Grandmother nodded. “Yeah, I’ve had a good night’s sleep.”
Ye Tianxin mixed all the condiments into the camellia before placing the bowl in front of Grandmother.
Grandmother took a small mouthful of camellia. It was savory, and the aroma of the camellia was still there even when they were in a different region.
“Does it taste good?”
Grandmother nodded.
Xie Yi took a sip of the milk. It was warm and tasted slightly sweet.
“Why is my breakfast different from yours and Grandmother’s?”
Ye Tianxin replied, “It’s because you may not be used to the taste of camellia from our hometown.”
“It looks very delicious. I’d like to give it a try.”
