Sumr Sutton stared unblinkingly at the computer screen, her fingers tapping away on the keyboard.
She was typing with such force, as if the keyboard was her mortal enemy, each keystroke hit with particular intensity. The magazine Ariella Sawyer pushed toward her, she didn’t even glance at it.
Ariella inexplicably felt a murderous aura emanating from her, staring blankly at her, not understanding what had happened.
Sumr Sutton continued to type, the keyboard keys were being ruthlessly crushed, each stroke warping them out of shape.
Ariella watched with a heart skipping a beat, observing her intently for a while, then blankly glanced at the man on the magazine in her hand.
She was sure she hadn’t provoked Sumr Sutton. If she hadn’t provoked her, could it be this man?

"Not looking?" Ariella thought she must be overthinking, and pushed the magazine toward Sumr Sutton again. Seeing that she still didn’t respond, Ariella could only hold the magazine and leave her desk.
Sumr Sutton quietly continued with her work.
Her grievance was particularly heavy today, and everyone in the office could feel it.
Her face was perpetually grim, and the mont anyone ntioned the new chief at Shining Sky, Sumr Sutton would give a murderous look.
After work, she drove to Morningview Group.
Marshall Quinn greeted her, discussing the schedule for Morningview Group over the past week as they walked.
"I’ve arranged a eting for you tomorrow evening with the head of a gaming company, a very important business partner. It directly affects whether our gas can be exported to their country."

"The night after tomorrow, there’s a cocktail party. From what I know, all the attendees are prominent figures in society, all top-level. We’ll go too, it’s beneficial to et more people for managing the company."

"In a couple of days, there’s a business trip needed to the United Kingdom to check on Morningview Headquarters. If Miss Sutton can’t spare the ti, you can have go instead."

The two walked and talked, with Marshall Quinn telling her a lot along the way.
After arriving at the company, Sumr Sutton stayed overnight at the office, pulling an all-nighter.
The next day, she still had to go to Royal Delight, feeling very tired. Although she was young and in good health, continuous long hours of work were hard for anyone to bear.
Several tis during work the next day, Sumr Sutton felt dizzy, almost collapsing in the office.
In the evening, she dragged her weary body to et with a client, and spent the night again in Morningview’s office.
The cocktail party the next day was scheduled for 7 PM.
Marshall Quinn delivered the invitation to Sumr Sutton around five in the afternoon.
Sumr Sutton had been getting too little sleep recently, not looking her best, so she put on a bit of makeup for the party.
Marshall Quinn was worried that she was too beautiful and might suffer when socializing, so he loyally accompanied her.
After arriving, Marshall Quinn whispered to her about who was present at the party.
