Gisela left the organization. She is going to the Beast Taming Association's flight to get to Zone 14.
The association's flight is carrying mbers and goods there. Not many flights are available to all the zones. If she misses the flight, she would have to wait a couple of days.
She doesn't know whether she is making the right decision or not. But she trusts her instincts. She is going to verify the talent nad Jeremy Night herself.
So, she is not going to make her arrival public. No one knows except Shadow Moon Founder Neil Moon that Gisela has left for the talent hunt.
Old man Neil gave her the authority to decide on the contract matter. If she finds Jeremy Night's talent to be worthwhile, then she can make a direct decision on the contract.
Once the contract is signed, the organization would officially register Jeremy Night as their mber and seek a residence permit from their City A administration.
It's not easy to reach other zones. The zones are protected within the city walls. They face open threats from the corrupted beasts living in the wilderness.
Considering all the threats and the long distance into account, it would take more than one day for the flight to reach each zone.

They discussed in a low tone. They couldn't help but talk about the insane condition. They don't know whether the 2 S-Graders have accepted it or not.
