5th Zone, City A
Hill Family
Tyson was at his ho, but he was not happy. He was thinking about the incident.
He had learned from his father that the Association found out about his actions, and they had sent people to investigate.
He didn't know the result yet. He knew his family and the university would save him, but still, he didn't like the fact that his actions were leaked.
Not only that, but they had lost four people, including Nick.
Knock!
Suddenly, soone knocked on the door.
Tyson collected his thoughts. He stood up and went to open the door.
Creak!
He opened the door and saw a burly man standing outside. The burly man was his father, Robert Hill, the current Head of the Hill Family.
He was a middle-aged man and a Tier-8 Beast Tar, one of the top powerhouses in the city.
"Father," Tyson greeted him, gesturing for him to co inside.
Robert walked into the room. His expression looked serious, and his eyebrows were furrowed. Tyson saw his father's expression and felt worried.
His only hope was his family. If the family didn't cover for him, then he doubted the university would do so either.
Robert looked at his son's face and took a deep breath before collecting his thoughts. Then, he sat on a chair.
"I spoke to the Association people. They were not happy. They didn't know that we did sothing under their noses. Even one of their staff, Nick, was working for us," Robert said, looking into his son's eyes.
Tyson didn't know what to say.
"Don't worry; the Dean and I solved this matter. They won't trouble you," Robert added.
"Sigh!"
Hearing that, Tyson let out a sigh. He put his heart at ease.
"But this is their last warning. The Head of the Beast Taming Association Branch here doesn't want to ruin the relationship with our family and Central University."
"If you want to hunt rat king next ti, then you have to use our family's Beast Tars," Robert explained.
Tyson nodded his head. Then he thought of sothing unpleasant, and his expression changed.
"Father, what should we do with the Beast Tar from the Red Moon Chamber?" Tyson asked.
A quick gleam flashed in Robert's eyes. He was familiar with the developnt of the new organization.
He said, "The Red Moon Chamber is not weak. It is run by two Tier-8 Beast Tars. They have good connections as well. It's not wise for us to offend them," Robert said, speaking as a family head.
He knew his son had missed killing that brat. As per the intel, the brat nad Jeremy Night was brought to the 5th Zone by a Tier-8 Beast Tar.
Tyson was unwilling to let it go; a re Tier-3 Beast Tar had been able to fool him.
Robert saw through his son's thoughts.
He said, "I know what you are thinking. But don't ever try to do that. That brat nad Jeremy Night was brought to the city by a Tier-8 Beast Tar, which ans that brat is important to their organization."
"They are investing in him. So, don't try to kill him. If you do that, it would definitely piss off those two Tier-8 Beast Tars," he added in a stern tone.
Gasp!
Tyson recovered his thoughts. He didn't expect there to be such support behind that Tier-3 Beast Tar.
"No wonder he was not afraid. He dared to kill our mbers," Tyson said with resentnt. "What about the mbers' deaths?" he asked.
"Of course, we will get revenge. But we don't have to attack directly. If that brat dies at the hands of the corrupted beasts in the wilderness, it would be for the best."
"I got the intel that the brat likes to take single missions from the Association."
"I'll try to tamper with a mission. We are one of the clients of the Association. I'm sure the brat will pick an easy-looking mission," Robert said with an evil smile.
Tyson was thrilled. He had thought his father wouldn't target the brat, but he was wrong. His father had already thought of a foolproof plan.
"Ha... Ha... Ha..."
Father and son looked at each other and started laughing.

Red Moon Chamber
Jeremy perford his usual routine, but Senior linda invited him for an early morning walk, so he stopped the routine midway. He changed his clothes and got ready, then left the room.
Jeremy quickly arrived at the lobby. He saw Sister linda waiting for him. She wore a tracksuit.
"Sister," he called out to her.
He didn't have a tracksuit; he was wearing comfortable clothes, but he had suitable shoes. linda nodded her head and said, "Let's go."
Jeremy nodded in response. There were not many mbers around in the morning. They walked out of the building and started their morning walk along the path.
While walking, they started talking to each other. linda had the idea of convincing Jeremy to take on a team mission.
Although Head Harold had already given permission for single missions, she wanted to know if Jeremy Night was interested in a team mission.
Ti passed.
Jeremy thought she had an important thing to talk about, but he didn't expect her to bring up the topic of team missions again.
Jeremy gave the sa answer. He said he was practicing hard and needed to spend ti alone in the wilderness to improve his skills.
In a team mission, he wouldn't have much freedom. linda gave up in the end. After ending the morning walk, both of them returned to their own rooms.
Jeremy continued his morning routine in his room for another hour. Then, he entered the practice room. He spent more than one hour practicing his breathing thod.
After completing his practice, he started training in the blade move. Jeremy Night knew the power of his sword move and starlight power.
The combination of the two could kill a Tier-5 Beast Tar easily and could even hurt a Tier-6 Beast Tar. If he made further improvents, it would beco his life-saving trump card.

Office
Head Harold checked on Jeremy Night's activities. Knowing that he was in his room, he shifted his attention back to his work.
Not long after, he got a call from his friend, Neil Moon. Seeing the caller ID, Harold raised his eyebrows in surprise.
He had been thinking about sharing the news of the recent incident with Neil. His friend had contacted him just in ti.
