Jeremy Night stood up to leave. He had just received a call from Instructor Jacob. After placing the books back on the shelves, he left the library.
He was able to get a good idea after going through information on a few pages. There were indeed corrupted beast lairs not far from the city walls.
So were even banned from exploration. Jeremy guessed those were the places where corrupted beasts above Tier-3 were living.
His mission was to patrol the city borders with others. He didn't think too much about the lairs.
About a few minutes later,
He reached the departnt building. The classes for the dicine Departnt and the Machinery Departnt were ongoing. He took the lift.
Shortly afterward,
He arrived at the top floor. After stepping out of the lift, he went to the class. When he entered the class, he saw Instructor Jacob waiting for him.
"Jeremy, I had a eting with Dean Carolyn," Instructor Jacob said.
Jeremy sat on the chair before starting to listen to him.
About a few minutes later,
Instructor Jacob had finished explaining everything. At the sa ti, Jeremy fell into contemplation.
"Healing Type Breathing thod," Jeremy thought.
Even though he hadn't thought about this, he was hoping to use a breathing thod that had attributes similar to starlight energy.
But there was one major drawback when it ca to such breathing thods: they were not suitable for his talent.
Whereas the Healing Type Breathing thod might be useful. His Supre Combat Body Talent might play a role in it. His eyes flashed with surprise. He didn't know who ca up with the idea.
It was either Instructor Jacob or Dean Carolyn.
On the other hand, Jacob saw that Jeremy was considering the inner healing thod. He decided to express his opinion.
"Jeremy, there are breathing thods that are suitable for your talent. But you are not a fistfighter, and you don't want to stop practicing the katana blade style fighting thod."
"Dean Carolyn and I discussed this. The Inner Healing thod is an Earth Grade Breathing thod of the dicine Departnt."
"It can help you recover from your injuries during fighting. At the sa ti, it slowly strengthens the physique over ti."
"The lifeline beast of yours would also save energy during evolution," Jacob said in a serious tone.
"Not only that, the Dean also said that in the future, if you find a better breathing thod from other zones, then you can change your breathing thods."
"Beast Tars can change their breathing thods; it won't affect them in any way," Jacob added.
Jeremy nodded his head. He knew that breathing thods were just auxiliary. They wouldn't help him evolve on his own.
After gaining so clarity, he answered, "Alright, Instructor Jacob. I'll practice."
"Good," Jacob said before taking out the digital device.
"I'll give you this device. You can return it to after morizing it, and don't copy the content to your device. If it gets leaked, then you would face serious consequences," Jacob said while handing out the digital device.
Jeremy accepted the digital device and stored it inside the storage ring. He knew the rules, so he didn't think too much about it.
Then he started talking about his mission with Instructor Jacob.
A few minutes later,
"The patrol-type missions are good. There will be high-tier Beast Tars around you, so you don't have to worry about dangers."
"You can pay attention to the Corrupted Beasts one at a ti," Jacob said with a smile.
Then he thought of the special recruitnt.
"One more thing, we will soon have other mbers. I already got the list of people who were rejected by other departnts."
"Dean Carolyn is going to open a special recruitnt for the Striker Departnt. They will be joining after the verification of their talent," Jacob added.
"It's good news," Jeremy uttered.
He truly didn't want to spend ti alone here. If there were other mbers, it would be good. He wouldn't have to worry about so many things when it ca to Departnt competitions.
Then they spoke about a few other things before they decided to leave.
About 20 minutes later,
Jeremy returned to the dorm room. He wanted to start practicing the inner healing thod right away so that it could be helpful tomorrow.
First, he went to take a shower.
The bath lasted for 25 minutes.
After coming out, he changed into comfortable clothes. Then he appeared in the living room and sat cross-legged on the ground.
Then he took out the digital device and activated it.
A holographic screen appeared, showing the content of the Inner Healing thod. There was also a depiction of the human physique.
Jeremy still had lingering doubts in his mind. The breathing thods were mostly related to talent and lifeline beasts. If they managed to create resonance, then they could start practicing the breathing thod.
Neither did he have a healing talent nor did his lifeline beast. So he would try practicing it first to see whether it worked or not. Jeremy started to morize the circulation route.
It was also ntioned that healing beast tars would get a reaction in their ntal zone. If the Healing Beast Tar's talent and lifeline beast's ability were the sa, then they could store the healing energy in their ntal zone as well.
Jeremy's eyes sparkled. It was for this exact reason he envied S-Graders May Lindsey and Victor Scott. They must have matching breathing thods to practice. If they could store the energy in their ntal zone, it would be imnsely helpful.
Jeremy had an idea about the Elental and Healing Types. But he didn't know about other talents. If the Beast Tars didn't have suitable lifeline beasts and talents, it would be a waste to practice this.
Jeremy didn't know whether his Supre Combat Body talent would get any reaction.
Ti passed.
With his A-Grade Talent, he was able to comprehend the information quickly. After going through it one more ti, he closed the digital device. He decided to start practicing right away.
