9th Zone, B-City:
2 hours later,
Jeremy Night returned to the city. Apart from the Tier-2 Mantis, he did not find any other beast in the limited ti. He had already given his word to Nico Rossi.
He must be waiting for him. Soon, he ets Nico who was waiting for him.
"Brother Jeremy, you are back!"
"How did it go?" Nico asked.
"I hunted Tier-2 Mantis, " Jeremy replied.
"Wow!"
"Tier-2 Mantis. It’s known for its speed. I had never heard anyone hunting it solo. Brother, your lifeline beast must be strong," Nico started praising.
"Alright, let’s go to the Beast Taming Association Store," Jeremy said.
"Brother, you can sell the beast corpse to our Rossi Family Store. We will give you the best price, " Nico said.
"No, I’m going to sell it to the Beast Taming Association Store. I have my own reasons for doing it," Jeremy replied.
"Oh," Nico uttered. But he didn’t think too much about it. Both of them left for the Beast Taming Association Store.
They have to return to the sa building. The store is located in that Massive Building as well. Jeremy didn’t plan on wasting Nico’s ti.
Once gets used to the city, he will go out alone. The risk of the Beast Invasion still exists.
It didn’t take long for them to get there. When they entered the building, Nico quickly led him to the store.
Jeremy was curious how much the corpse will fetch for. Upon arriving at the store, he told his purpose to the staff. Next, they ca to a wide spacious room.
The massive beast corpse can be placed here. Under the expectant eyes of everyone, he took the mantis body out and placed it on the floor. He also took the decapitated head and placed it near the body.
Gasp!
A surprise gasp sounded from the staff mouth. He ca to evaluate the corpse. But he didn’t expect to fully preserved one. Only the head was separated from the body.
The staff saw the young man’s Tier-2 strength. He started suspecting him as a genius already.
Nico was more shocked. It’s one thing to do a solo hunt but to kill the beast in one strike is another thing. Nico’s expression changes.
For the first ti, he thinks Brother Jeremy is not ordinary. Others should be worried about him. If they needlessly try to offend him, then they will suffer.
Now he understood why Cousin Lucas was paying close to attention to Brother Jeremy.
He then thought of sothing and said,"Brother a completely intact corpse is valuable. It will be sold for a high price."
Hearing that staff’s mouth twitches.
Jeremy nodded to him. Then he turned towards the staff. He wanted to know the price.
"I’ll go and bring the manager," After saying that the staff left. Obviously, he can’t make a decision about it.
Shortly afterwards,
An old man ca. His gaze lingers on two custors before turning towards the intact corpse. The Mantis body was completely preserved.
There is no knife or wound mark in it. The old man completely believed the staff’s words now.
"I can give 3000 credit points. It’s the best price. If you go to other shops. The price will be under a similar range,"the old man said.
"Alright," Jeremy replied.
He didn’t want to waste ti. He takes it as a learning experience. If he cos back with a lot more to hunt, he can make a good bargain then.
They ca to the front floor. The old man paid the 3000 credit points to Jeremy Night’s account. Nico was thinking what would be the price in their family store.
After the work was completed, both of them made a return journey to the Matteo Rossi Residence.
About 20 minutes later,
Both of them arrived at the mansion. Jeremy asked the doubt which was bothering for a while.
"Do you know the dark aura coming from the corpse of the mantis beast?" He asked.
Nico was surprised. Because it was common knowledge. Then he realised Brother Jeremy went to the wilderness for the first ti.
"Brother, if you are talking about the black aura. It’s sothing special to the environnt here. Even the Beast Tars and their lifeline beasts develop such strong aura if they stay in the wilderness for longti,"
Nico said in a serious tone.
Jeremy nodded to him. He was right. One can have such aura by training in the wilderness here.
They reached the courtyard and pulled out the chair each to sit down. Jeremy then started asking general questions regarding the wilderness.
He wanted to know about the border and dangerous places. Nico himself had little knowledge. But he is sharing everything he knows to brother Jeremy.

Wilderness:
Sowhere in the border. There is a long narrow trench created by higher tier ground beasts here. Right now, the trench is soaked with blood and mutilated corpses.
From ti to ti, corrupted beasts take corpses from the trenches as food.
Hiss!
A sudden hissing caused four legged beasts to be petrified in fear. A towering 20ft Purple Gem Snake appears at the trench.
It opened its mouth to swallow multiple corpses at the sa ti. It ate more than 20 corpses in the blink of an eye.

The Purple Gem Snake Corrupted Beasts hissed out again. It feels like the number of foods was not large enough. It won’t fill its stomach.
How can it fill the stomach of the family? The Purely Gem Snake turned towards the city. The corpses are brought here by killing the Beast Tars.
If they need more food, they can only attack the city. But the higher tier beast is intelligent. It knows the powerful Beast Tars in the city. It can’t do the job alone.
The Purple Gem Snake decided to contact other beasts who were in need of food as well. After making the decision, the snake beast begins devouring again.
If the scene was seen by the locals of the City B, it would send a cold shiver down their spine. The Beast Tars entering the wilderness have beco targets for higher tier beasts.
