Lu Xingzhe stared blankly at the stack of tickets Gu Zhiqi handed over.
He reached out woodenly, took the tickets, and imdiately flipped through them, only to find that each ticket was for the VIP area.
For a mont, Lu Xingzhe was at a loss for words.
He didn’t know how long it took before he looked up at Gu Zhiqi and asked, "Brother Qi, where did you get so many tickets?"
"Soone gave them to ," Gu Zhiqi said nonchalantly as he lowered his gaze to send a ssage to Su Yunling.
At this mont, Gu Ying should have arrived at the Shadow Pavilion.
Lu Xingzhe: ???
Given to you?
Are you sure?
"Who gave them?" Lu Xingzhe stared intently at Gu Zhiqi and asked.
To be able to give away so many VIP tickets, it’s likely that, if not Yi Tingfengyu himself, it’s soone very close to him.
Gu Zhiqi just slightly raised an eyebrow without speaking.
Seeing this, Lu Xingzhe clicked his tongue and knew he wouldn’t get anything out of Gu Zhiqi, so he decided not to press further, shoved the tickets into his pocket, and turned to head back to his seat.
Then, as if recalling sothing, he hesitated slightly in his steps, turned back to glance at Gu Zhiqi, "Brother Qi, you’ve given all the tickets, aren’t you going?"
Gu Zhiqi casually replied, "I’ve saved a ticket."
Hearing her extrely perfunctory reply, Lu Xingzhe felt a hint of doubt in his eyes, but ultimately chose to believe her.

Imperial Capital, Shadow Pavilion.
Su Yunling was sitting in a private room having tea when suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"Master, Miss Gu Ying has arrived."
Upon hearing this, Su Yunling set down his teacup and stood up.
When he opened the door, he saw three people standing at the entrance, one was the manager of the Shadow Pavilion, another was naturally Gu Ying, and the last was probably soone accompanying Gu Ying, who was holding two gift boxes.
As soon as Gu Ying saw Su Yunling, she greeted him, "Hello, Mr. Su."
Su Yunling gently nodded at Gu Ying.
He was certain this was his first ti eting Gu Ying, but strangely, looking at her, Su Yunling had the feeling that he’d seen her before.
Regardless, whether he had t her or not, Su Yunling didn’t dwell on it too much, simply saying to Gu Ying, "Let’s go."
After speaking, he began walking towards the Teleportation Room.
"Mr. Su, wait a mont." Seeing Su Yunling about to leave, Gu Ying quickly called out to stop him.
Su Yunling stopped and turned to look at Gu Ying.
Gu Ying smiled and said to Su Yunling, "I won’t be going with Mr. Su to the Ancient Martial Arts World."
Su Yunling’s eyes held a questioning look as he gazed at Gu Ying.
Gu Ying reached out to take the cardboard boxes from the person next to her, then walked up to Su Yunling and handed the two boxes to him. "These are gifts from Master Zhi for you and Miss Yun Yi."
"Mr. Su, Master Zhi asked to wish you a happy birthday."
Hearing this, Su Yunling fell silent.
For a long ti, he couldn’t react.
Gu Ying maintained the posture of offering the gift boxes, looked at Su Yunling, and continued, "What Master Zhi told you was to pick up for the Ancient Martial Arts Trial, right?"
"Actually, Master Zhi just wanted to deliver the gifts, so there’s no need to go to the Ancient Martial Arts World."
After a long while, Su Yunling finally curved his lips into a smile, reached out to accept the gifts from Gu Ying’s hands, "Thanks for going out of your way."
Gu Ying: "You’re welco."
After handing the gifts to Su Yunling, Gu Ying didn’t linger but quickly left with her entourage.
Su Yunling stood by the lakeside railing holding the two gift boxes for a long ti, feeling sothing churning vigorously inside him, difficult to calm down.
The cool wind blew, rippling the lake water with layers of waves, causing the willow branches to dance wildly, yet it couldn’t dispel the turbulent emotions surging in Su Yunling’s heart.
