After walking around in the store, Zhou Keren compared so clothes with Xu Fan's build, then chose a casual outfit for him.

Xu Fan pouted. Although he was reluctant, he still obeyed and changed obediently.

Usually, Xu Fan had a carefree manner and dressed so simply it barely mattered, but Zhou Keren had never realized that a bit of dressing up could make him look so handso.

Glancing aside, she saw that many people were staring at them, and her face heated up in embarrassnt.
Xu Fan grinned and said, "Miss Zhou, oh, I an, baby, you might be misunderstanding. I am completely doing this for your sake."

Zhou Keren glared at Xu Fan; this guy, what a joke! He was clearly just copping a feel!
Xu Fan chuckled and explained, "You asked to pretend to be your boyfriend, so I have to make it convincing, right? Aren't couples supposed to be close?"
As he finished, Zhou Keren felt Xu Fan's grip tighten even more...
Though she felt ashad, upon reflection, what Xu Fan was saying did make so sense.
Zhou Keren snorted and decided not to argue any further.
"Alright, let's go in."
Xu Fan nodded and, still holding her, walked into the restaurant.
Having initially thought he'd just get a free al out of Zhou Keren and take so advantage, he ended up being roped into acting as her shield.
Now, with his arm around Zhou Keren's slim waist, Xu Fan couldn't help but smirk, thinking that now, he wasn't at much of a loss.
Upon entering the restaurant and following Zhou Keren deeper inside, Xu Fan quickly spotted a man in a suit waiting alone.
That must be Zhou Keren's blind date for today. Xu Fan instinctively sized him up; handso, sure, but just lacking a little sothing compared to himself, he thought.
No wonder Zhou Keren wasn't interested.
"Keren, you've arrived?"
At that mont, seeing Zhou Keren and Xu Fan approaching, the man imdiately stood up and called out politely.
As for Xu Fan at Zhou Keren's side, he might as well have been invisible, completely ignored by the man.
The man gracefully pulled out a chair, inviting Zhou Keren to sit beside him.
