“Are you sure? Did you make a mistake?”
Qie Wang held Xie Xuning by the collar and glared at him with his bloodshot eyes. “Xie Xuning, how could you be so cold-blooded? Li Zhiwei is already dead. She loved you for so long. Don’t you feel sad about her death? Don’t tell me you feel nothing at all.”
Xie Xuning brushed Qie Wang’s hand away. He snorted. “Well, what do you think I should do now?”
Qie Wang was trembling. What could Xie Xuning do?
What could Xie Xuning have done to appease Qie Wang’s anger? He did not know, either.
“At least don’t talk like that…”

Qie Wang felt incredulous and indignant at the same time. He did not know what had gotten into Xie Xuning.
Pointing at the body, he raised his voice. “Xie Xuning, Li Zhiwei is dead. She is the woman who loved you for so many years. Can you not behave so coldly?”
“Qie Wang, do you think I got out of my bed late in the night to e here for your sister, Li Zhiwei? No, I only want to confirm her death.”
Xie Xuning did not believe that Li Zhiwei was the one who died in the car accident.
Xie Xuning had always been suspicious that Li Zhiwei claimed that she did not know what her father had done to Xie Xuning in the past.
How could it be?
Li Zhiwei had behaved like she was innocent the whole time, but Xie Xuning was not convinced.
“Yes, it’s her. She is Li Zhiwei.”
Qie Wang was livid.
“I saw it for myself. I can hear her calling out to me in the car, but I was too late. I couldn’t save her. She is dead.”
