-A few days later-
After spending a few days relaxing with my family and planning our next trip to enjoy this vacation, we received a letter from Sirius, or rather an invitation with a letter attached.
The letter said that now that he was truly free, and that Harry and I were no longer at school, it would be the perfect ti to celebrate his freedom at a real party.
And obviously the invitation that ca with the letter was the invitation to this party, and the place where the party would take place would be at the Tonks' house, which was a little surprising since I knew Androda liked to keep her house organized.
But everyone who knew the dog-man knew that party, Sirius and organization didn't go together in the sa sentence.
But after thinking about it for a while I realized that she probably agreed to have the party at her house as she also wanted to celebrate, and that way she could still keep an eye on Sirius so he wouldn't do sothing stupid.
But well, back to the subject. We had received this letter and invitation two days ago, and today was the day of this party, and so my family, which included my parents, Cele, Nick, Penny, and I, were going to the Tonks' house.

-Tonks' House - Party to Celebrate Sirius' Freedom-
Upon arriving in front of the Tonks' residence I could feel many magical signatures coming from inside the house, realizing that I knew most of the people these magical signatures belonged to.
'Hmm, so this party is more like a reunion of old friends' I realized.
And while I was thinking about this my mom went to the door and rang the bell, and Dora answered us, who smiled happily at us.
"Oh, y'all are finally here" she said, "We've been waiting for you, and that goes even more so for Sirius, who hasn't stopped asking about when you'll be arriving since the party started."
And after saying that she took a step to the side, moving away as she gestured for us to enter the house.
"It's good to see you too Dora" my mom said with an amused smile, walking past her and into the house while holding one of Cele's little hands.
And following my mom, my dad and the Flals also entered the house, and when I reached Dora's side I greeted her with the unique greeting we both created out of sheer boredom.
"Wotcher Dora" I said, finishing the greeting.
"Wotcher Ethan" she said smiling.
After that I also entered the house, with Dora closing the door behind .
"Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but I still have to help my mom in the kitchen," she said with a slight grimace.
And after saying that she left, leaving alone.
I thought about looking for my parents, but I saw that they were happily chatting with Professor Flitwick.
Looking around I saw that Nick and Penny were talking to Poppy, the Hogwarts nurse, and from what I understood of their conversation, she had known them for a long ti.
Deciding not to interfere with their conversation I started walking towards the table where the drinks sat, wanting to get sothing to drink.
As I approached the table I saw Professor Lupin, who was getting himself so grape juice.
"Hi Professor Lupin" I said, getting his attention.
"Oh hello Ethan" he greeted back, "And please call Remus, we're not at school, and I'm not your teacher anymore" he said with a rather sad smile.
"Yes, I heard you resigned" I said with a sympathetic look, "I was excited to have you as my DADA teacher next school year too"
"Yes, I was also excited to teach you all for another year, but I knew I wouldn't be in this job for long" Remus said with an accepting look, "But still, I'm sorry for letting you down."
"No, it's not your fault, if anyone deserves to be blad it's Professor Snape" I said, making Remus blink in surprise for a few seconds. I then looked at him and let a playful smile spread across my face, "And for what it's worth, just know that Professor Snape is a petty idiot"
And hearing this Remus once again looked at in surprise, until he snorted in amusent, trying to hold in his laughter.
Seeing that I managed to cheer up the werewolf in front of , I sighed in relief.
To tell the truth, in a way I wanted Remus to be fired or for him to resign, as if he stayed on as a teacher he would end up ssing up my planning for my fourth year, where I needed the fake Moody to take over as teacher of DADA.
And I knew Professor Snape couldn't take another year of having to look into the face of one of the people he hated the most, and add that to the fact that he was angrier and more stressed than usual because Sirius was now a free man, it was no surprise that he had spread the word to the whole school that Remus was a werewolf.
"You know Ethan…" Remus started to say, snapping out of my thoughts, "I may have been your teacher for a short ti, but the short ti I spent teaching you has shown that you are going to be a great wizard soday."
And after saying that he smiled at , patting my shoulder.
I blinked in surprise for a mont, until I smiled and nodded at him.
After that Remus gave a slight nod and left, leaving alone as I stared at the werewolf's back, having already made up my mind that I would help him with his job problem.
Deciding to think about it another ti, I continued to enjoy the party, looking around and seeing everyone interacting, with my parents now talking to Professor McGonagall and Hagrid, and the image of my dad looking up into Hagrid's face with a stunned look on his face was funny and sowhat comical..
Shaking my head in amusent, I started walking, looking for sothing to do or soone to talk to, until my gaze landed on Sirius, who was alone picking up so snacks.
"Hey Sirius" I greeted him as I approached him, making him turn to .
"Hey Ethan, how are you?" he asked.
"I'm fine" I said, and then started looking around, "I still can't believe Androda let you use her house to have this party"
"Well…" Sirius started to say, scratching the back of his head in embarrassnt, "I would have done it at my place if I had one, but I'm still looking for a nice house to live in now that I'm free"
"Oh, doesn't your family have any hos you can live in for the ti being?" I asked, knowing of one house in particular, but I was really curious to know if the Black family owned other properties besides 12 Grimmauld Place.
"Well, I still have my family's house, only I'd rather not live there, let alone let Harry anywhere near that place," Sirius replied, frowning.
"And for what reason?" I asked, and Sirius looked at for a mont before sighing.
"I already told you about my family and what it was like to live with them when I was a child, right?" he asked , and I nodded, "Well, then you should understand why I wouldn't want to live with Harry in such a dismal place that brings back so many bad mories"
"I see," I said, nodding in understanding.
We were then silent for a while, with staring at the floor lost in thought, until I turned and looked at him again.
"You know, you're Lord Black, which ans you own your family's house now," I said, and Sirius looked at with a raised eyebrow, "And since it's your house, you can do whatever you want with it and in it."
Hearing this Sirius continued to look at blankly and I rolled my eyes, realizing I would have to explain to the dog man.
"Sirius, you can literally paint the whole house pink with unicorn designs and nobody will be able to stop you" I said, staring at him with a look that said 'got it now?'
Sirius continued to stare at for a few seconds, until realization hit him and I could see his eyes widen.
And after that, a creepy, mischievous smile began to creep across Sirius's lips, and I didn't even need to read his mind to know that he was thinking about how he was going to destroy or redecorate Grimmauld Place.
And still maintaining that creepy smile, Sirius turned to , causing to take a step back.
"I could hug you right now," he said.
"If you try this, I'll make your days in Azkaban look like a relaxing, exotic vacation," I said blank-faced.
However my threat didn't startle Sirius, and only added to his joy and amusent, with him starting to chuckle.
"Hahaha, yeah, I knew you were going to say sothing like that," he said, wiping a tear from his eye.
He then put his hand on my shoulder, "Thank you" he said.
"What are you thanking for?" I asked truly confused.
"For reminding that I don't have to worry about my family anymore, and for the idea of 'redecorating' my family's house," he said, smiling, "And speaking of my family's house, just know that I would love it if you would help give it a little more... color."
And finishing that sentence he began to smile a real joker's smile, and I confess, the thought of decorating the Walburga portrait with purple and pink rabbits and dolphins seed very attractive.
"Well, as a good friend I can't let you do everything alone, right?" I asked, with a smile as mischievous and playful as his.
"Obviously" Sirius nodded, not losing his smile.
And those around us who knew us couldn't help but fear as they saw the two madn smiling eerily at each other.
And the only thought on their minds was who would be the poor victim who would face the evil minds of Night and Black.
