Molly Sterling paused, her legs poised to rush forward, montarily frozen.
Adrian Walyon?
In disbelief, she lifted her face, staring blankly at Sumr Sutton, her face slightly pale.
This damned girl is Adrian Walyon’s woman?
Sumr Sutton only glanced at her indifferently, not paying much attention, and then asked the director for leave for Ariella Sawyer, taking her ho.
After returning, she bought dicine and took care of Ariella, spending the entire day at her place.
In the afternoon, while watching the news, she unexpectedly saw that Molly Sterling had been kicked out by the crew, her role as the second lead removed as well.
Subsequently, the production team’s official Weibo account also announced the replacent of the second lead.
Sumr Sutton stared blankly at the official blog, sowhat taken aback by the situation.
Molly Sterling being kicked out of the crew certainly wasn’t the director’s doing.
After all, no director would kick out the second female lead after filming so many days and bring such trouble upon themselves to reshoot.
After thinking it over, she could only conclude that Adrian Walyon was behind it.
Did he hear about her situation in the crew?
"Your man is warning everyone that his woman isn’t soone to be trifled with!" Ariella Sawyer teased from beside her.
"You need to get your health back on track!" Sumr Sutton gave her a playful look and went to the kitchen to make porridge for her.
...
Sumr Sutton stayed to care for Ariella Sawyer at her place for a day, and when she went to the crew the next day, she was surprised to find everyone suddenly much more respectful towards her.
"Hello, Miss Sutton!"
"Good morning, Miss Sutton, have you had breakfast? Would you like to bring you so?"
"You shouldn’t co so early, you should get more sleep; it’s not too late. Don’t tire yourself every day."
After Sumr Sutton stepped into the crew, at every place she passed, as long as she encountered soone, they made it a point to greet her.
During the day at the crew, while working, there were always a bunch of people eager to assist.
During breaks, crew mbers served tea and water, with fruit and nuts arranged on the table beside her, as though treating her as a revered guest.
With this sudden change in everyone’s attitude, Sumr Sutton knew it had to do with Adrian Walyon.
"You all don’t need to do this." Speechless at everyone, she stood up and continued with her own tasks.
After work in the evening, having taken Ariella Sawyer back, Sumr Sutton stood by the roadside waiting for a car.
The area where Ariella lived was a bit remote, and getting a taxi wasn’t that convenient at night, especially when it was a bit late.
Sumr Sutton waited by the road for nearly twenty minutes before a taxi ca, and she got in directly.
"Driver, I’m going to Azure District." After giving her address, Sumr Sutton took out her phone to check her schedule for the next day.
Her head remained low, engrossed in her phone.
The car had been driving for several minutes when she lifted her face, looking at the dark surroundings outside, suddenly realizing sothing was off.
The area around Ariella’s place wasn’t that convenient, but to return to her own place, there was no need to take such a desolate road.
"Driver, did you take a wrong turn? I’m going to Azure District." Sumr Sutton lifted her face to look at the driver ahead, reminding him.
The man ignored her, continuing to drive as before.
Sumr Sutton’s heart tightened suddenly.
Turning her face sideways, she discreetly observed the driver’s profile.
Glancing at the taxi driver’s information posted on the dashboard, her heart sank instantly.
Every taxi had the driver’s photo and na posted.
This man’s face clearly wasn’t the one in the photo!
Realizing sothing was off, Sumr Sutton cautiously tried to open the car window.
However, after several attempts, the window didn’t open...
