"Your husband is here!" Zoe Baxter hadn’t seen Adrian Walyon pick up Sumr Sutton for a few days, seemingly surprised too.
"If you were arguing, have a proper talk when you get back. Marriage isn’t easy, I’ll go ahead." Zoe Baxter patted her shoulder and discreetly disappeared from view.
Once she left, there was no shelter above Sumr Sutton’s head, and the raindrops splattered down on her face.
She’s always been stubborn.
Adrian Walyon didn’t say anything, and she didn’t take the initiative to approach, just stood there.
Adrian Walyon squinted his eyes, staring at her for a while, and coldly spat out two words, "Are you foolish?"
