9th Zone, B-City:

Jeremy and the others were patiently waiting. All of a sudden, everyone heard a hissing sound. The hissing sound was not caused by just one beast.
Many snake beasts had started hissing. The Tier-7 Purple Snakes decided to attack. The team sent by the Blood Steel Mosquitoes and Vine Beasts had arrived.
They would launch the attack at the right ti.
Boom!
At this ti, the lower-tier Purple Snakes sped forward. Their speed was so fast that they reached the patrolling lines.
Behind them, the Tier-5 and Tier-6 Purple Snakes erged. Everyone was attacking at the sa ti.
Even the Tier-7 Purple Snakes, who were hiding earlier, were ready to strike as well. They were following behind the Tier-6 snakes.
Governor Black, Chloe, and Carl spotted a swarm of purple snakes coming towards the city wall.
"Everyone, start fighting!"
Governor Black’s voice reached everyone’s ears. The next second, he flew over and landed on the ground.
Boom!
A massive 7-ter-tall steel rhinoceros appeared next to him. It was the Tier-8 Lifeline Beast. Next, he stood on the rhino’s back and ordered the beast to attack.
Boom!
The massive rhino stomped the ground. A small crack appeared and started extending forward. As the crack widened, many lower-tier Purple Snakes fell into it.
Seeing that, Governor Chloe acted. She flew high into the sky before bringing her Lifeline Beast outside. It was the Snow Tail Sparrow.
The sky bird was a Tier-8 Lifeline Beast. The massive body was over 7 ters with a wingspan of over 9 ters.
Governor Chloe stood on the bird’s back.
Boom!
The next second, the Snow Tail Sparrow shot out large ice spikes towards the forest. The spikes reached the ground in a flash before striking the earth.
In an instant, it froze over hundreds of purple snakes.
Governor Carl was not silent either. He landed on the ground. The next second, he brought his Lifeline Beast outside.
It was a Tier -8 gigantic crocodile. Upon appearance, the crocodile swung its long tail. The wind force generated by the tail quickly hit the purple snakes.
The lower-tier purple snakes were shredded into pieces. Even the Tier-5 and Tier-6 Purple Snakes were hit hard.
At the sa ti, the Tier-7 Purple Snakes got angry. Instead of using their tails, they spat poison. The poison beams went shooting towards the city wall.
Aaaahh!
In a flash, the poison struck the city wall. No one was able to stop it. It imdiately started corroding it; the nearby Beast Tars died of poisoning from breathing it in.
It sent a shockwave through the people. They were terrified. It was the beast invasion. It was real. It was ti to act.
Next, the various Heads of the forces and helpers acted.
Boom!
Jeremy Night unsheathed his blade. His senses were heightened. His gaze never left the purple snakes attacking his team.
Kara and lody were fighting together. Both of their cats were coordinating together.
Puchak!
The purple-black cat swiftly appeared behind a Tier-3 snake and cut off its head. The sharp claws severed the head easily.
The silver gray cat was not outdone. It was striking the other purple snakes with its claws.
Jeremy Night was impressed. He could see that both cats had their unique abilities. The purple-black one ended the life of Tier-3 snakes in one move.
But the silver gray one was using both claws to attack.
Then he noticed sothing with his eyesight. The claws of the purple-black cat were glowing. He imdiately turned towards lody.
He thought it must be her talent, which was making her Lifeline Beast’s attacks deadlier. Then he looked at Kara. Her silver gray cat was rather fast.
It was moving energetically around the purple snakes to strike. The seniors were doing so well. They were not letting a single beast escape towards him.
Jeremy then turned towards Seniors Dan and Tom. Dan’s Lifeline Beast was purely known for defense. But right now, it had turned into an armored ball to crush the lower-tier snakes.
The other fla lizard was taking the initiative to strike. The lizard was spitting fire. It was making it uncomfortable for the snakes to get near them.
They were acting perfectly as a team. Then he saw the middle aged man, Ben. His expression turned solemn.
Because Senior Ben was facing a Tier-4 Purple Snake. Its poison was enough to kill him. On this battlefield, no one had ti to take care of the injured.
His Lifeline Beast, the massive bull with the stacked body, was letting out steam through its nose. The bull was not afraid at all.
Aaahhh!
Suddenly, he heard a loud scream. Jeremy turned towards his right side. He saw a Tier-4 Purple Snake had bitten the senior.
His skin turned purple in the blink of an eye. He fell down to the ground. The Tier-4 Purple Snake then leaped at the others. The whole team was in disarray.
Seeing that, he imdiately took his handgun out and started covering the bullets with Starlight power.
The bullets in the magazine were coated in Starlight power.
Bang!
The next second, he started firing at the Tier-4 Purple Snake. He aid at those vertical pupils.
The Starlight bullets went across in a straight line before piercing the eyes and head of the purple snake.
He usually fired one shot at a beast. This ti, he fired three shots. Three of the Starlight bullets drilled holes into the Tier-4 Purple Snake’s head.
Thud!
The massive body fell down to the ground with a heavy thud.
It happened in the blink of an eye. The other team mbers noticed this scene. They were dumbfounded.
They couldn’t believe a young Tier-2 Beast Tar had brought the Tier-4 Purple Snake beast down.
Because of the chaotic battlefield, they didn’t have ti to say anything. They continued fighting.
Jeremy was not expecting anything. He turned to help out the others. There were quite a few city guards struggling against the Tier-4 Purple Snakes.
Jeremy had already spotted a Tier-5 Purple Snake. It was up to the Captains and their Higher ups to take care of them.
Bang! Bang!
So, he started shooting at the Tier-4 Purple Snakes coming out of the forest.
