Ariella Sawyer just looked at him like that and felt anxious, afraid that the cars passing around would be too fast, accidentally hurting him.
"How can you sit here? Your life is so precious. If sothing happens, who can afford it?" Taking a few steps forward, shielding him from the cars with her body, Ariella opened the car door and pushed him inside.

Ariella was stunned, turned her head, and stared at Ryan Walyon’s hand without understanding his intention.
Ryan’s brow furrowed, and his eyes, which were tightly closed, suddenly opened.
Intently, he stared at her.
His gaze was ticulous, scrutinizing her face back and forth, examining her over and over.
He seed still unaware of who she was, with his brows lightly knitted while looking at her.

"Mr. Walyon!" she called him softly, "Is there sothing else?"
Her implied aning was, if there’s sothing, speak up; if not, could you let go of her hand?
Unexpectedly, Ryan acted as if he didn’t understand her words, his large hand clasping her wrist, still watching her.
Watching her, within Ariella’s bewildered gaze, he suddenly raised his hand slowly, his slender, jade-like fingers threading through her hair, gently stroking it.
His movents were extrely gentle, much like toying with a precious object.
This side of him gave Ariella the creeps.
What is he doing now?
Ryan spent quite a long ti playing with her hair, until he softly pulled at the corner of his lips, "You look better with long hair."
"..." Ariella was dumbfounded.
Ariella’s hair wasn’t very long, just a little past her shoulders, not the long, flowing hair usually seen on other girls, but it perfectly suited her face shape.
Ariella liked her current hairstyle, which was what she finalized after trying many styles; it suited her the best.
Long hair wasn’t for her; it was more suitable for girls like Sumr Sutton, who looked gentle and beautiful.
Ariella even wondered if Ryan was actually referring to Sumr Sutton.

Ryan’s words left her baffled for a while; Ariella seriously examined him, and tried asking, "Ryan Walyon, do you know who I am?"
Ryan pulled at the corners of his mouth, smiling again.
When he smiled, he was incredibly attractive, the kind that made won want to misbehave.
As Ariella watched him, she suddenly felt a bit endangered by being with him.
