-Room of Requirent – Next Day, Saturday-
"Hmm, so fish gills work the sa way as the lungs of other living things" I muttered, finishing reading an animal anatomy book I had.
Placing the book aside on the table in front of I stopped to reflect on what I had learned, rubbing my chin as I thought.
"An organ that helps in the gas exchange between water and blood, and in a way it is the sa as a lung, but the water exit is faster and smoother..." saying this I looked at a parchnt that was in my front, where I was writing down all this information.
On the parchnt was written down all my ideas to allow to get through the second task of the Tri-Wizard Tournant.
One of my first ideas was to create a potion using Gillyweed, where the effects would be better and milder than eating the plant, but I wasn't good enough at Potions to do that.
I could prepare almost every potion in existence, and I could even say that I was one of the best students in the school at Potions, but that was mainly because I had classes with Nick and Penny and because I followed the instructions that were written in the book correctly.
When it ca to creating and inventing potions I wasn't that good, and I've already tried a few tis.
And knowing how difficult it was made have a little respect for Snape and Slughorn, and I don't even need to ntion Penny and Nick.
I could try to create this potion with Gillyweed, but I wasn't sure I could create it in ti for the task, and I couldn't keep myself busy with it.
And because of that I decided to try to create a spell, where I would use transfiguration to modify my body to have the anatomy necessary for to survive underwater.
And by now I already had an idea of how I could breathe in the water, and now I just needed to think about how to modify my body to have fins that would allow to move quickly and smoothly and at the sa ti not hinder my combat ability.
And speaking of combat, I also knew that it would be difficult to use spells or fight underwater because of the pressure, and that gave another headache.
The Selkies probably wouldn't be a problem, and I could even try talking to them using my Beast Talk if we got into a confrontation.
I didn't know how to speak rmish, but as it was a magical language of a race of creatures, I could probably learn it through my skills, just like I did with Gobbledegook, the goblin language.
Kelpies would probably not be difficult to deal with either, as if tad they would beco docile creatures.
Now the real problem would be the Grindylows, who were cruel and savage creatures.
I had already entered the Black Lake before to swim a little and play with the Giant Squid, but I never went very deep and so I didn't et any of these three creatures.
However, with my magical senses I had managed to sense a large group of small, disorderly beings living at the bottom of the lake, in its deepest corner, and I didn't need to think much to realize that they were the Grindylows.
From what I could feel there were at least 50 of these creatures, and that was a very large and dangerous number, and so I knew it would be difficult to deal with them if I encountered them and they attacked .
And that was why, in addition to creating a spell to beco a type of fishman, I was also training using the Room of Requirent, which helped by creating artificial lakes inside the room, where I would train duels in the water.
"Well, I think that's enough for today" I sighed, looking at my ATLAS in clock mode and seeing that it was almost lunch ti.
And feeling my stomach growling I decided to leave my research and training for later, getting up and putting my things away.
After everything was organized I started to leave the Room of Requirent, and once outside the room I stretched, feeling my muscles relax.
"Phew... Sotis sitting around studying is more tiring than physical training" I said to myself, starting to head towards the Great Hall.
And arriving in the Great Hall I saw that there were already many people sitting and eating, and without wasting ti I started to walk to the Ravenclaw table.
But as soon as I took a step I heard soone call my na, and looking back I saw Hermione coming towards , having gotten up from the Gryffindor table.
"Hi Hermione" I said with a small smile seeing the girl stop in front of .
"Hi" she greeted back, before looking around to see if anyone was listening to us. And not seeing anyone she continued, "I called you because I wanted to know if we are still going to have our Occluncy class tomorrow after breakfast"
"Of course" I nodded, "Now that Harry is participating in the Tri-Wizard tournant, Occluncy will be even more necessary for him"
And hearing , Hermione nodded, knowing it was true.
"Good," she said, happy and relieved.
She then looked at for a few seconds, seeming to be thinking about sothing, and I could feel doubt coming from her, which left confused.
But after a while she seed to have made up her mind about sothing, "Actually I also wanted to talk to you because I wanted to ask you for help with sothing" she said, and I tilted my head to the side.
"Help for what?" I asked, but she shook her head.
"I'll tell you about this tomorrow after our Occluncy class, now you're probably hungry and lunch ti is almost over" she said, and I looked at her curiously for a few seconds before nodding.
"Okay" I said, and she smiled.
"Well, in that case see you tomorrow, Professor Ethan" she said with a playful look, before turning around, heading back to the lions' table.
And looking at her leaving I blinked, wondering what she needed my help for.
'Normally she is too proud to ask soone for help, so if she ca to to ask for help it is because the matter must be urgent and serious' I reflected.
'Well, I won't know what it is until after our class' I shrugged, before turning around and heading towards the Ravenclaw table, seeing my friends who were already eating waving at .

-Nights' House – At the sa ti-
In the Nights' house four adults were sitting in the living room, and they were my mom, my dad, Sirius and Androda, who were talking about the Tri-Wizard Tournant.
My parents obviously heard about the tournant, and reading the newspapers they discovered that Harry and I would be taking part in it.
They also found out that Sirius and Androda went to Hogwarts to try to find out what was going on, and after reading about the tournant and finding out how dangerous it was, my parents quickly invited them to our house, wanting to know about and if I was fine.
And in this conversation, Sirius said that Harry was being forced to participate in the tournant and that soone put his na in the goblet, probably so that he would get hurt during the tasks.
My parents hearing this were obviously worried, as they knew Harry was a good boy.
And when Sirius said that I had put my na in the goblet on purpose, my parents weren't surprised, just a little angry and worried.
However, I had already sent a letter to them after my conversation with Professor McGonagall telling them a little about the situation and that I would explain it better to them when I visited them using the Vanishing Cabinet.
And now at this mont they were listening to Sirius and Androda talk about the 'friendly conversation' that Androda had with the organizers of the Tri-Wizard Tournant.
"So you said this Karkaroff was a cowardly, despicable bitch who was born from a drunken affair between a troll and a hyena?" my dad began to ask, looking strangely at Androda.
"Yes" she said.
"And then you said you were going to take the Goblet of Fire and shove it deep up his…"
"Uhum" Androda nodded, proud of himself.
And hearing her confirm this, my dad could only look at the witch lawyer in front of him in a mixture of fear and admiration.
"Well, I still think you went easy on them" my mom snorted, crossing her arms with an angry expression, "You should have jinxed those ignorant idiots' stupid asses."
"I agree" Androda sighed sadly, "But Sirius stopped from doing that, even though I really wanted to"
"And it says a lot about the situation if I just had to stop you from jinxing so politics-loving idiots," Sirius said, before grinning mischievously, "But I think being jinxed by you would have been a lot lighter compared to what we're going to do it with them"
And that piqued my vengeful mom's interest, "Oh, tell about it" she said, leaning towards them.
And my dad also looked at them curiously, wanting to know what they would do with the irresponsible wizards and witches who let two minors participate in a tournant for adults that was very dangerous.
And seeing the curious look of the two Nights in front of them, Sirius and Androda looked at each other with equally cruel and vengeful smiles, realizing that they probably had two more people to help them with their plan.
