Admin office:
"Oh, I'll go and inform him." After saying that, the guard left.
Jeremy casually turned around and pretended to be waiting. But he was using his eye ability. He observed the people who had co inside from the wilderness.
He zood into the faces of suspicious people. While doing that, he felt killing intent again. Jeremy shifted his gaze towards the source and found two middle-aged n in beast-taming combat suits.
Both were speaking to each other, but from ti to ti, they looked at him with cold eyes. Jeremy continued to pretend, but his heart was not calm.
"Don't tell the mastermind has sent two teams after ?" he thought. He had eliminated one team earlier today. Now another team was looking at him.
Jeremy zood in to look at their faces. If they appeared next ti, he would recognize them. After noting down their appearance, Jeremy retracted his gaze.
"Jeremy Night, what are you doing here?" A voice sounded behind him.
Hearing that, Jeremy turned around and looked at the thick-browed middle-aged man.
"Captain, do you have caras installed in this place?" he asked.
The City Guard Captain's expression turned serious. He understood the aning behind the words.
"Co inside," he said.
Hearing that, Jeremy followed him to enter inside. Then they ca to another restricted office room. This was the monitor room where they monitored all the activities through caras installed in various places.
Jeremy was taken aback. He was seeing an almost 360° live view of the city gate. The whole operation was being stread live. There were staff sitting behind the desk.
They were observing each and every corner of the inside and outside of the city. Unless the beast tars left the periter of the city gate, their activities would be monitored under the eyes of the City guards.
"I don't need to tell you what place this is?" the Captain asked.
"I know," Jeremy replied.
"Now tell what happened," the Captain said.
Jeremy nodded before telling him what happened outside.
A few minutes later,
The Captain's eyes flickered with understanding.
"Do you recognize their faces?" he asked.
"Yes, they are standing near the entrance. Both of them are wearing combat suits," Jeremy replied.
The City Guard Captain told the staff to zoom in on that particular place. Then Jeremy saw those two were still chatting, but their gazes fell on the admin office from ti to ti.
Now the City Guard Captain saw those two people.
"Is it them?" he asked.
"Yes, they released killing intent towards ," Jeremy said.
"Record their faces. Find out who they are from the database," he ordered the staff.
The staff began to work seriously. It didn't take long for them to find the information about the two beast tars. The information appeared on the screen.
It turned out that they were mbers of one of the infamous rcenary teams.
"Captain, they are from the Red Squad Team," one of the staff said in a serious tone.
The face of the City Guard Captain changed drastically.
"Are you sure?" he asked back.
"I'm sure. It's them. They have been taking a rest for a few months. Now two of their mbers are here," the staff said.
The other staff working nearby felt nervous because the Red Squad Team was not an ordinary team. Each city had its own top 10 rcenary teams.
They accepted dangerous tasks from the City Administration directly.
They were more influential than other rcenary teams because the mbers of the Red Squad had their own backgrounds as well. That's why the staff showed a fearful expression.
The City Guard Captain didn't want to discuss it here.
"Let's go back to our office," he said to Jeremy.
Then they walked out of the monitor room.
The City Guard Captain asked, "Do you want to inform Captain Nathan?"
Jeremy nodded his head, but he couldn't control his turbulent heart. He strongly felt there was soone else also targeting him. Suddenly, he recalled the underground collapse disaster that happened in the city not long ago.
The first killer he had encountered was related to Goldcorp. Then the killers appearing right now could be related to the senior students.
But he couldn't reveal anything about the Goldcorp organization. It's a behemoth successfully operating across different zones.
On the other hand, the City Guard Captain made a call to City Police Captain Nathan. Nathan answered the call, but when he learned about the Red Squad Team mber targeting Jeremy Night, he couldn't sit anymore.
He then once again verified the information with the City Guard Captain. Nathan then touched his forehead in a headache after ending the call.
"Beast Taming Families... Underground Network..."
"Now the Red Squad Team?" Nathan thought to himself.
He could easily connect the dots between the three because the senior students of Central University hated the rise of the STRIKER Departnt.
They couldn't act inside the university, so their families were helping them behind the scenes by posting anonymous kill tasks in the Underground Network.
Those who picked the task were from rcenary teams operating in City A. The Red Squad Team was one of the top 10 rcenary teams.
He thought that they had accepted a job from the Underground Network.
Nathan knew things had gone beyond his hands. If it were an ordinary rcenary team, he could have threatened them. But the top 10 teams' matters needed the attention of the City Governors.
"They had to be involved in the end," Nathan thought.
It was just his speculation, but he still needed to find evidence to verify his theory.

Jeremy left the admin office under the eyes of the City Guard Captain. The two mbers of the Red Squad Team were still there.
Jeremy's mouth curved into an arc. The news had already reached the City Police. Now he could be at ease. If they tried to attack him inside the city, he had the power to protect himself.
Then he thanked the captain before going to the main street. There were flying cabs parked one after another. Jeremy went to the nearest one.
After speaking to the driver, he entered the car.
The two beast tars from the Red Squad Team moved as well.
