5th Zone, City-A
Jeremy Night entered the city an hour later. He didn't face any obstacles. He then picked a cab and headed straight towards the Beast Taming Association.
He was going to submit the mission materials next. The flying cab moved through the air.
Jeremy was sitting in the back seat, viewing the passing scenes through the window. He saw large, towering buildings and busy streets.
The atmosphere was different from the wilderness. He had survived the chase of the Tsetse Fly Beasts.
These insect beasts are one of the many insect-type beasts living in the unexplored areas; it truly showed the horror of the unexplored areas.
If humans were to expand, they would have to face all sorts of danger. He cald his heart and continued to enjoy the passing views.
It didn't take long for the cab to reach the destination. The cab landed in front of the association.
Jeremy stepped out and paid the fare to the driver. He then turned towards the association building and headed towards it.
Once he was inside the building, he spoke with the administration staff. Then, one person led him to another hall where the mission materials were evaluated.
Jeremy went to the hall. The hall was different from the mission hall. There were other Beast Tars here who had completed missions.
Inside the hall, there were many rooms. He walked into one of the empty rooms. Not long after, the staff brought soone else in.
He was an old man who was going to evaluate the materials. Jeremy didn't waste ti. He handed over the dotted leaves of the Thorny Trees.
The old man collected the dry, dotted leaves and imdiately recognized them. He saw through the strength of the young man.
This mission was one of the beginner missions for Tier-3 Beast Tars. After collecting the leaves, he gave a mission success report.
Then, he updated the details online. Soon, the young man's account would be credited with 20,000 credit points.
Jeremy Night was happy. The process went smoothly without any hassle. He then thanked the old man and staff before leaving the hall.
Just as he ca down to the lobby, he felt relaxed. He was going to stay low-key next. He had dealt with the Darkshade mbers.
They were more professional than the Skull Gang thugs. He thought they would be surprised after finding out about the death of their Tier-6 mber.
Jeremy's mouth curved into an arc. He then left the association building. His strength was processed, but he decided to update the license information next ti.
He then ca to the footpath and approached another cab driver.
About 10 minutes later,
The cab landed in front of the Red Moon Chamber. He stepped outside and paid the fare. Then he walked up to the building. After going inside, he saw that mbers were going about their business.
Only now was he feeling relaxed. It was good to be back in the organization. Jeremy then swept his gaze across the place.
He saw the administration office; the staff were busy with work as usual. He then saw the sitting area. The sitting area had a few people chatting and laughing.
After glancing at everyone, he headed towards his room. Not only was he watching them, but he found the gazes of others watching him as well.
"He is back!" soone in the admin office uttered.
"I think the kid is on a beginner's mission. It's not easy to do a joint mission with linda's team," a middle-aged man said.
Actually, they saw through the problem. No team accepts a beginner beast tar into their team easily. It takes a long ti to develop trust.
They thought it was the sa thing happening with the newcor, Jeremy Night.
Compared to before, the attitude of the staff was different. Since Jeremy Night had beco a Tier-3 Beast Tar, they considered him as part of the team.
On the other hand, Jeremy returned to his room. The room was untouched, but he could see so dust. Right now, he doesn't have ti to think about it. He went to the bed and lay down.
....
Head office.
Harold was in his office. He got the news from the admin office down below that Jeremy Night had returned from the mission.
Harold sighed in relief. He was worried that the kid was taking too much ti. He had thought an illegal group could be targeting the kid.
But he had worried for nothing. Now that the kid had returned, he could concentrate on other matters.
...
anwhile,
The Darkshade mbers left with an additional team. This ti, two teams entered the wilderness.
Both of them were led by two Tier-7 Beast Tars. In order not to draw attention, they entered the wilderness at separate tis before regrouping at a place inside the wilderness.
Then the two teams headed towards their hideout. They quickly reached the hideout with their speed, but they saw the corrupted fly beasts had already left the place.
"The beast was cunning. It might have thought about the reinforcent," the senior said.
But the other Tier-7 Beast Tar was happy. He was happy to avoid the edge. He knew the terror of the insect fly beasts. Most of the higher-tier beast tars would avoid unwanted battles.
Then the team arrived before the access hatch. They opened the hatch and went inside.
The two Tier-7 Beast Tars noticed that the stored corpses were intact. Nothing bad had happened to them. They needed to transport these corpses to the destination as soon as possible.
It didn't take long for them to enter the office room. Then they saw their Tier-6 Beast Tar had been murdered.
His forehead was pierced by sothing sharp. He had not died at the hands of the Tsetse Fly Beasts; instead, he was killed by soone else.
The faces of the Tier-7 beast tars changed drastically. They ca to stop the fly insect beasts, but they didn't expect a murder to happen in their hideout.
This was greater news than the fly beasts. They needed to figure out when it had happened. Otherwise, they could face serious trouble.
