City C (14th Zone):
Ron Night was furious. His son hadn’t inford him before venturing into the wilderness. Upon hearing the news from the Head Guard, he was shocked.
His son had done sothing that attracted a large number of corrupted beasts. Ron imdiately inford the other two city governors, who ordered patrol guards to prepare for the corrupted beast threat.
They also mobilized reserve teams to support the patrol guards. A small-scale beast invasion was unfolding, and it was caused by Ron’s own son.
If this news were to leak, it would cause shock and panic among the populace. Ron also learned that his son had lured out a Tier-5 Worm.
Now, Elder Harris was fighting it. Ron quickly dispatched several teams to the wilderness to assist the Head Guard.
The Ross and Glass families did the sa, sending their teams to support the Night Family’s Head Guard.
The other two city governors were at a loss for words. Ron Night’s son had lured out the Tier-5 Worm, aiding Elder Harris and others, but in doing so, he had also drawn out other beasts.
Now, they had to stop them. They knew Petra Ross and Levy Glass were still at their hos, forbidden from leaving.
Petra Ross and Levy Glass were confused. They spoke to each other, but both of their fathers refused to provide answers. Still, they sensed sothing significant had happened.

Wilderness:
The Head Guard of the Night Family continued to battle low-tier corrupted beasts. He had received a response from the Night Family Head earlier and knew help was on the way.
However, he was worried about Jeremy Night.
The young master had told him he would investigate deeper into the wilderness and promised to return.
There was no sign of Jeremy’s return. As ti passed, the Head Guard grew increasingly anxious. His primary duty was to protect the young master.
Since Jeremy hadn’t co back, the Head Guard decided to search for him once reinforcents arrived.
anwhile, the four Beast Tars were still fighting corrupted beasts. Compared to a few minutes ago, the number of beasts had decreased.
Two of the tars were resting while the other two dealt with the remaining beasts. The three female Beast Tars didn’t complain, but the male Beast Tar was angry.
He knew this situation was caused by the young Beast Tar, but he was powerless to act for now.
The female Beast Tars were pragmatic. They understood that eliminating corrupted beasts was their duty as Beast Tars.
On the other hand, Jeremy Night had ventured deeper into the wilderness, entering an unexplored area. He was certain he had never been to this place before.
A Horned Lizard was still chasing him from behind. Realizing the danger, Jeremy decided it was necessary to find a place to hide.
Swoosh!
He fled from the Horned Lizard, searching for a hiding spot. The terrain was filled with boulders and rocks, uneven and treacherous.
So areas were soft, while others were covered with hard rocks. A single misstep could cause injury. Jeremy treaded carefully, all while the Horned Lizard pursued him.
The beast was in no hurry. It sensed that its prey was heading deeper into the wilderness. As ti passed, the Horned Lizard closed in. Suddenly, it swung its tail fiercely.
Jeremy, still on the run, felt a sudden sense of danger. Turning around, he saw the tail coming for him. He imdiately drew his sword.
Boom!
The flat side of the blade collided with the tail. The impact sent Jeremy’s body flying backward in an arc before he crashed to the ground.
Intense pain surged through his body, worse than anything he had felt before. He struggled to stand, but the ground beneath him felt unstable.
Boom!
The ground collapsed suddenly, and Jeremy fell into a small pit. He tried to get up, but the pain was overwhelming.
Unable to move, his expression turned grim. If the Horned Lizard found him here, it would be disastrous.
Shortly after, the Horned Lizard arrived at the spot. It saw its prey trapped in the pit and attempted to use its tail, but the tail was too large to enter the narrow space.
Even its sharp claws couldn’t reach deep enough. Jeremy, stuck in the pit, was terrified. For the first ti, he got a close look at the Tier-6 corrupted beast.
The Horned Lizard, frustrated, lowered its head to peer into the pit. Jeremy saw its razor-sharp rows of teeth, each capable of cleaving anything.
The beast tried to bite him but couldn’t, its head was too large. Jeremy worried whether the Horned Lizard had any poisonous abilities. If it did, he could be killed easily.
As ti passed, the Horned Lizard tried various thods to capture its prey. Possessing so intelligence, it soon realized its mistake. It decided to wait for the prey to erge and moved its body away from the pit.
Seeing this, Jeremy sighed in relief, but he wasn’t naive. The beast had chased him this far and wouldn’t give up easily. He suspected it was lying in wait nearby.
As he had guessed, the Horned Lizard settled down to rest.
Jeremy, injured and in pain, began practicing his breathing thod. Natural energy entered his body, coursing through his veins.
This triggered his healing elents, and he felt a cooling sensation within. He knew it was crucial to heal his hidden injuries first.
He also realized it was fortunate that the Horned Lizard was targeting him. If it had attacked the city, the consequences could have been catastrophic. He doubted the city governors could stop it without Elder Harris’s help.
Jeremy assud the Horned Lizard was Tier-6, as the natural energy in this area was weak, limiting the growth of corrupted beasts.
Yet, a Tier-5 Worm had appeared first, and now this Tier-6 Horned Lizard. He couldn’t understand how these powerful beasts had remained hidden from the City’s Beast Tars.
He hoped no other beasts were hiding in the wilderness. These two beasts were already enough to cause significant destruction.
