Sumr Sutton found that whenever she spoke to Adrian Walyon, she could never get the upper hand; no matter what she said, he always had a coback that left her speechless.
Sumr, feeling it was pointless, ended the conversation.
"Dine!" Adrian ordered, gesturing to the spot beside him.
Showing a lot of backbone before him, Sumr turned her head away and refused, "I don't want to!" even though she hadn't eaten all night.
Adrian's dining movents slowly stopped, his dark eyes dimd.
He lifted his face and scanned her sharply, not even giving her a mont to react, he pulled her over.
Adrian didn't waste words with her, pressing her to sit on his lap, he held a glass of milk and forcefully started feeding her, "Drink it!"
Sumr pressed her lips tight and refused to cooperate.
Adrian was never one to dawdle in doing things.
With just one round of their confrontation, Sumr beca afraid of him.
"I can do it myself!" She suddenly pushed him away and, with her head down, grabbed the knife and fork and started eating.
Afterwards, she was very obedient; whatever Adrian pushed in front of her, she ate it all obediently.
Actually, being stubborn with him over such things was pointless, in the end, it was her stomach that suffered.
Anyway, only by being full would she have the energy to continue facing off with him.
Sumr ate quickly, wolfing down her food without any care for her image, just wanting to finish quickly and leave the table sooner.
Adrian quietly watched her eat.
His gaze lingered on her face a bit long; Sumr didn't know what he was looking at until his hand suddenly reached for her.
Sumr instinctively leaned back, trying to avoid him, but his arm hooked around her waist.
Pressing her against him, his hold was firm and assertive.
"What, what do you want to do?" Afraid he might do sothing unexpected, Sumr's heart began to race.
Sumr accidentally lost focus for a mont.
Sumr was completely stiff, not quite understanding his recent actions.
He actually helped her with such a thing!
"I don't have won's things here, after eating, I'll take you out to choose so." Adrian didn't explain, simply said it lightly.
At the ntion of going out, Sumr's spirits imdiately lifted.
"Okay!" She stopped her dining, readily agreeing, her voice seed to carry a hint of excitent.
She had been worried about finding a way to leave, going out was good; being outside made it easier to escape.
Adrian squinted his eyes, seeing through her thoughts at a glance.
"Miss Sutton, regarding last night's words, I think I should correct them." Putting down the dining knife, Adrian solemnly warned, "If I discover you trying to escape, for every attempt, when you co back, we'll stay in the room for a day!"
His words were an escalation from last night; last night, it was if she moved a ter away from the villa, they would be confined for an hour, but this ti it was directly upgraded to a whole day.
