Cave Structure:
Sinag called Leader Gisela and reported to her. After learning about the bright red gems, she imdiately asked them to leave and not to interfere in this matter anymore.
Since all other beast tars had died except the two of them, Gisela thought that the forces behind them wouldn't leave the matter just like this.
So they needed the help of their employer. At the sa ti, Gisela asked them to dispose of the corpses and clear the traces. After saying that, she ended the call.
Sinag turned towards Jeremy and told him everything. Jeremy wasn't surprised by Leader Gisela's decision.
From the corpses, they could easily find signs of killing. So he agreed to dispose of the corpses as soon as possible.
Then they left the area and entered the passage where they had encountered the mbers of the Sun Wheel Organisation. It didn't take long for them to reach the old spot.
But Jeremy saw that there were no corpses on the ground. Sinag imdiately found clues of the corpses being dragged to sowhere else.
"I'll ask my lifeline beast for help," After saying that, she summoned her green butterfly outside.
Beautiful sound!
The butterfly made a beautiful sound. It recognized the new teammate of its contractor. After receiving the order, it started flying forward.
Jeremy's eyes flickered. He said, "Your lifeline beast is intelligent."
"Yes, she is intelligent. I can tell that she has favorable opinions towards you," Sinag replied.
"Oh," Jeremy raised his eyebrows in surprise.
"Yes, she can sense kind and malicious feelings. She got kind feelings from you," Sinag shared a secret.
Jeremy was taken aback by surprise.
"It's a lifesaving ability," Jeremy replied.
"Yes, let's follow her," Sinag said.
She then began to follow her lifeline beast, with Jeremy following them from behind. He appreciated the convenience of having a lifeline heart around him.
"You have given powerful abilities. If you hatched and appeared outside, I guess there would be hardly any rivals for us in the future," Jeremy thought.
Shake!
Suddenly, the unknown beast egg in the ntal zone shook a little after sensing the thought. Then it started to absorb more natural energy from the surroundings.
Jeremy Night sensed the changes as well. But he had to pay attention to the task at hand. Not long after, they ca across the corpses.
But they were in a terrible state. Their bodies were half-eaten. Sinag sighed in relief. She then thanked her lifeline beast before taking her back to the ntal zone.
"It worked out well for us. No one will suspect us. Their corpses were eaten by the corrupted beasts," Sinag said to Jeremy Night.
"Yes, we should take care of the other corpses before leaving," Jeremy replied.
Then they started walking back. It didn't take long for them to reach the entrance, where they took care of the corpses of the other four beast tars.
After erasing the traces, they finally walked out of the cave structure.
"Our task is complete. Let's inform the employer," After saying that, Sinag sent a ssage to a contact.
Jeremy, standing beside her, was surprised. He didn't know when she got her contract.
Sinag noticed the confusion in his eyes.
She said, "I got it from the leader."
Then the call was connected. Sinag told her employer about the mission and the casualties. The employer, who was a beautiful woman, frowned.
Sothing happened like she had guessed. But she had given her word earlier that she wouldn't interfere unless her job was complete. Since the lair was cleared out, she didn't ask further questions.
She said that she would send them their reward later. After saying that, she ended the call.
Phew!
Sinag Clark breathed a sigh of relief.
"Everything is good now. It's ti to leave," After saying that, Sinag contacted the staff who had dropped him earlier.
After telling him to co, Sinag removed her armor suit and placed it in her storage ring.
Jeremy was digesting the experience in his heart. It was the first ti for him to complete a team mission with soone. He had done missions with Betsy Lowe and Daniel Stone.
But they were weaker than him, so he hadn't taken any dangerous missions at that ti. He could say that this was his first real team mission.
Shortly afterwards,
The staff arrived in the car. The flying car landed in front of them. Then both of them entered inside.
Jeremy sat in the back seat and closed his eyes.
Sinag asked the staff to return. The staff was surprised because he saw no sign of other beast tars. For a second, he misunderstood that the others had left before them.
About 25 minutes later,
The flying car reached the city wall and flew over it. Then the car started flying towards the eastern part of the city. The flying car followed the other car.
The staff was following traffic rules.
Jeremy opened his eyes and began to watch the passing scene through the window. He was aware of his shortcomings.
He wanted to get started in Blade One: Silence. If he got a beginner-level skill set in this technique, he could easily kill any Tier-4 corrupted beast in a flash.
About 15 minutes later,
The flying car entered the gated community. They soon arrived at the pointed arch-type castle. It was the building of the Shadow Moon Organisation.
The flying car ca to the parking area and slowly landed on the ground.
Sinag thanked the staff before stepping out of the car. Jeremy did the sa.
"You can go back to your room. I will report to Leader Gisela," Sinag said with a smile.
Hearing that, Jeremy nodded to her. He needed a cold bath badly right now.
After walking into the building, they both separated. There were staff and other mbers going about their business.
Their arrival imdiately attracted attention, but they quickly parted ways. Jeremy could feel the surprised gazes filled with curiosity. He was heading towards his room.
Everyone saw how both beast tars returned unhard, especially the newcor. It told them many things; the newcor was definitely strong.
Otherwise, he wouldn't have returned in one piece.
Shortly afterwards,
Jeremy returned to his room. He noticed the shock and surprise on everyone's faces. He was aware that others might know about the mission because the armor suit had conveyed sothing to them.
He then pushed down these thoughts before entering the bathroom. Today's experience was a bit different. Though the corrupted beasts didn't pose any threat to him,
He found out that human hearts were different. There were beast tars willing to offend anyone as long as there was no evidence.
Next ti, he would be careful in picking a team mission.
anwhile,
Sinag Clark ca to the office of Leader Gisela. Upon entering the room, she saw her sitting behind the desk.
Gisela asked her to sit.
She then inquired, "How was your first team mission?"
"How did Jeremy Night perform?"
"It went well compared to previous team missions. There were no serious injuries. When it cos to Jeremy Night, he is really strong. He could even do the mission alone," Sinag said straightforwardly.
Gisela then asked, "So who killed the Sun Wheel Organisation's beast tar and the others?"
"Don't tell they were all killed by the beasts. They were all quite experienced and veteran beast tars. The organizations behind them won't accept such a simple statent," she added.
"I don't know. When we found their corpses, half of their bodies were eaten by the corrupted beasts," Sinag replied.
Gisela smiled knowingly. She said, "It's good that you have already started trusting the newcor."
To that, Sinag smiled in response. She had seen how he shot down everyone in the blink of an eye. They were no match for Jeremy Night.
"Okay, you can leave now. Take complete rest first. I'll assign your next task in a few days," Gisela said to her.
Sinag thanked her and stood up to leave.
When she left the room, Gisela's expression turned serious.
"This kid is going to have a target behind his back," she said to herself.
Then she rembered that the Head of the Organisation had sent people to protect Jeremy Night's parents in secret. They were old seniors who had a decade left to live.
Their prowess was enough to handle most of the trouble.
She then left the room to go see Head Neil.
...
anwhile,
The beautiful woman employer in the city hall reported the casualties to the higher-ups and their respective organizations. She had already sent a team to check the previous resources.
She didn't care about the deaths of the beast tars.
...
Sun Wheel Organisation:
The news reached the Sun Wheel Organisation's office. Their staff was shocked upon receiving the news. They inford their higher-ups, who then reported to the Elders and other senior mbers.
They found out that the mbers of the Shadow Moon Organisation survived, but their mbers did not. It imdiately made them think sothing was wrong.
