Beads of sweat were running down her forehead. Her face was flushed red. Li Qingcang turned to look at her. He bent his knees and motioned for her to get onto his back.
“e, I’ll carry you.”
“It’s all right, Qingcang. You better conserve your energy. If my father is really injured, you may have to carry him out of this place when we find them. You’ll need all of your strength by then.”
“Okay.”
Li Qingcang took her by her hand and continued walking.
It started snowing more heavily. The wind blew fast and strong and the sky was gradually turning dark, but neither of them stopped to rest at all.

Ye Tianxin was surprised to see her mother. She ran toward her and hugged Ye Tianxin tightly. Both mother and daughter were overwhelmed by their emotions.
“Mother, are you all right?”
Ye Linlang shook her head. “I’m fine, Tianxin.”
Ye Tianxin was forted that her mother was unhurt. “What about Father? How is he?”
“Your father broke his left leg.” Ye Linlang brought Ye Tianxin into the cave. Ye Tianxin saw that her father was asleep. She turned to Li Qingcang and asked, “Qingcang, what should we do now?”
