Because of the special attention Sumr Sutton received at the last company dinner, she was also talked about when discussing Manuel Ink.
Now, wherever Sumr Sutton goes in Royal Delight, she’s t with hostile stares, becoming almost a public enemy.
Sumr Sutton doesn’t care about these looks, calmly arrives at her office floor, and begins her work after sitting down.
Today, the number of people seeking trouble with Sumr Sutton is quite high.
As Sumr Sutton walks through the company, water cups people are holding seem to automatically turn and spill on her, docunts neatly placed on the table automatically disappear, and the lunch delivery brought from the reception contains water.
Such things happen in heaps just in one day today.
Sumr Sutton doesn’t mind, she just makes sure to rember each of their nas.
In the afternoon, she deliberately walks past those who spilled water on her with her cup in hand; how they splashed her in the morning, she splashes back the sa way. She finds those who added water to her al through the surveillance and adds a lot of tap water to their coffee cup, causing them stomach upset for half a day.
She just retaliates the way people treated her. Although she’s just a newcor, Sumr Sutton isn’t afraid.
Since childhood, wherever she went, it’s always been like this. Her father brought her to this world not to be bullied. She was once soone cherished. Why should she suffer in silence?
A day passes like this.
In the evening, Sumr Sutton works a little overti.
When leaving work at seven, it seems all other Royal Delight employees have already left.
Before leaving, Sumr Sutton goes to the restroom.
When she enters, the entire company floor is empty.
However, after only about a minute inside, she finds upon exiting that the restroom door has been locked from the outside, and she can’t open it.
Sumr Sutton tries several more tis.
But there was no response, and her heart sank.
It’s obvious soone intentionally locked the door from outside; it seems she was under surveillance all day...
After the previous dinner, Sumr Sutton has made too many enemies in the company, and she doesn’t even have a suspect for who did this.
Her phone isn’t with her, she left it on her desk when she ca in.
Looking around the empty restroom, Sumr Sutton is montarily at a loss for what to do.
"Is anyone there? Could you please open the door?" she calls out loudly, trying to ask for help.
The company should be empty now, the person who intentionally locked her in definitely won’t help her open the door. Sumr Sutton’s only hope is in the light still on in her office, hoping the security guard might co up to investigate.
If the patrolling security guard cos, she also might be saved tonight.
"Is anyone there? Please open the door?" she calls out loudly once more.
Outside the restroom is eerily quiet, there seems to be no one passing by.
Sumr Sutton is helpless and has to continue waiting inside.
But without her phone and hoping for the security patrol to rescue her, the chance seems incredibly small.
What if the security guard doesn’t notice?
What should she do?
Spend the entire night in the restroom?
But now she can’t get out, apart from waiting, Sumr Sutton has no other options.
As she paces back and forth in the restroom, at midnight, finally there are footsteps outside.
