Zhang Fusheng raised his eyebrows; what a coincidence.
"Continue."
"Secondly, the Dragon Palace Crown Prince, the Eight Celestial Dragons... If you examine the full view of the Netherworld, you should be able to discern a few clues."
Zhang Fusheng was surprised, and his thoughts soared higher, higher, and higher still.
From an infinite height, looking down at the Netherworld, he saw that the entire Netherworld was shaped like a winding, twisting long strip,
resembling a snake— or rather, a dragon.
He thought of what Tiangong, who had seized Li Xiuyuan’s body, had said about how the Little White Dragon was suppressed beneath the earth, turned into a dragon pulse, and consud by Earth Deities and ghosts...
Zhang Fusheng suddenly understood, and sighed softly,
"So this is the place where the Little White Dragon is transford into a dragon pulse?"
"And those Earth Deities and ghosts who died here were sucking life from the Little White Dragon when they were all struck down by the Monkey King in one stroke?"
The Taiping Daoist Lord’s expression changed slightly:
"You know more than I imagined, indeed, just as you said."
Zhang Fusheng nodded, his mind roughly sketched out the causes and consequences of that year.
He listened as the Taiping Daoist Lord continued narrating,
"However, similarly, the Little White Dragon is no longer among the Netherworld—after countless brutal experiences, the Little White Dragon had long gone into madness."
"Not long ago, it broke out of the Netherworld, but then lost its trace, whereabouts unknown."
"Afterwards, I ca to know the last person."
The Taiping Daoist Lord raised his head and spoke in a solemn tone,
"He is the third, the last person arranged by the Supre and left here for assistance."
Zhang Fusheng furrowed his brow:
"Speak plainly, do not keep in suspense."
"It is none other than the Jinjiao Celestial Venerate, who wields the Celestial Fan in the Douluo Palace within the Thirty-Three Heavens!"
The Taiping Daoist Lord’s voice first rose sharply, then suddenly fell, sighing,
"Of course, I don’t know what shocking change occurred, but not long ago, the Jinjiao Celestial Venerate, along with the Douluo Palace, were moved out of the Netherworld... more like they were expelled."
Zhang Fusheng tightly knitted his eyebrows.
Douluo Palace?
The Douluo Palace in the relics of the starry sky, originating from the Netherworld??
Wow!
But what does the ’expelled’ ntioned by the Taiping Daoist Lord an?
"Explain in detail."
Zhang Fusheng lowered his eyelids, his voice solemn beyond asure,
"What is the aning of this expulsion?"
The Taiping Daoist Lord answered candidly,
"What I said not long ago is not in terms of ti scale; it is not long after transcending ti—"
"That is to say, originally, the Douluo Palace was always within the Netherworld."
"From a very, very long ti ago, from when I first arrived in the Netherworld, it has been this way."
"But not long ago, roughly one or two months, history altered, at the ti when the Supre founded the Netherworld, and when the Supre beings were reclusive at the start."
"He personally cast the Douluo Palace out of the Netherworld."
"With the passage of years, from then on, the Douluo Palace transford to never have existed within the Netherworld, I can perceive this change in ti history due only to the Supre’s blessing, nothing more."
The light words echoed in the Taoist Temple,
Zhuge Yuyi and Sima Shi felt chills throughout their bodies and were dizzy.
The turning of ti and rewriting of history...
And this ti, even Zhang Fusheng was filled with unease!
"The exact ti, when exactly— I an, at which day in [the current ti] did the historical changes occur?" he asked heavily.
The river of ti continuously rushes forward, the wave at the end of the river is the [current ti node],
before that line is the past, the void after that line is the future.
Although history was altered countless years ago, the corresponding [current ti] can be found.
For instance, if Zhang Fusheng were to lightly knock on the Gate of the Past right now, changing history from a year ago,
that history would start altering from a year ago,
but for [current ti], it starts to rewrite the past at this mont.
The Taiping Daoist Lord recollected for a mont,
"A month ago, when a great sound reverberated through all the heavens of the mother star, was the day Laozi set down the Tao Te Ching."
"The Supre, countless years before, in the second year after the Supre beings went into seclusion, personally cast the Douluo Palace out of the Netherworld."
"This is all I know."
The words echoed in the Taoist Temple, then fell silent.
Zhang Fusheng sat crossed-legged, rubbing the teacup, as his mind was tossed about like a tempestuous sea.
Laozi journeyed west from Hangu Pass... or rather, he himself journeyed west from Hangu Pass, standing before ancient tis and setting down the five-thousand-word Tao Te Ching on that day,
The Great Sage Equal to Heaven rewrote history, kicking the Douluo Palace out of the ga.
All that can be said is... as expected of the Sun Monkey?
Truly audacious to the extre!
Many thoughts crashed violently in his mind, and Zhang Fusheng dared to assert that Sun Wukong ousting the Douluo Palace was because he set down the Tao Te Ching!
Yet, why? What is the reason?
Zhang Fusheng did not know.
What truly shocked and frightened him was that ti itself had undergone a violent change without his awareness...
To put it another way.
"The history I know now, the history I am aware of at this mont, could it have been altered just a second ago?"
"The acquaintances in my mory now, could they not have existed yesterday?"
"Or could it be that a mont ago, I had a beloved that I have now completely forgotten?"
Thoughts churned; although he knew these things long ago, facing history being rewritten for the first ti, the trendous horror hidden within still made Zhang Fusheng feel deeply troubled.
He had a very unreal feeling.
Everything he had done, all his efforts, could be erased at any mont—just by a Daluo casually rewriting a segnt of history.
That’s all.
An inexplicable panic enveloped Zhang Fusheng, and then he forcefully cut it off from his spiritual world,
his Dao heart worn down, but in the blink of an eye, it was whole again, even stronger than before.
