"You’re so contradictory!" she complained, snuggling into his arms, half-asleep.
Adrian Walyon’s expression was a bit dark.

Adrian carried her to the car and took her back to the villa.
As they entered the house, he scolded her while walking, "Why didn’t you call if you weren’t coming ho tonight? Why didn’t you answer the phone? Do you know how worried you made everyone at ho?"
Sumr was staring at the snowy scene at Sutton Gardens, feeling genuinely drunk at this mont. However, when he started nagging, she knew exactly how to stop his temper from flaring up.
In the hazy fog, her beautiful eyes were like stars in the night, brightly watching him for a long while. Suddenly, she got up, wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed him on the lips.
Adrian was stunned, his body noticeably stiffened.
Narrowing his eyes, he stared at her intently.
"Sumr Sutton, are you really drunk or just pretending?" he asked softly.
Sumr didn’t answer his question, just curled her lips into a subtle smile.
Her lips left his, and she nestled in his arms, continuing to watch the snowfall.
Adrian gazed at her for quite a while, couldn’t figure her out, then picked her up and continued up the stairs.
Entering the room, he placed her on the bed, and Adrian went to the bathroom to shower.
The bedroom, which used to be his alone, was now shared with Sumr Sutton. Adrian had never treated her as an outsider; he felt completely at ease, never closing the door when he showered.
However, sothing unexpected happened today.
Just three minutes after Adrian went in, as he was showering, the door that was slightly ajar was pushed open.
Sumr staggered in, looking at him in the shower with apparent curiosity about his physique.
It wasn’t like she hadn’t seen him before; they had been married for more than half a month, and she had seen him countless tis by now.
But at this mont, Sumr’s mind was muddled.

Adrian’s face turned dark, looking down at her mischievous hand, a vein throbbed faintly on his forehead.
"Of course, we’re different." He forced a cold smile through a stiffened face, "If we were the sa, how could we fit together every night?"
Normally, Sumr could understand this, but tonight her brain was reacting slowly.
She looked up at him in surprise, her eyes full of confusion.
Adrian didn’t explain, instead, his eyes drifted towards her hand.
He was waiting for her to move it away herself, but to his surprise, Sumr seed to discover a new continent, her small hand roving over his body, studying every part one by one.
"So many abs!"
"Muscles are so firm."
"And pectoral muscles too."
Everywhere her little hand road, she had sothing to exclaim about.
Normally, Sumr wouldn’t dare to do this, even though she and Adrian were married, she still had the basic modesty of a girl.
Not to ntion, barging in while he was showering—Sumr wouldn’t even dare look when Adrian voluntarily showed off.
