Sumr Sutton just looked at him without saying anything at first.
When he had finished all the food, she curled her lips and suddenly said, "There’s a saying: You can’t refuse when you’re taking soone’s offer; you can’t criticize when you’re eating soone’s food. Look, you’ve eaten the al I made, so how about letting stay here for a few days?"
Watt Bennet choked on her words, the last grain of rice stuck in his throat.
Sumr Sutton smiled but didn’t get stuck on the topic. She quickly finished her al, and after washing the dishes, she ran upstairs.
She didn’t care at all whether Watt wanted her to stay or not. Once upstairs, after being busy for a while, she ran down to the bathroom.
Before showering, while rummaging through the wardrobe for clothes, she asked Adrian, who was sitting in the living room, "Adrian, I brought a lot of pajamas with . Which one do you want to wear?"
Watt Bennet was taken aback by her words and corrected her lightly, "Watt Bennet."
"Watt Bennet!" Sumr corrected her attitude imdiately.
Holding up a nightgown, she waved it at him playfully, "Do you like this one?"
What was her motive for picking out a nightgown and specifically running out to ask Watt Bennet’s opinion?
Watt Bennet, busy with company matters, slowly lifted his gaze, looking at Sumr Sutton with a speechless expression.
Sumr stood by the door, secretly observing his reaction.
Watt Bennet could guess Sumr Sutton’s little ploy. He didn’t really want to mind her, but the dazzling nightgown in her hands was hard to ignore.
The nightgown Sumr held was very sexy, a spaghetti strap style, with a short skirt and deep V, sothing she had barely worn in front of him before.
With her figure, she could capture attention even if she wore a rag. Deliberately picking such a sexy one, was she planning to make his night difficult?
Watt Bennet glanced at her nightgown, took a deep breath, and told her flatly, "Don’t wear such things at ho in the future, change it."
"Oh." Sumr replied obediently, took the nightwear inside, and then ca out again with a few more in his presence.
"How about these? Do they look good?"
The nightwear she picked was a sheer fabric, transparent enough for Watt Bennet to doubt it covered anything.
Another was a spaghetti strap top with shorts, covering very little.
The last one was a loose T-shirt, the hem very high, likely leaving her legs exposed to the air.
Watt Bennet frowned, glanced at them, and repeatedly said, "Change."
However he told her, Sumr would comply, taking the clothes inside and changing more.
For over an hour, she brought out at least twenty nightgowns in front of him.
The first few were really sexy; Sumr was being deliberate.
But the subsequent ones were all normal styles, just regular straps with skirts reaching the knees, which she didn’t expect him to still reject.
Sumr figured there was only one possible explanation: the major influence on Watt Bennet wasn’t the gown, but herself!
Sumr understood this but said nothing.
Having shown him all the nightgowns and still not finding a suitable one, she turned to his wardrobe and picked one of his T-shirts to wear as a nightgown.
Once dressed, appearing again in front of Watt Bennet, he was stunned.
