Zhang Fusheng put his palms together and sighed softly:
"Compassion, compassion!"
He was sending off these Star Beasts—truly sending them off, attempting to purify their fractured souls to free them from the suffering of wandering the world.
"Several Level 4 Star Beasts exist within the World Plateau, but for now, even if I can contend with them, to kill a Level 4 Star Beast?"
Zhang Fusheng shook his head.
It’s still too difficult—not impossible, but not worth it.
In the most ideal state, employing the Open Sky Sword Qi and All Things are Void, indeed allows for the possibility of counterattacking and killing Venerate-level entities,
but it consus too much and easily exposes one’s vulnerabilities, outweighing the benefits.

He briefly beca void of cause and effect and thought, as the gods above cast their gazes only to see nothing,
even the mories related to the World-Honored One Buddha were fading, disappearing.
Not existing in the heart, not leaving traces in the spirit.
Until the World Venerate entered the Other Shore World, this characteristic beyond the limits of thought gradually dissipated.

"The appearance of High Heaven City and the Other Shore World is an inevitable result. The era of great conflict is arriving, with more and more ancient world beings awakening and descending."
"The Federation can no longer maintain itself as a whole."
His clear voice echoed in the celestial vault, causing many gods to falter; they never expected one to openly utter such ’heretical’ words.
Kong Shentong, however, was very calm, speaking in a low tone:
"It’s still the sa phrase: what we need to do is strive and seize as many fateful events as possible during the era of great conflict, to grow stronger."
"The great opportunities within the Other Shore World, and the potentially massive fateful events, are already irrelevant to us."
"But seeing is always good, learning a bit is worthwhile."
The white-haired elder nodded, evidently agreeing with Kong Shentong’s perspective, yet could not help but say:
"Old Kong, what do you think about the future of the Federation?"
The gods eyed their noses and kept their thoughts to themselves, hesitant to join in such discussions. The gap between Venerate, Great Power, and Great Divine Power User was imnsely frightening.
Such a conversation can only be held by one who stands at the top of the Federation, who is already one of the Federation’s rulers—the Great Divine Power User—at least ostensibly.
Kong Shentong was silent for a long while, then softly spoke:
"We discovered so mundane history from the old world, which describes the idea of the end of a dynasty when heroes rise and vie for supremacy."
"Here, the deer represents a new ’dynasty’."
After a pause, he lightly sighed:
"Isn’t the present Federation also in the ’end of a dynasty’? The three rebellious provinces, along with High Heaven City and the Other Shore World, are just the beginning."
"Perhaps thousands of years, hundreds of years, or even within just a few years."
"The Federation will fall apart."
The gods were silent, Old Bull gazing with interest at this middle-aged man nad Kong Shentong,
while as for the white-haired elder, he only sighed gently.
The elder murmured to himself:

Chang’an Town and Thousand-Mile Zhaoling were moved to the world’s edge by him,
while High Heaven City was entirely relocated to the world’s center, its city area expanding more than tenfold,
the earth was rumbling,
in High Heaven City, people watched as distant peaks grew farther away, seeing the city’s boundaries expand crazily, new empty buildings rising from the ground...
"Changle."
Zhang Fusheng gazed at the transford heaven and earth, speaking peacefully.
