May Lindsey is feeling happiness and pride. She then returns to her position, confident that Victor Scott won't have this much of a kill count.
Right after that, her departnt mbers started submitting the decapitated heads.

When it was Petra Ross's turn, she stepped forward.
May Lindsey and the others looked at her. Even though she had her own confidence, she took out the decapitated heads one by one to submit.
She had killed both Tier-1 and Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts.
At the sa ti, Levy Glass was watching her with bated breath. He wanted to surpass both Petra Ross and Jeremy Night.
When she submitted her collection, the middle-aged Captain announced the result.
"25 Tier-1 and 20 Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts' heads!"
Hearing that, her friends cheered. Most of them in the Elental Departnt were surprised as well. Even May Lindsey glanced at her.
Everyone was aware that Petra Ross's talent is B-Grade, but she had bonded with a suitable fire elental lifeline beast. The combination of both of them could achieve good results.
The Departnt Instructors had seen her performance as well. They noticed her and the lifeline beast, the red flamingo. They tead up to kill most of the beasts.
Even the Elental Departnt Instructor, the middle-aged woman, showed approval by nodding her head.
Petra Ross was thrilled by the response. She then returned to her previous spot with happiness. Her new friends congratulated her. After receiving everyone's praise, she turned to look at Levy Glass, who happened to be observing her as well.
When their gazes t, Petra Ross smiled, which imdiately irked Levy.
"Damn it," Levy cursed in his heart.
He had a higher number of kills than her, but the problem was the Tier-2 Corrupted Beast count. He had killed more Tier-1 Corrupted Beasts than she had, but the count of Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts was low.
Just as he was contemplating, the next departnt was called out. It was their Departnt.
The Control Departnt Representative, Victor Scott, walked forward. He had ntally prepared for the outco since things had co to this point.
He wouldn't worry about the past. He started taking out his collection, beginning with the Tier-2 collection.
Upon seeing his actions, the Control Departnt Instructor's face changed. The Departnt Instructors had seen him kill many of the Tier-1 beasts as well.
Since he was not taking out the decapitated heads of Tier-1 beasts, they thought that May Lindsey's performance had stimulated him.
It might be good for his personal image, but not for the entire departnt. Right now, Victor Scott's actions had lowered the kill count of the entire departnt.
The other Departnt Instructors looked at the Control Departnt representative, a middle-aged man. His face was not looking good.
He couldn't even digest what was happening in front of his eyes. At the sa ti, he couldn't scold him. Victor Scott's background scared him.
After a few seconds, he let out a sigh.
On the other hand, Victor Scott had finished submitting his collection.
The middle-aged Captain looked at him strangely. He had seen his actions on the screen as well. He wanted to ask where the Tier-1 decapitated heads were.
But he stopped midway, thinking about the person's background.
"Alas!"
"Leave it."
He decided to stop ddling. He was not the instructor here.
"The Total Kill Count is 110 Tier-2 Decapitated Heads," he announced the result.
Victor Scott returned to his position. Then he saw May Lindsey's victorious smile. She was enjoying her win and undisputed number one position.
Victor didn't know that his actions had pissed off the Control Departnt Instructor. Even if he were aware, he would ignore it.
Then the other beast tars from the Control Departnt started stepping forward.
Ti passed.
When it was Levy Glass's turn, he started putting his collection on the desk. The number of Tier-1 decapitated heads crossed 36 a few minutes later. Then he began taking out the Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts' decapitated heads.
A few minutes later, the count of Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts' decapitated heads reached 16. It was still 4 lower than Petra Ross, but the total kill count was high at 52.
Whereas Petra Ross's was 45. He had seven more kills than her.
The middle-aged Captain nodded his head in appreciation before announcing the result, because the kill count was high in the B-Grade Talent category.
Levy Glass returned to his position with a gloomy face. He didn't want to see the smiling face of Petra. On normal days, they would et and talk to each other.
But this ti it was a competition.
At the sa ti, Jeremy was smiling inwardly. His two old rivals had shown their performance, but he was way ahead of them.
So he wasn't considering them as opponents. For him, the two S-Graders were his goal. His kill count was less than theirs, but if he had actively hunted and killed the Tier-2 Corrupted Beasts, he could have gotten close to their kill count.
But he chose to stay low key. Once he got a chance, he would try to increase that number in the wilderness.
anwhile, inside the dean's office, the old woman Carolyn was pleased with the performance of the two S-Graders.
"So pouring all that wealth was worth it," she muttered.
Before the event, she had ordered people to catch and drive the Corrupted Beasts toward the Abandoned Ruins. Most of them had been living there from the beginning.
While others were specifically captured and released in the Abandoned Ruins, all that for increasing the kill count of the two S-Graders.
May Lindsey and Victor Scott didn't disappoint her. Both of their kill counts had crossed 250. It was a far better performance than the previous year's S-Graders.
Now that she had witnessed the performance of the two, she wanted to see the kill count of Jeremy Night next. Based on that, she would decide whether to increase the funding of the Striker Departnt.
She looked at Jeremy Night's image among the crowd on the screen.
