"I said let go!" Sumr Sutton was anxious, her voice rising a bit.
Watt Bennet’s gaze remained fixed outside the window, showing no intention of acknowledging her.
Sumr Sutton was truly angered by him.
When she saw him appear in her room today, although a little afraid he might be angry with her, seeing his face at that mont, Sumr was actually happy.

Watt Bennet’s gaze slowly lowered, only looking at her coolly, with no ripple in his eyes.
As for the pain in his hand, it seed to barely affect him.
Sumr Sutton, provoked by him, bit down even harder, even deliberately grinding his muscles with her teeth.
However, after biting for a long ti, the man above her had no reaction, instead, her teeth beca sore from the biting.
"Watt!" Sumr Sutton, finding force didn’t work, switched to a softer approach.
Loosening his arm, she slowly raised her face, "I said, I still have important things to finish, I can’t go back yet, can’t you give so ti?"
Watt Bennet lowered his eyes and stared at her for a few seconds, his tone slow, "What things?"
Sumr Sutton was left speechless by his question.
In that mont, she considered whether to tell him the truth, but before bringing the herbs back and devising a redy for the leg injury, she contemplated and thought it best not to say anything.
After all, Old Master Ink’s recovery was a rare case; what if Watt fails?

Watt’s words plunged her into silence.
Her silence made Watt let out a cold snort.

His words didn’t carry the slightest hint of tenderness, yet oddly, they made Sumr feel sowhat moved.

Watt didn’t say more, his gaze once again rested outside the window.

The car with the three of them continued down the road.
As they neared the airport, several cars suddenly sped out in front.
With a roar, they stopped horizontally right in front of the trio’s car, blocking the way ahead.
Sumr Sutton was stunned, her face suddenly raised.
Watt glanced ahead, his face darkening displeasedly.
From the cars in front, a dozen bodyguards in black suits got out first.
After getting out, they stood respectfully on either side, giving way for the foremost car.
The door of the leading car swung open, a long leg stepped out, followed closely by the face of Manuel Ink appearing before the three of them...
