"Dad has been arrested." Gina Sutton’s gaze fell ahead, her eyes void of any soul.
"He deserves it." Sumr Sutton reminded her coldly.
He’s been allowed to live for so many years, he should be grateful!
"Our whole family, because of you, is utterly ruined." Gina didn’t look at her; her gaze was unfocused, as if talking to herself.
Sumr found her words particularly ironic, "Don’t shift all the bla onto others! Would this be the result if you hadn’t created your own misery?"
Did Gina even listen to her?
She knew that her dad would be sentenced to death, her reputation had already been completely destroyed by Sumr during the wedding, and now their family of three was all finished!

She took several steps back, dodging behind a tree, avoiding Gina’s charge.
Gina had been ntally tortured these past few days and had already collapsed.
Regardless of the fact that they were still outside the school with so many people around, she turned the car around and began to crash madly again.

Watching Gina, eyes red and still crazily crashing outside, Sumr suddenly felt so sympathy for her.
Sumr could tell, Gina had completely lost her mind.
Daring to crash into people in the street, had she not thought about the consequences?
There was no longer a need for Sumr to act, Gina would be taken away soon enough.
Gina’s car hadn’t stopped, even seed to want to drive right into the store to crash into Sumr.
However, just as she got this urge, a burst of police sirens suddenly sounded around them.
It was as if Gina just realized what she had done, turning the car around and swiftly fleeing the scene.
Her car sped off quickly, like a rat scurrying through the streets.
The direction the car headed seed to be the seaside.
The police car followed in pursuit.
The police had already taken action, making anything Sumr did unnecessary.
Sumr wasn’t hurt, and without lingering at the scene, she hailed a cab back to her apartnt, going back to her routine as if not deliberately paying attention to Gina’s news.
She learned about Gina’s situation the next day from Zoe Baxter’s mouth.
"Sumr, do you know? Gina’s in trouble!"
