Wilderness:

It didn't take long for the four major departnt students to clean up the Tier-2 Hybrid beasts. Their entire group was killed by them.

Cheers!

The students of the four major departnts cheered out loud. With the help of their lifeline beasts, they took down the Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts' group.

The Departnt Instructors were quite pleased. Not only had the students taken part in it, but the four departnt representatives did their part as well.

But May Lindsey and Victor Scott were not impressed. Their real goal was Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts. They saw how Jeremy Night had watched their duel.

Clearly, the other party disdained the Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts. If Jeremy Night successfully defeated and killed Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts, it could beco a huge embarrassnt for them.

"Alright, you guys are doing good so far. Next ti, those who haven't faced any corrupted beasts should step forward, and those who have already gotten their kill should leave space for others."

Elder Derek's voice sounded across the place. Then he told the Departnt Instructors to let other students participate in the fighting as well.

On the other hand, Jacob Henry ca toward the trio and said, "Betsy and Daniel, you guys should fight next."

Hearing that, Daniel replied, "We will."

Betsy Lowe uttered, "I have been waiting for one to appear."

Jacob's gaze then fell on Jeremy Night.

"Jeremy, if there are any Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts in the vicinity, you can act," Jacob said in a serious tone.

To that, Jeremy nodded his head.

He could tell that everyone was interested in seeing his fight. But the students were not aware of the danger hidden in the wilderness.

He had escaped more than twice from the attacks of Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts. Both of them were worm-type corrupted beasts.

He hoped that such beasts wouldn't appear here. Then he thought that everyone would start to move, but Elder Derek told everyone to take a rest.

Because as we go deeper inside, the danger would only increase.

anwhile,

The killer rcenaries had gone deep inside the wilderness. They were almost at the core area, risking their lives for the jobs.

The core area was filled with beasts above Tier-3. They had co here to lure the Tier-3 and above beasts towards the University student groups.

For that, they already had a plan. One of them had a bird-type corrupted beast. There were beast-taming products that could attract the corrupted beasts.

So of the drugs were so powerful that they were banned in the market. Misuse of the products could lead to beast invasions.

So the Human Alliance had put a ban on it and similar other products. But these people had gotten their hands on it through the black market.

Even the Beast Taming Families who hired them wouldn't have imagined their thods would be this cruel. If they had known about the banned products, they wouldn't have dared to go forward with their plans.

It didn't take long for the killer rcenaries to co across the Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts. These Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts were the most common and bloodthirsty in the wilderness.

"Wild Green-Eyed Cats."

This group of cat corrupted beasts lived at the edge of the core area. They rarely went to the outer part of the wilderness. Most of their prey lived in the inner part of the wilderness.

Compared to hybrid hounds, the wild green-eyed cats were more agile and intelligent. With their fast speed and sharp claws, they could easily injure other Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts.

Right now, more than 20 or so corrupted beasts were split into three groups. They were resting under the giant shade trees.

The killer rcenaries had a nice opportunity to carry out their plan. Since they had a bird-type lifeline beast, there was no need for them to go closer to the cats.

Then they started to open the banned drugs that were in smaller bottles. The next second, a terrible pungent sll assaulted their nostrils.

The rcenaries, who were mostly Tier-4 Beast Tars, imdiately felt nauseous. But this terrible sll was liked by the Corrupted Beasts.

Then they started to pour it on the body of a black hawk, which was one of their lifeline beasts. This pungent sll imdiately made the black hawk go crazy.

Since it was contracted, the Beast Tar imdiately cleared its mind through communication. Through the order, the Beast Tar continued to give instructions.

The black hawk flew high in the sky, carrying the pungent sll with it. The next mont, it dove down toward the area of the green-eyed cats.

The large cats were resting under the giant shade trees. One after another, the sleepy cat beasts opened their eyes. They imdiately woke up because of the pungent sll.

The large green-eyed cats stood up, one after another, with widened eyes.

Roar! Roar!

They let out fierce roars, one after another. The pungent sll imdiately made them go crazy. The black hawk didn't touch down on the ground.

At the last mont, it took off again to soar higher.

Swoosh!

The large cats moved closer to strike down the black hawk, but they missed at the last mont.

Roar! Roar!

One after another, the big cats over 10 feet began chasing down the black hawk. The black hawk was deliberately flying at a lower altitude.

The Beast Tar was giving clear instructions.

In the blink of an eye, more than 20 large cats started chasing the black hawk.

Seeing their plan go well, the rcenaries were happy. But the best part was yet to co. Then the Beast Tar, whose lifeline beast was the black hawk, started following the black hawk.

He needed to maintain distance to give clear instructions. Otherwise, the black hawk would go crazy. Right now, the black hawk was flying at a low speed so that he could keep up with it.

The rcenaries had already buried a few banned drugs in the middle of the inner part of the wilderness. The bottles were not closed. Their pungent sll was going to attract the corrupted beasts as well.

The university student groups were yet to arrive at that place. Once the black hawk arrived, it could then fly at a high altitude and return to the Beast Tar.

Whereas the large cats would be clueless around the area. At that ti, the buried pungent bottles would attract them.

Ti passed,

After taking a rest, everyone resud their journey. All the departnt students kept the pace. As they continued further, they ca across more Tier-2 corrupted beasts.

The Departnt Instructors and other elders left it to the students. During the fight, one of the instructors stepped in to save a student. His lifeline beast was almost killed by the Tier-2 lizard.

If sothing happens to the lifeline beasts, it will damage the ntal zone of the beast tar. Fortunately, the Departnt Instructors were vigilant.

On the other hand, the first-year departnt head, Derek, is keeping an eye on the surroundings. His job is to protect everyone, especially from the higher-tier beasts.

Once the corrupted beasts above Tier-4 appear, everyone's life would be at risk.

Jeremy Night is using his eye ability from ti to ti. His ability can do much more than everyone present here. He could spot the corrupted beasts that were approaching from far away.

As ti passed, they continued their journey and reached the middle of the inner part of the wilderness. If they continued, they would reach the core area.

Just as Jeremy was using his eye ability, he saw a giant snake hidden behind a large shade tree. If one is not careful, they would miss the terrifying corrupted beast behind the tree.

From the size of the beast, he thought it was above Tier-3. Before he could tell others, he noticed Elder Derek rushing toward the spot.

Seeing this, his mouth curved into an arc. Elder Derek was still a few seconds later than him.

On the other hand, the instructors and students were alard. Upon seeing this, the protectors ca forward to tell everyone to be quiet.

They didn't say anything, which further caused panic among the people. But the instructors knew sothing was up. Elder Derek wouldn't move unless higher-tier beasts had co.

The faces of Instructor Jacob Henry and Ariel Burt changed drastically.

"Brother Jeremy, what's going on?" Daniel asked in fear.

Betsy's face didn't look good either. She understood that sothing was up.

"Don't worry, the protectors and instructors are here," Jero replied.

After saying that, he continued to use his eye ability.

Five minutes later,

Suddenly, he saw sothing coming from the eastern direction. It was in the sky. Jeremy's eyes turned serious. He didn't tell the others.

He continued to observe closely. Then he saw it was a hawk-type beast. The beast flew over a large shade tree and circled around.

Seeing this, Jeremy was dumbfounded. At first, he thought it was so kind of corrupted beast. But now, looking at the beast's activity, he believed it was a lifeline beast.

But the lifeline beast belonged to a beast tar. He didn't know what the lifeline beast of the beast tar was doing here.

Jeremy continued to watch the hawk as it circled around.

"Brother Jeremy, what are you doing?" Daniel asked.

Hearing that, Jeremy replied, "Nothing. I'm just looking around."
