphina, I need eyes on Kincaid’s fortress. I want to know how many n he has, and where he sleeps."

"Consider it done," Seraphina grinned, spinning a dagger. "I love a good heist."

"What about Arin?" Valeria asked.

"Arin stays with George," Alvian said. "He’s upgrading the periter wards. We need a safe zone."

Alvian equipped his [Voidpiercer]. The dagger seed to vibrate, sensing the violence to co.

"We leave in one hour," Alvian announced. "We aren’t students anymore. We are the warlords of this new world. And I intend to be the strongest one."

An hour later, the gates of the crater fortress opened.

A small group walked out into the alien jungle. Alvian led the way, his [Vestnts of the Void Monarch] drifting in the wind. Valeria walked to his right, a golden shield of force shimring around her. Seraphina moved in the shadows to his left.

Behind them, the sun was setting, casting long shadows across the Chaos Zone.

A roar echoed from the jungle—a mutated tiger, the size of a bus, leaped from the blue foliage.

[Monster: Crystal-Fang Tiger]

[Level: 42]

It lunged for Alvian.

Alvian didn’t even slow down. He didn’t draw his weapon.

"Kneel."

He released a pulse of [Conqueror’s Haki]—no, simple, raw mana pressure fueled by his Level 50 stats.

The tiger froze mid-air, overwheld by the sheer density of his presence. It crashed to the ground, whining, and scurried away.

Alvian stepped onto the road leading west.

"Let’s go say hello to the neighbors," Alvian said.

The tutorial was truly over. The ga had changed. And Alvian was ready to break it all over again.
